The Spa At Nita Lake Lodge

Everything was satisfactory, especially the bathtub, lake view, amenities, free shuttle bus, and the best time to relax.

I went here for the first time for my birthday and I absolutely loved it! Definitely the best spa I’ve been to! Super relaxing and comfortable. I got the basic facial and my skin felt super hydrated and glowy! I definitely recommend coming here!

My wife and I got pedicures here while on vacation and we had a great time. The environment was relaxing, and getting to use the rooftop hot tubs ahead of time was an amazing part of the experience. Our only wish is that we had been able to get there sooner to enjoy that for longer.

Amazing staff, services and lots of treatment options available. My wife and I both had the Kundalini treatment and it was great. Will definitely be making a trip back!

We truly enjoyed our time in this place! It is a relaxing environment with friendly and professional staff. I tried their manicure, RMT massage, and facial services. The facial stood out as an absolute favorite, a truly enjoyabble and relaxing experience.

Been here for the RMT massage on a couple of long weekend visits to Whistler. Excellent service Inc allowing guests to use the hot tubs for extended periods before and after. Beware of the sun even on a cold day on the outside decks where the hot tubs are

I have travelled the world and experienced many spas, this was hands down one of the best. From the many amenities and gorgeous relaxation room to the skilled providers. I had the Nita Signature experience with Allison who is truly gifted with her hands. This was definitely at the higher end of the expense scale, but worth it.
If you have time, arrive early and enjoy the rooftop hot tubs, the steam room, and the relaxation room with the incredible views, super comfy loungers and lovely tea and water. And stay afterwards with a good book. **parking is free and you don't need a pass. Just drive in!

Same great massage you can get else where, but you get access to a zen room and rooftop hot tubs

Great massage, loved the relaxation room, friendly service, the rest of Nita Lake Lodge is great, too (restaurants, walking paths around the lake, coffee shop, …)

After a first experience at the spa which unfortunately my partner wasn’t able to experience the management took the time to contact me to rectifying the situation and offer solutions for rebooking services. Overall the spa is nice clean with professional staff and the services are nice

Great experience here! A girlfriend and I booked RMT massages last weekend and had a wonderful mini spa day. The hot pools and steam room were uncrowded, and Kat Ulmer delivered a fantastic massage. Lovely facilities and staff.

PS - After your spa visit, be sure to stop by hotel reception for snuggles from the owner's dog.

Had a fantastic RMT massage here, followed by a dip in the rooftop hot tubs. Staff were wonderful, & very clean/covid safe.

I cant seem to reply to you in regards to your reply, we stayed at your hotel for 2 nights.the room service was terrible and the food was very cold, and I specifically told them of the allergy and they brought food with a chilli sauce was coughing non stop.it took us hours to hear back from the manager and the staff was arguing non stop. There was no window or fan in the top bedroom as we have a 2 bedroom suit couldnt breath.we were also not told of the daily parking charge when we booked. Very unsatisfied with your hotel and I wish with the amount we paid I stayed somewhere else.

Love this place! I've been here a couple of times and look forward to going back. It's really peaceful and the staff are helpful and friendly. I especially recommend the Signature Facial with Alycia.

Love love love this place! A bunch of us went to and got RMT sessions and everyone enjoyed it so much. I had Naiya and my husband had Yukiko as our RMT. It was such a great experience. The place is small but cozy. Great customer service!

Visited this place while staying at Nita Lake Lodge, and it was a perfect visit. The steam room was definitely my favourite. It’s not a very large space, so maybe about 4 people. We also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub, it was snowing while we were there so it was a little winter wonderland. I had the Heaven and Earth treatment, it was wonderful and very relaxing. The facility was clean. Definitely would recommend.

Spa-ing again @spaatnita! We are practically the only ones here using the facilities. There are complimentary robes and slippers for use, a steam room, 2 outdoor hot tubs, and a relaxation lounge with water tea. My only critical feedback is that they don't have snacks. A little trail mix and dried fruit would have been excellent.

Our RMT massages were great and my partner enjoyed his Sports Pedicure for his birthday present! The service was lovely.

Fantastic service all around from the entire staff. Erika S is amazing at making you feel comfortable during your services. She did Verju for me. 6 sessions total. Its an awesome service with noticeable results in just a few days. Highly recommend.

I had an fabulous session with Nadine - she tailored my facial to all the issues I was concerned about - the included massage was above & beyond expectations! I’ll be back!

This spa is MAGICAL. My fiancée and I got a couples deep tissue massage, done by Tamara and Grace (highly recommend requesting one of them!).

The spa overall includes two rooftop hot tubs, a eucalyptus steam room, and relaxation lounge (where you wait for your massage appointment or get your nails done.)

The rooftop hot tubs are an amazing experience when it’s snowing outside. I felt like I was in a movie.

I really like that everything is open to men & women, so my fiancée and I could spend time together. Most other spas I’ve been to separate women/men amenities, which can be enjoyable, but Nita’s spa is perfect for friends, couples, and families that want to relax together.

The front desk staff was so sweet and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Had one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I was also happy that the spa featured a relaxation lounge and access to the roof top hot tubs. Definitely made for a relaxing experience.

The staff are very warm and friendly and the spa was really clean. I went there for RMT and the masseuse was really knowledgeable and helped me with my pinched nerve. The only downside is the steam room is small and loud. The rest of the spa is relaxing, clean and soothing. Everyone gets a nice warm and soft robe to wear. And there is always supplies of fresh towels for use and tea and spa water to drink.

The RMTs are amazing, I have been going to this spa for years. Unfortunately we had a miscommunication where I thought I booked a massage for today (Friday) but found out by email that it was actually booked for Thursday. I was charged for the session even though I never received conformation that I requested. I’ll admit I was probably a little massage drunk when I made the booking and in a rush for another appointment.but that is why I asked them to email the conformation.
They typically send text confirmations/reminders but not this time.

So with the price increases and abnormaly shallow hot tubs this is my final straw.

It really is a shame as the RMTs are awesome. I have seen 3 different therapists and each really does great work.

Decent facilities, but treated rather bruskly while visiting on our checkout day after seven nights staying at the hotel.
