Walked in with an idea of wanted but there was no one available to ask. I looked at what I wanted but there was no one to answer my questions. I left and came back 30 mins later and it was similar situation. Store was clean and in stock

For those who remember, this is the rebranded Radio Shack we grew up with in the 70's and 80's. Has many of the electronic parts you might need. As well they sell phones, Computers and other mainstream stuff. Prices are fair and as a national chain if it's not in stock locally they can order it in asap

Great experience at the source, I came by the first time a few weeks ago to grab a cable and kevin walked me through the warranty that you guys had so I aded it on. I went back a week later and ted helped me replace the broken one.i will be coming back

The best of the best: 5 stars for the guys at this location of The Source in Richmond Center (Karan, Jeffrey and Ted) are great in all possible aspects: customer service, accompaniment and detailed explanation, patient, thoughtful, friendly, polite etc. If you are looking for the best attention and customer service, I definitely recommend this location.
