I’m really disappointed.
This store has changed into a prison. You get buzzed in for Saftey and security reasons. Now I come in the location maybe a handful of times in a year. I went in tonight and was left so upset. First I was buzzed in and greeted by a worker running to the door as I’m in the phone already with my partner. Which then I’m trying to listen to two different people I just explained no I don’t need help I’m here to look at some controllers. I go to the section and he kept talking so I hang up the phone. As I’m texting with my partner about different devices I feel someone breathing on me (he was that close to me) for 10 mins as I’m texting and looking at the product even after telling him I’m okay I’m just looking but thanks for offereing the help. I then get greeted by store leader Ken. He said well it’s 5pm and I am closing is there anything I can get you. I said ok I’ll get this product. He unlocks it and grabs it and bring to the counter I mention I think it a bit weird having someone stand behind me while I’m looking at something he then defends and said he was there if I needed help I said no it was more like he was waiting for me to take something off the shelf and run. Suddenly he had nothing to share. Changed the subject. As a female and let’s add I’m First Nation female I’m very awear of what going on. But to be stand guarded for the 10 mins I was looking at product that locked to the shelf. He had to be right behind me. It’s the fact I stood up and said something and he had nothing nice to say. I don’t know if this is how you train your staff but when I said I’m good to two different workers yet the both stand behind and watch me like I’m going do something is really upsetting. I left in tears and felt like I didn’t something wrong. Just because people have stolen from your store doesn’t mean treat your customers like they are going do it. I will take my money other places because that is just no okay to do. Treat your customers better. Give your head a shake. And don’t judge people by their skin colour.

This 5 star is for Skylar (sp). I was an unprepared warranty customer, and in a few short minutes, he had my problem solved. Chill and efficient, good listener too.

Ken was amazing!
So knowledgeable and patient while I decided which watch to purchase.
Settled on an Apple Watch, which he set up for me, while multitasking, and patiently serving other customers.
Even grabbed a chair for an elderly gentleman who was waiting.
Best customer service that I have had in a long time!
