I broke my phone yesterday, went in there today, and Cayden was awesome. He knew exactly what I needed and helped out so much. I went back to get a case and a charger later in the day, and a different staff member helped me as well and was fantastic. It was a very good experience. Thank you.

Got the best help from Jatin and Jayden! They informed me about the deals in the store and help me save money.

Prince, Kai and Taio were all so helpful. They were having difficulties with their system and I was in the store for a long time and they were all very gracious and did everything in their power to make me more comfortable. All in all the best customer service experience I've had in a long time.

Ben helped me hours with the most wonderful service and attitude. Very happy with my experience and new product with the best deal he could give.

Great customer service - was able to warrantee a product and accommodate my needs for a new item when old item was discontinued

Bought a new phone here recently. The sales rep told me that the processing/activation fees for my new phone would be waived by calling the phone company (Virgin) as I've been a customer for more than a decade.

After 80 minutes on the phone with Virgin, I still had to pay the extra fees and the manager at Virgin told me "you can't be surprised that they lied to you to make a sale". Apparently this is a known issue. Never again!

*****Update: Despite the immediate response to the review I posted (see below), I have not received any further contact or communication from management or anyone else from The Source (over three weeks after the initial incident).

Oliver and ben were extremely helpful for setting up my iPhone and ipad, they insured that I got the best deals available and were very pleasant and knowledgeable.

I had a really great experience upgrading my phone with Oliver. He was super knowledgeable and listened to my needs. I really appreciated his customer service approach and will be going to him for all my future tech needs!
