Zain and Fahim ARE BADDIES. They cut us the best deals, cracked some jokes, and just created a really friendly and welcoming environment. Made the process of getting a new phone SUPER quick and easy. This is where I’ll be taking my business from now on!

Should out to Adi! This guy is amazing and deserves a raise! Man, this guy got me a great trade in for my phone. Plus he saved me a few hundred on my Laptop. Plus! Amazing service and supply for a small outlet. Best Buy huge store didn’t have a basic item wanted me to order online and cost $10 more for a small ticket item! I will choose The Source every time!

Overpriced with minimal selection. Basically the exact opposite of what Radio Shack used to be. I don't expect this chain to last.

If the staff were more knowledgeable about products to suit the customers needs then they would have less returns. Not to mention the manager at this location has no customer service skills as far as not going out of his way what so ever to help

I recently purchased an iPhone 12 from the Source at the Mayfair Mall in Victoria and I wanted to say how helpful and friendly the staff was. Both Marc (the manager) and Ben (an employee) spent over 2 hours helping me set it up and explained everything to me in detail. They were friendly, funny and incredibly helpful. Was really happy that the clerk mentioned that Virgin cell users save 20% on the bill. Should be in a sign near the cashier. When i remember this i changed my rating from 4 to 5 *.

After visiting multiple stores and spending hours on the phone, Marc did the impossible and got esim working for me on my new iPhone. Possibly one of the most knowledgeable people in Victoria about setting up cellular plans with esim.

Wonderful, wonderful service. Had an issue which was resolved immediately to everyones satisfaction. With no issues. Made a few attempts before to resolve with other customer service people with no success. Was not able to deal with it because of serious illness but was able to get in and resolve the problem with a smile, courtesy and great results. I went to the Source looking for headphones and a wifi repeater for my house. The wifi repeater was simple enough to find, works great by the way. I purchased a netgear brand d-link and not only does it create an improved signal, it also makes the one coming from the original router better. Anyways, one of the employees was very knowledgable about the bluetooth headphones. I was comparing two different models, one that he owned himself and one that his friend owned.

Got a great deal the other day on beats earbuds so I'm happy about that, though staff did not know how to process my e-giftcards so had to wait around until someone who new how got back from their break.

Amazing time at the source. The staff were very helpful and always we're trying to find the lowest price on every item I was interested in. No upsell, just service. Marc (Manager) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Looking forward to my next visit and hoping to shop there again soon! 5 stars!

Slow day. Noticed staff loitering around on new year day looking reallly bored. They did approach me to offer assistance but I declined thanking them anyway. Christmas shopping for most people is over since no extra discounts are offered there's no attraction or need to buy!

I love the source, i went there today to top up my LUCKY MOBILE cell plan, i was delighted to see that a young man named Kenzie was working, he was the staff member at The Source who had so professionally helped me to pick out a new LG Z4 phone during a previous visit to the store. Today I also found a certain hard to find connector i needed to complete a rather complex wiring task i was attempting to connect my old PS2 to my new RCA digital projector. Not only did they have what I was looking for, it was the very last one of it's kind and on sale at the clearance price of only $4! I was also able to find a memory chip for my new phone on sale as well. Kenzie was very helpfull by installing the new chip in my cell (which was also on sale for only $10) and he also took the time to show me how to operate it. Kenzie also showed me theirrange of bluetooth speakers as I am in themarlet for one. All and all, once again, a very successfull and rewarding shopping experience at the Mayfair Mall location ofThe Source.

They didnt accept my airpods return after only one day of use. Don't bother buying apple products here, just go to a real store.

Great place for Phone plans, The manager Marc really nice guy. Hook me up with with new iPhone XS max with a amazing plan. Really knowledgeable and funny person. Highly recommend this place.

There are two clues and the source doesn't even know what a clue is. Product knowledge is non existent.

Edit/Updated: Unfortunately after going through a very troublesome process they finally had a "one time exception" to return a product that had been used for 30 minutes. My advice still stands as I've never had so much trouble with a return process. Do not purchase any Apple products from The Source, buy it from Apple directly. Do not purchase Sennheiser products from them, you can buy it directly from Sennheiser. In my experience Best Buy has a much smoother experience with returning any product and overall a better shopping experience. I'm glad that I did eventually get my return but it is absurd the amount of stress and anxiety involved to make it happen.

For once I found a sorce store that does not sell products that break with in the first 2 uses or 24 hours of purchase.

Very rude staff at this location. I was not satisfied with a tempered glass screen protector I had purchased from another store and went in to ask if they sold other alternatives such as the plastic/ rubber film. They agressively argued over my preference telling me that those options won't protect my phone and pushed for glass. The last screen film I had was plastic and it lasted 2 years with no breakage so I can't say I agreed with them. Overall experience was not helpful, not to mention the unnecessary argument that pursued afterwards. A simple "sorry no we don't carry those " would have sufficed.
