Had an awesome and very pleasant experience while buying my first phone in Canada. The manager (Mr. Pardeep) of the store helped and guided me to select a new phone with a perfect plan that suits my requirements. He assisted me very well and other staff was also vey nice. I went in a little while ago to pick up something i purchased from their website and the two people who were working were very kind and helpful with the online ordering process.sometime when you order something online and pay online to pick up in store, you don’t always get the same level of service in store as you would if you bought it in the store.this was not the case.the people working were great.the deals were also great.

I went there yesterday to buy airpods pro for my kids and I must confess that it was my best shopping experience. Suzanne so-called Suzie was very nice, helpful. Despite the fact that we all have to wear a mask, I felt her big smile and that makes my purchases very joyfull.
I really recommend this place and if you can have her to help you, you will understand my feelings.

I went into the store in Scottsdale mall and asked a question about a type of battery which fits into a flashlight. One of the employees, Adam went out of his way to help me. He went to the back and showed me the exact type of tube I needed and relieved me from a big headache.

He (Adam) is truly an amazing worker and I want his employer to know that such workers need to be valued and rewarded for their exce5conduct.

I will definitely come back again.

I just called “The Source”, to speak to an associate.here is “Adam”, @ the Scottsdale location - who very rudely spoke over me even while I politely greeted him first thing this morning when I called. It’s not funny but when I asked him “please don’t speak speak over me again” so I could explain why I called, he literally ended the call. Hmm not a morning person or not a customer service type.maybe both.

My partner had called about 10 mins prior in regards to a pair of Turtle Beach headsets purchased under two months ago, along with their $34.99 in-store extended warranty he was told by the Guildford Sales Rep “Pavon” - is good to replace/fix *Within the 1st year, that he doesn’t need a receipt, or the box and not once mentioned 30 days for electronic’s or any other mention regarding the warranty facts which we both asked and he said if their any any issues we can return it no problem - because of course something Always happens in year 1 - Again this is what the Sale’s Staff Pavon @ Guildford told him when he bought them - Note: who doesn’t buy a new model headset every year or other btw who games?

The Source @ Metropolitan is the best - bring your service if needed to them they know how to make things right -

Metro however is father away - which takes us to Scottsdale with Adam. The associate I spoke to was “Adam”, at the Scottsdale location. He was the only associate I spoke to/ location I called that was extremely rude and honestly didn’t have the correct facts. He told my partner that “you have 30 days to return/ replace if their is an issue and if past 30 days you have to contact Turtle beach in the first year about fixing the headset yourself, and they would only replace the 2nd/3rd year because there’s nothing the store will do that first year it’s manufactures issue. I’m sorry - is the source trying to lie or up-sale customers? This is not what the sale member who sold us them said!

My partner works night shifts so he woke up early in order to do this today and it’s a real shame it started out with this guy “Adam”, at “The Scottsdale Source”. I spoke to the manager at Guildford who was their when we purchased the headset and asked all the important questions.why would I pay for your Extra $34.99 (warranty in store it says on the recipte literally it says I have from start **06/2021 to end warranty **06/2024), on a already expensive $200.00 headset making my purchase $264. ** with tax included. If your not going to make things right - it doesn’t affect your in-store sales, just effects your customers morale to shop @ your store knowing you don’t take care of them.we won’t be shopping here anymore.

Anyway the issues been resolved the right way thanks to another associate not at Scottsdale or Guildford - who actually wants to make it right & has their facts straight - much appreciation to him and no thanks Scottsdale or Guildford for not making this right by focusing on sales and not the customers.you won’t be getting our business.especially with your rude employee at Scottsdale who doesn’t know how to be professional or kind.

I am giving a 5-star rating to employee, Anuk. He provided the absolute best customer service I have had in many years. He checked on the product I was looking for, he called me as soon as the product arrived at that store, and although it was an order for another customer, Anuk suggested an alternative that had just arrived. He was very prompt, very courteous and very polite. Thank You, Anuk!

Loved it, staff are friendly and prices are great. Bought two color changing light bulbs and an Apple charger, haven't had any issues since! Great Source around, loved it and I would go again.

The worst electronics store you could ever step foot into.
They sold me a knock-off chromecast for $30 that clearly wouldn't work after trying it. It was a cable for phone to plug into tv. I baught this 2 years ago still so furious. Come time to return the useless product and they said no returns, I thru a tantrum its unfathomable that a hole in the wall with shady con men can call themselves a business.
I got my money back after having the worst experience. I hope no one has the same. Do not shop here. Buy your product online from direct manufacturer, cheaper and you fobt have to deal with sly worms

Not only were the people in store rude and I'm willing to fulfill the warranty they described to me, when I called customer service about it they were also rude. I I'm never making a purchase there nor am I recommending them to anyone

There was a deal for Black Friday on the Apple Watch Nike+, and the price seemed too good to be true for a brand new Apple Watch but I called the store to confirm that it was brand new and not an "open box" product, which means it was a customer return. The associate told me it was brand new and after charging it when I got home the watch was "overheated" and would not work. I took it to the Apple Store, and they confirmed that this watch had been sold before. Trusting Apple, and why wouldn't I, this store scammed me into buying a customer returned item by claiming it was brand new. I would not trust The Source. I will never shop there again.

If you want some small item then the service is fine. I'm in the market for many items.

After spending some time with me regarding 1 item I moved onto laptops. By this time the salesman lost interest. No effort to sell me a laptop.

Hey. SELL ME the item then you make a sale and I move on. Like pulling teeth.he kept looking away out the store, shared a smile with other salesman then the one salesman said to him.oh you have a phone call and he walked away.

Do you think I'm stupid? I walked out. I returned after 20-30 min to see if either of these salesmen would help me and I was completely ignored and when I looked their way they looked away.

Again.sell me the item. I would have returned in the future to buy all items needed but now they lost all my business. I work damn hard for my money and last thing I want is to feel insulted while handing out my money and feeling like a burden on these salesmen.

I used to sell shoe excursions while I worked on cruise ships. I would spend whatever time the customer needed. One hour for selling a $150 excursion but they always came back with a smile sometimes buying more or just to day thank you. THATS customer service.

I came to the source because Best Buy pulled the same nonsense. Does anyone want my business? You have to earn it not expect it.

Bought Dr. Dre Solo 3 Beats on Black Friday from the Delta BC Source on 71 ave and 120 street and they were supposed to be Brand new. Received product and Apple said they were bought November 2017 so they were used. There were white hairs in the ear pieces as well. When I approached customer service, they said they could do nothing as i opened the package. Contacted The Source main office and have been dealing with this for 2 days and keep getting told "they will call me back. " Paid almost $200 for these headphones (from $320 as it was Black Friday" and i can't even use them because they don't work and they weren't brand new. Will never shop here again. The issue was finally resolved a week later but still, this should have never happened in the first place.
