Sebastian provided exceptional service when helping me and my 2 daughters switch to Virgin Mobile. His knowledge and charming personality made the whole experience enjoyable and we got an amazing plan that saved us money. The entire process was smooth, and his customer service was top notch! My wife and I were at the Source on Wednesday in Vernon. We were told about an amazing phone plan from Virgin. We were very impressed by James, the clerk who helped us. James was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and straight forward in his approach. We were pleased with the new plan and felt we understood what we were getting, phone plans ca get confusing.

He has always given my husband and I very good service when purchasing a phone. Also, when my husband had some issues with the phone, he was able to rectify the problem and was very professional. The other staff are excellent too.

Great experience at The Source in Vernon, BC this weekend! Thanks so much to James Trupp for hooking us up with fabulous new phones! Thanks to Adam, Erik and James for figuring out why my phone was misbehaving and troubleshooting that issue with me so I could get everything moved off it to the new phone! Fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable service from my primary support James.who stayed late to get my phones talking to each other and also from his colleagues who helped! Highly recommend this store for your cellular and other electronic needs!

Went to the store to return & reorder an item I had bought online because I had been sent the incorrect one. Was told by employee that they cannot do online returns. I was then finally told they can. Then a different employee strongly encouraged me to not return the item to the store & to instead phone the Online Store Support & start a return/exchange that way. I said no because why would I drive home, call them, wait on hold for who knows how long, box the item up, drive back into town & drop it off at Post Office.when I was already at the store. Also their online store literally recommends returning items to the store. I was then told that their E-commerce website was "down for maintenance" and that they couldnt process my return if it was down. So onto the next issue. I also told them I still haven't received my rebate for the connection fee with a new cell phone provider & that I was told by the manager & a staff members at the time to contact them if in 2 months I hadn't received it.well I was then told by staff to instead contact my service provider. Really disappointed with the LACK of service I received.

I was just at the Source at Village Green Mall in Vernon and was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable guy who was able to solve my problem in 30 seconds without me having to purchase anything. It was very appreciated and I will use The Source for my electronic purchases because I truts they have my best interests in mind. Thanks!

Was just in store trying to use a gift card that appeared should be useable at the source, but wasn’t working. Sebastian went out of his way to figure out what was going on with it. Sadly, we’ll need to use the card somewhere else but the customer service we received here was great!

Electronics and unreliable service has become the hallmark of this once dependable retailer. A sime attempt to use their extended warranty turned into 4 weeks of inactivity and finally the return of the product and telling me that I had to go to tje msnufaturer and not through their extended warranty systen. Totally futile exercise.

Went in to look at a laptop I was ordering from the site and even though they didn't have one on display they grabbed the one and did an unbosing in the store so I could check it out, great staff very friendly and helpful!

Used to be happy with the service, but was in the store today and was upset to find out that once you buy something there is no more service offered to assist you with technology. Was told outright that if I was not willing to do it myself, then I shouldn't own the item. We have bought many items and have had great service in the past, but now there are new staff and they certainly don't seem eager to assist. It's a sad day when stores withdraw their services. Usually not long before they need to close their doors.

We tried to change our service provider from Virgin to Lucky mobile at the Source and were specifically told that if we did the transfer WE COULD NOT KEEP OUR EXISTING PHONE NUMBER, they then proceeded to try and sell us a contract with another provider, as we wanted to keep our existing number. THIS TURNED OUT TO BE AN ABSOLUTE LIE so as to sell us something more profitable for them. We know this because we later went to the phone shop in the Superstore in Vernon and swapped to Lucky Mobile with no problem at all and transfered our exixting number!
Makes me wonder how many people they lie to, Doesn't it?

Went in on Black Friday to get a new phone. The store manager Colin was very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. I knew what phone and plan I wanted and Colin got it all processed quickly and even added on some loyalty discounts that I didn't know I had. Even with the busiest day of the year, he focused on me and did an amazing job. All of the other associates asked if I needed help while I was looking around so that was great, Colin obviously trained them well. The Source has my business for phones and electronics for life.

I was treated like gold and had a great experience recently when I bought 5 phones. Keefer is exceptional, super friendly and knowledgeable. Liam and Manager Colin were really great too. I would highly recommend them! Thanks guys!

I was in on Thursday trying to get some help with changing my Virgin Account to my married name. It had been 2 years of trying with Virgin but to no avail. Thanks to the help from Ryan I now have my name changed. Such a nice guy! Great customer service and so pleasant to deal with. Kudos to Ryan and thanks for a very nice experience!

First off, I didn't necessary hate the visit because I did enjoy my time but none of my questions were really answered.

Secondly, I asked about my phone plan and just was continually redirected to buying a new phone. I had specific questions were never answered.

Was not impressed the amount of time it took to get service. Knowledge of store products was found on the phone of salesman.
It was a long process to have no results except to offer a new purchase.

I went in to switch from Bell to Virgin mobile and they said it could not be done in their store. I was a manager for The Source for several years and I am fully aware that it can be done, but the store would not receive a new activation because I would be migrating to their subsidiary company. They had chosen to keep their inventory stock over customer service. It is a disappointment to see a once reputable company choose to be unhelpful. They have only recieved one star because none was not an option of choice.
