I bought speakers from this store. Dilpreet explained very well about the speaker. I gave 5 stars because of his best customer service.

Bought earbuds online from The Source. Found one had a malfunctioning button within a month of purchase and took it into this store to exchange or get it fixed. They were no help at all despite selling me a malfunctioning piece of technology. Told me I had to take the earbuds to Apple to get it sorted. No offer of how to do so, who to contact, just no help at all. I will not be buying from The Source again with their terrible customer service.

I am quite happy with Dilpreet's customer service. Last week, I went to the store and the way he explained about the product (apple airpods) was outstanding. He helped me to choose the best which fits with my budget. Last but not least, he is very friendly.

If I could give them 0 stars I would.
I went in to the source and I knew what I was coming in to buy. So I went up to the apple section and grabbed a card with a barcode on it to purchase some apple air pods pro (second gen) the two young gentleman at the till didn’t bother to look up or to help in any way, and I noticed that the source had gone so downhill in the last 5 or so years because I used to always get gadgets and such from Metrotown Source as well… and well it’s the same lack of service there too.
Anyhow the guy doesn’t even grab my bar code thing and he runs to the back to grab the pods I was wanting to buy. When it came to cashing out he didn’t even do that properly and didn’t mention extra charges on the air pods that’s I’ve never seen before. I asked a lot of questions about the price and tax to be sure. And he just gave me attitude all the way through. As soon as my payment went through he slapped the receipt on the box of my purchased product and sent me on my way out with no bag… I thought the whole transaction and vibe in the place was so very off and wrong for what it used to be.

At the end I went up through Best Buy to get to my car, and the gentleman in Best Buy was telling me all about the new Mac book (I had also been looking into buying) and he was so lovely. I wish I had bought my air pods from him but they were cheaper at The Source.he told me they price matched but I didn’t want to go back and return the pods and create more of a hassle to the guys that were working there because they made me feel super uncomfortable

Never again will I buy products from the source, honestly the company has been going down hill (they always have good deals but…) note to self Best Buy price matches. I get all my major gadgets from Best Buy.tv, computers ect. Will absolutely be going to Best Buy from now on.

Was rudely asked to send an email since the employee didn’t have the time to answer my simple question. Followed by being rudely hung up on.

Asked for a simple 14V power cable, I even had a picture, the staff here showed me other random cables and has no clue nor cared much to help. Please hire people that know about electronics.

After a frustrating experience yesterday at another Park Royal store trying to setup a prepaid phone for my Mom we went to The Source. Gurjot Kingra has so helpful and knowledgeable and had us sorted out really quickly. Thank you!

I came and they said not any more and will not give you that.
