The people at this store have always been very helpful when I have a question or need something. I have been doing needlepoint for about 20 years in the States and when I moved to Canada I was so relieved that they actually have a needlepoint store here! I am so grateful for them and for all the help they have given me.

Stitchers muse is super awesome! I needed a bunch of different krenik blending filaments for a cross stitch project and could not figure out where to find them in Vancouver. Luckily I found stitchers muse online. They were able to help me out and ship everything to me at a reasonable price. I was kept updated on my order and they were so helpful explaining the different types of filament. I will definitely be ordering from you for other future projects!

I started shopping at the Stitcher's Muse the first time i walked into their business on the main drag in town on the corner below the Palace Hotel. I like their set up in the store of course there is lots to look at. I craft lots, although I have not started needle art as of yet these last few years I use lots of the crafting materials they offer to customers. I bought some iron on patches (lots to look at), small fabric bunches, thread - lots of different needle sorts and I bought lots of different sorts as well. Embroidery hoops in different brands and sizes. Beads which I just love as the beads at this store are awesome. Buttons galore for special occasions. Oh, I better not forget to let you know.you can donate your unused and unneeded crafting materials. Than you can also buy any donated items at your price as to say. Zippers.so if you need a zipper this is a good start as anywhere else. There is lots to shop for in this store and I only mentioned as few. Great service and if you have any questions they like to help and inform you what any item is used for that they have there. I just wanna craft out all day.great store to go to.

Today I picked up perle cotton for a weaving project. The staff was so helpful, making sure I found just what I was looking for. The new location is bright and has lots of good parking out front. They always have what I need for needle work.

After hearing about and then joining the online UFO club that the Stitcher’s Muse has I have been making steady progress on a lot of projects and several new ones that have been languishing in my cupboard. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. I thoroughly enjoy the twice weekly online FB videos and feel that I’ve met several new online stitcher friends, not living in Nanaimo it is very easy to order items, either ordering online, calling or emailing them. Once we’re allowed to travel again I will be making the ferry trip across and browse the store and meet in person Dionne and Karen. Highly recommend this shop as a go to for all your stitching and sewing supplies.

I was looking for a particular Aida cloth and was referred to Stitcher's Muse. They didn't have what I was looking for in stock, but the sales staff when the extra mile to order it in for me. They were honest too about how long it may take for delivery given current covid supply chain delays. I will use this retailer again.

An awesome place to buy embroidery and quilting items. Everyone who works there is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! They go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for. If you want a peek at what they have drop in to their lovely and bright store. Or check out the You tube chat Tuesdays and Fridays around 1: 00. Very entertaining!

Their new location has easy access and free parking which is a big plus. The shop is big and you can safely navigate around making it a safe place to shop during our current Covid restrictions.

I have visited The Stitcher’s Muse several times over the years and each time, I’m greeted by very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I’ve placed orders over the phone as well as through the Facebook live sales! I can’t say enough how helpful and friendly the staff are! Visiting this lovely store is one of my favourite places to go when I visit Vancouver Island

Great new location with a great selection of almost anything you would need for needlework, quilting, and almoat ny hand craft.

A nice little store with some cross stitch patterns. Some materials are sold for a decent price, but most are overpriced.
