Kept trying to talk me into upgrades and switching service providers. Won't be back. Sometimes, you just have to let the customer talk. They didn't listen to what I was requesting.

Went in to buy some simple things and was helped by reid walked out with a brand new phone and plan better than I had and didn't pay a dime. 10/10 would recommend Reid and the source to everyone for your electronic needs.

Went there today to pick up an audio cord. The young man said it would work better on my device than the dollar store one. Well went back to return because it didn't work. As I was leaving the girl behind the till fingered me and than stuck her tongue st me! What the hell kind of employees do they hire there?

My daughter needed some items for her head phones. The person behind the counter helped us locate every thing we needed and was very patient while we decided on the right one for us.

The Source Piyush was the sale associate who took care of me. I consider myself very lucky for I am an old man who need caring and patient support when it comes anything that has to do with technology. I got everything I needed in spades. For that I'll be back for sure.

Baught a xbox s series and they let my girlfriend buy a game disk right behind me for it and didnt say a word that it dosnt support disks

Not a fan. Looking for a cover for my pad but even tho they had some there was no offer to get the right size just a recommendation to try best buy or wmt etc
Thats not my idea of service.

The service at source in North Hills mall was absolutely outstanding customer service and the ability to fix my problem and have me on my way was excellent.

Was looking to just get batteries, pulled out my family BCAA card as a screenshot, and was told the owner of the card has to be present. So I just walked out. I didn't spend my money here and won't in the future. Also the sneaky sales tactics of trying to find out my cell phone provider was not called for. I just wanted batteries.

Great service lots of patience on the side of customer service rep 2old ladys trying to figure out whats wrong with cell phone he explained very well and didn't take advantage by upselling got us what we needed ill go back there for sure 2nd time i got great service there by 2 different guys

The Source was great. Friendly service and they did their best to help with our problem. You can't get better anywhere.

Over the years I remain increasingly impressed with the quality of customer service at this store location. Their team has proven to be most professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful to me. I sincerely appreciate their management’s ability to go above and beyond specifically for my needs, not discriminating against me.
