Me and my husband recently got phone and plans from here. Abhi was very helpful and provided us great support very patiently.

Went to the store and it was a very unpleasant experience. The manager (think his name started with a z) was very rude and talked aggressively to me and my sister. He was borderline yelling at us. I will never shop at a source store after this experience.

Abhi stuck around well after store closing to ensure we got the promo that was about to expire! Excellent customer service!

They are always try to sell you their warranty, even after saying no. (It's not worth it)

After barely exceeding the warranty, headphones died. Absolutely no customer service or ability to bring in for repair or inspection. No value to common decency or respect for community. Do not buy from The Source.

Great customer service from Shivam. I was just buying a sim card but he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He takes time to explain best options. Definitely recommended.

Won't return defective item, first needed manager, second time back past 14 days, because I worked late and couldn't come back to new Westminster during weekday

It's a small-size tech center with tech-smart staff.
The variety of products they stock is good enough and at reasonable prices, and the most important thing about the Source as a shopping experience is the people who work there!
Ask them most anything and they usually know the importance details.
It's also a great place to get basics like batteries and cables.
Watch out for upselling - but that's true at any tech center retailer.

I called before I came and asked if they (the Source) had this specific cable (DisplayPort). They checked. They said they did. Two options, $24.99 for 6’ and $29.99 for 16’.

The two guys working were apologetic, and acknowledged that someone made a mistake.however, they both claimed it wasn't either of them.

I walked for 20 minutes to pick up the cable. They never actually had the cable…
Now I walk 20 minutes home, empty handed. Add on the 15 minutes in store and I completely wasted an hour of time.

I am super happy with the extended support and service by Kaushal (The Source Sales Rep for Royal City). He is very accommodating and courteous. I was only supposed to pickup an InStore delivery item but since he was super accommodating, I found myself racking in a new PS5 with so many accessories and games haha! Thank you, Kaushal and The Source!

Terrible TERRIBLE, so they had a ps5 bundle available, and the price tag said 750. But the very rude Indian guy up front said its all sold out and only the 1000+ bundle is available, which is literally the EXACT same deal but they force a 3 year warranty for 100s of dollars more.

I went to metro and they sold it to me for 839, a ps5 disc and a game and headset. Without being rude and forcing a 3yr warranty.

I wish I got the guys name at the royal city centre, cause he was extremely rude and unhelpful. This happened yesturday, Wednesday at around 9-11am.
