Just got a new phone there and the lady Laurie (I hope I remembered her name correctly) was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She was incredibly helpful and made the process, that I have always found painful, to be very painless. The entire staff was friendly and extremely wonderful. I would rate Laurie and the others a 1000 stars out 5 stars if I could. Thank you for your service and I hope you all continue to be fantastic: D

EDIT: I would also like to give a shout out to a man there whos' name I did not catch, but he deserves praise for his customer relation skills. This man could sell ice to Santa Clause.

Creigh went above and beyond to set me up on my new phone.my old phone was just about completely toasted but Creigh worked a miracle after much effort to get all my contacts and photos to my new phone
Also excellent help selecting the best cellphone for me and finding me the best plan for my needs at a great price

I just wanted to thank Laurie in the Trail store, for all the amazing service she provided me. She was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions, and relieve me of all the stress I was having regarding looking for the best and proper gift for my daughter. I will definitely be returning because of her amazing service.

Heard mixed news about who the manager is, the lady in there claiming to be manager is more interested in getting her next smoke and complaining about customers rather than helping.

All good things must come to an end. Like every big retail business they can’t seem to keep a good staff here and they don’t offer any incentive to have them hang around. The current manager seems more interested in getting out for a smoke than actually helping you and I overheard her blame a customer for moving an item rather than honouring a price error. Not great customer service practices. On top of that the overzealous sales approach needs to end. We know what we want, and if we don’t we will come ask you. It really is a shame what this place has become because this place used to have a stellar group working here.
