Went in there today just looking for a phone plan. Erika went above and beyond and was able to help me get a new phone and a new plan for an incredibly low price. She went out of her way to help me find the best prices possible and was very knowledgeable. She is an amazing sales person! All of the staff there were very helpful and they seemed to enjoy working there! I found Lee to be very friendly and a fun person to talk to, also very helpful and is able to keep everyone laughing! Great staff and products 10/10

I stopped by the store to pick up a small item with my husband. A young lady with long blondish hair met us at the door and asked my husband to take his sunglasses off assuming that we came there to steal something. I was impressed by the lack of service that has been provided. When I asked if there is an item available to see without a box a young lady wasn't interested in providing me with any details and constantly looked at us as a robber. Horrible customer service, good quality products tho!

I went in looking for a screen protector for my phone. Jeremie Droucker was a great help. He went to the back and came out with one that had a not for resale sticker on it. They were all very cheerful and willing to help. Thank you so much for your help today. Will definitely be back to shop when we need electrics.

GIVE **WILL** A RAISE! He is so knowledgeable and helpful. This dude seriously knows his stuff.

Aziz was very awesome at getting me the right price and as well as dealing with my impatience lol. Bought a new phone and signed up for a new plan. She made sure I got the best deal available to ND and was very attentive!

I'm a retired traveler and a patron of The Source stores about 12yrs.
Driving thru 100 Mile House I felt that I must get a new tablet. So I called to see if the store had what I wanted. Spoke w Jeremie then went in bc yes he had one!
He was patient and kind and funny. So kowledgeable, and he spent 30 -45mins explaining everything to me. Twice if need be. I left the store a v satisfied customer.
And just before I took my leave.he gave me an accessory item which I couldn't afford to buy.

5 star fail!

Warning I ported my Telus to bell for my cell phone, I have my own phone, this was not a contract term!
I ask three times if they would be doing a hard credit check they said no as I did not want my credit effected.
One hour after porting (switching service) to bell equafax alerted me there was a hard check and that it effected my credit.
This warning is for people concerned about credit and looking to buy a house as for 6month it lowers credit score for some people.

My dealing with the staff at the source today was way beyond customer service. I originally went in for printer ink, I was helped promptly and asked if I needed paper also. While at the till Riad was friendly and courteous. When I told him I was not a virgin mobile customer he was very helpful in telling me about a great plan that will save me half of what I pay now with telus and 3x the data plan that I had with them, plus NO CONTRACT or hidden fees! When I told him I had to think about it, Riad didn't pressure me or make me feel bad, he completely understood and offered me his card. Upon my return, he was curteous and quick at getting me switched over and signed up with Virgin. I greatly appreciate all of the help and level of professionalism shown towards me today. I came out with printer ink, a new phone provider and without feeling like I had been taken. Thank you Riad!
