I really had a terrible experience. Signed up for a contract for 2 new phone and took 2.5 hrs to processed it. Ask us to deposit $300 and we will get it in 6 months but I said I don't have that money. They never mentioned anything about it in the beginning. They said that we couldn't keep our existing cp# but it was a total lie because I called Bell today and the person I talked to said that we could migrate our old cp# to a new contract. Also, they said that we could both get $300 credit but I only getting the credit plus I ended up paying $15 because she can't do it if it's less than $300 so I have to pay $15 on top of it. Do not go here because they are trying to scam people. If I don't call bell I would have ended paying for 4 cp line (old cp # no contract and 2 new existing cp # for the new contract) for 3 months because that's they told us to do which doesn't make sense. This is unacceptable and they are very unprofessional. I hope it wouldn't happen to anyone.

Just went to exchange an earpiece I bought 2 years ago, insured. No puss, they checked and changed the item. Good job

Do not buy anything from this store it sucks at first didnt explain to you that you cant return the item once its opened!
How would you freaking know if its good right?
At first the source is so good in returning stuff, now its all sucks!
I advised might as well buy from
amazon you can return anytime. No issues. And
why hiring staff doesnt know manners too. Very bad to go here wasting your time.

I Learnt my lesson.

Fahad was absolutely amazing. Came in a few weeks and the gent who originally helped me was on vacation but he Fahad stepped up. Bought a new phone and plan. Was very clear with what I was getting, patient, and quick. Super painless and really enjoyable experience. Thank you!

I got a new phone and plan from this store. The plan was cheap and monthly for the phone was also lower than other providers. The person who helped me is really nice and helped me to transfer my data into the new phone. I would like to thank Nikhil Grover for helping me.

It's an okay place to get your electronics but there's no smoking deals all it is is just an overpriced Gadget store but if other stores don't have it you're most likely to get it at the source.

Waited about 20 minutes without anyone greeting me. Had to interrupt one of their interaction just to even get the item I wanted.

We purchased a Tv-DVD player on line, there were problems with the remote, we took it to Metrotown store and I think every staff member helped us, we were very frustrated, but they changed that and helped us out with ordering a new one after trying hard to get the other to work. Thank you to all staff, we definitely recommend this store, customer service is amazing.

So yea they r so lazy that they even don't want to make a buck. It's not first time but it's ok other stores will want my money. Sunday April 30 I went inside. They were three there. Store empty only one was talking with the only one costomer. I said very loud hi the two that were talking they didn't knowledge me so I said again hi been closer to them. Hey this time they didn't have what to do and they ask what do u want. I wanted to say I want to leave a buck here but I kept my mouse shut an I said do u have the first star war on ps 4 because I know didn't come on ps5. They even didn't know what I am talking and they were so lazy to go and look on their comp, (Maybe they don't know how to use the comp) and directly the answer was no. It's ok I am not mad maybe the CEO told them to act like this because he has so much money that he doesn't need any more.

Sakshi was wonderful helping me choose the right tech for my new gaming set up. We walked in just before closing and she was very excited to help us. She made sure to show me all the options they had for the latest gaming headphones! She’s 100% the reason I’ll be back. Very good customer service and nice variety of gaming tech.

I recently bought a Samsung S23 from The Source in Metrotown, but wasn't satisfied with it. However, the service I received from Shivam, one of the employees there, was exceptional. He was very helpful and attentive to my needs, and when I told him I wanted to change my phone, he quickly arranged for a replacement within a day. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and efficiency of his service, and it made my experience with The Source much better. I highly recommend this store, especially if you can get assistance from Shivam.

I purchased an Xbox x controller and a Astro head set I put a warranty on them and when I went back they are telling me I was never there under my info that I have had for many many years! They promised to return my calls and did not.

I walked in the store to buy a JBL 5 speaker. One store staff talked to me and ask if I can speak Mandarin. Sure, I can, yet I am not used to speak Mandarin when shopping in a store. He asked me what is my current mobile phone plan, he thought he might be able to offer me a more value package. I am not going to change my current provider, so I didn't tell him currently monthly charges. He politely asked to add my whatsapp. I did so as a polite reply. Later that evening he sent me the package, which really attraced. On the second day, as I visited and changed my family mobile phone provider in this store. He really helped me to save over $150 per month. I will recommend his service to my other friends.

I came there to demo a BOSE headphone and unfortunately they remove the demos! Dissapointing, it could be a $500 purchase!
