An absolutely amazing experience getting a new cell phone at the Source. I was helped by Brandon who was above and beyond to figure out my needs, make educated and helpful suggestions with no pressure and get me in to the right phone, the right contract and all the accessories at the price I felt comfortable in. I'm not sure I would have been quite as blown away had I not gone to every other cell phone dealer in the whole Aberdeen Mall and received the WORST service or just average at best service everywhere else. Brandon definitely has made me a customer of The Source for life. I cannot say enough other then, if you need anything, do yourself a favour and see Brandon at the Source in Aberdeen Mall.

Horrible customer service. Sell bottom of the line products for outrageous prices and don't honor their warranties. Steer clear of this place!

Good prices and nice service, I really recommend to visit the Aberdeen mall one with this long red beard guy!

The employee was really friendly and kind. She was very upfront about the delayed system on Boxing Day. Only negative would be the slow computer system.

I highly suggest going here for any electronic reason at all. It is an amazing experience to be able to talk to guys who know what they’re talking about. The last two times I’ve been here Devon has always helped me out and I learn something every time.

So, I bought AirPods Pro few months ago and while making the purchase they employee assured me that if something happens to the AirPods just bring it to us and we will replace it for you.
I had a problem with one of the AirPods as soon as I entered the store the employees didn’t even took look at my AirPods and said directly that we cannot do anything about the apple products and we are not responsible.
But why make false promises while I was buying it?
Very unpleasant experience over here.

Went in looking for an adapter for my camera, and Brandon helped me out so much. I had an idea of what I needed but didn't know exactly, he was able to find me the right thing super fast. He and the rest of the staff there are very knowledgeable about lots of things, and they are very friendly and respectful. I will definitely be returning to shop with them again!

I would highly suggest going into the source and seeing Devon or Brandon, they are always very knowledgeable and able to lend a hand with any questions I have had! Always so helpful and kind with a smile and a joke, truly a great customer service experience!
