The manager, Liz, and her amazing team in Creston B. C always go above to assist with any questions or concerns I have. The staff are very knowledgeable, whether it's regarding phone plans and upgrades, or other in store products. As someone who is not technologically savy, I appreciate the support. Thank you.

Came into the Source Creston on Black Friday. Extremely busy and so many wonderful staff. Bought a computer and 3 diff staff helped me. We are very lucky to have such wonderful staff in our town! Great management and knowledgeable staff!

Went in looking to upgrade my current phone. After talking g with the phone company last night I decided visiting the source was a better option, as I knew I would walk out with the phone. Not only did they find be a WAY better deal than the cell company, they stayed late (after hours) to ensure aeas transfered and working before I left. Thank you LIZ for the amazing service

Very helpful! Wanted to surprise my mom with a new phone. I don't know how to use an android but they helped transfer everything from the old Android phone to an iphone.

Beau was very helpful in setting us up with a SIM card and a no contract plan with Bell. Since we were in the National Parks with no wi-fi, the 4.5 gb of data can be used very quickly.

Skye, Gillian, and Liz were absolutely amazing! I went in to chat about my phone plan and I left with a new phone and a new plan. These ladies were extremely helpful and friendly. They also kept on talking about “hugs” which I would assume is an extra bonus, lol! Thanks again, ladies!

Went in to trade in my phone and renew my contract, of course my exchange had to be complicated but throughout the process liz-anne, beau and skye were friendly and helpful and i ended up buying a new ipad as well, highly recommend

Two staff there were incredibly helpful. I think one’s name was Liz. I needed an adaptor for my phone/vehicle. The staff member came out to my vehicle to help figure out what I needed, then helped me set up the Bluetooth, then came back to my truck to make sure it worked. I was so grateful!

I went in to change phone and plan, they were so very helpful.took the time to explain, helped set up my phone.beau and liz answered every question, without talking down to me. Thank you so much for a great experience.

Huge shout out to Hailey! She spent literal hours with me while I chose my first phone plan and cell phone. She explained things to me in ways I could understand, which is saying a lot! Hello folks, the lady's in the creston store are the best. I stop in checking out plans for cell phones. Gillian and the other lady spent endless efforts to try and set up a plan that had every possible option to give me the best possible plan. They went beyond what the provider i use for my cell service. Way beyond. Thanks lady's.
