Had a wonderful experience at the source in woodgrove mall! Abhijith was amazing and did an amazing job in helping me get the phone I wanted and was helpful all the through the process! Highly recommend him!

This place sells defective products and tells you to go somewhere else for repair. No manager around to talk to. Still have yet to use ear buds that were purchased that do not work. Awesome customer service

Bought Beat Headphones last night, will not go into pairing at all. Took back next day on my lunch, they weren't able to pair them either. Instead of helping me out told me to go to an Apple Store. Still haven't used the product after spending so much money. No "Managers" around to approve an exchange. Needed earbuds for work. Do not recommend. This store took my money and told me to figure it out somewhere else with a defective product

A small gift was purchased before Christmas and much later it was found to be defective. They replaced the cord immediately

Great service and awesome products. Replaced my old broken phone in minutes and saved all my pics etc.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Bought 2 chrome books fot my kids and 1 of them had a charging issue which the staff wareenteed. The staff was amazing from time of original purchase all the way through to exchanging the defective chromebook. Very professional and great customer service!

Dead store in a dead mall. They have nothing worth buying. You can get everything they sell cheaper at other store. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Not to mention rude staff.

So much better when it was radio shack. It's all just overpriced same old same old. No special items like you used to be able to order or get.

My wife bought me PS5 headphones almost a year ago. The covering on the side started to peel off. I contacted Sony with pictures asking if they would do anything. Got an email back saying because I didn't buy them directly from Sony they couldn't do anything. So I called The Source where my wife bought them from. They looked up the purchase, turns out my wife had paid an extra 10 bucks or something for some sort of extended warranty. They said bring them in and we'll give you a brand new pair, which they did. Boom! Customer service at its finest. I will definitely keep The Source and their extended warranty in mind next time I'm tech shopping!
