Quincy arrive considerably earlier than anticipated and within minutes of looking at the plumbing. His diagnosis that the plugged drain required an auger was correct. I would not hesitate to recommend The Super Plumber & Quincy for any of your plumbing needs.

Overpriced sub quality level service. Everything they did at my place, had to be redone again shortly after.

I looked up "3 best plumbers in Nanaimo", I called each one for an estimate and to come and look at difficult location prior to quote.
One quoted $2400 over the phone and said he couldn't fit a standard tank in where there already was one. The 2nd one came on site and quoted $1650 for a 6year warranty Rheem tank and didn't look at anything else. Although there were some communication issues between the Super Plumber branches regarding when a plumber was supposed to be on site and costs, Shawn was quick to resolve the error and had Ken arrive later in the day. Ken did what I would expect an experienced plumber to do. If a water tank is leaking internally, verify the pressure, it was over 110psi. When inspecting the PRV, it was still at factory setting of 55psi so it was toast. While at the PRV Ken noted that there was some inferior poly B pipe that was known to fail between the PRV and the copper, as well as the system did not have an expansion tank.
He advised me on the concerns and even though the quote was the highest of the 3, they use a John Wood heater with best warranty period, although it was financially painful there was no choice as to which company I had to go with. The job was completed in a day with the proper pipe work and (being a technical person) I assisted what little I could in process. As with many things, sometimes some things go wrong and as soon as I called the next day, to let them know of my issue, they were out within the hour and took care of the problem. Long story but valid reading. Bottom line, Shawn made it very clear that customer satisfaction is job one.
The only BIG mistake I made was not seeing the $500 water heater coupon on their site! (so if you are reading this be sure to check out the site coupons!)

I called to have the temp of the water heater increased. I was told that all of my plumbing in the entire house needed replacing and was given a $40k quote. I keep seeing advertising saying they offer free quotes; I was charged over $400 for this quote. I feel like I was taken advantage of as a female. I ended up getting the work done with another company for $25k. Do not recommend this company at all. This was a year ago but it really bothers me that I was taken advantage of.

We had our aging hot water heaters replaced today. Ben, our technician, went above and beyond in walking us through the choices available, quotes for the work, and did the actual work in a very efficient manner, with no mess to clean up, and hot water ready to use by suppertime! After having concerns about the merger with 360, and some of the accounting issues afterwards we have had our faith in Super Plumber restored thanks to Ben! We will be lifelong customers now.

I 100% recommend these guys. They fit us in two days earlier than originally expected and were very professional all the way through. Great communication.

We had an amazing experience with Max, who came to remedy our clogged shower drain! Max was very knowledgeable, honest, efficient, and hard-working. He got the job done well and quickly, and answered all of our questions. His work area was left spotless as well which was also great. Thanks so much!

I phoned for help with a plumbing leak at 5: 30 on a Sunday evening. Max was at my place at 7: 30 and did an excellent job of finding the problem, fixing it, and showing me how to turn off the water supply to the tub if I ever needed to do that. He even wrote out those instructions for my future reference. He was very courteous, helpful, efficient, and kind. It is highly unusual, these days, to find such an intelligent and helpful technician. I am recommending him and the Super Plumber to all my acquaintance.

A terrible experience so far and I'll be looking for a reliable company to fix your poor workmanship. The techs I've dealt with have been rude, unprofessional and haven't corrected the small issue over the course of 4 visits.

Andrej was professional. I was very satisfied with his overall explanation. Definitely a great experience from start to finish.

Super plumber installed a tub. There were difficulties. They really worked hard at but tub was 1 inch off level. As result we had to put tub surround in. The comfort group and Jenny helped so much by giving us compensation. Dealing with her and the group was a pleasure. They sent Brodie from super plumber to fix and install our faucet and mixing valve. He was here 2X and both times he was amazing. He was quick, on time, and a very nice fellow. Jenny wS a dreM to work with also. Thank so much and we're so pleased with the rest.

We had the guys come in to my store to simply unclog a drain. He tried to convince us that we needed the $750 full service clean, which I couldn't authorize. He removed the union joint under the drain and emptied it. When we told him we couldn't authorize the full clean, he got irritable, told us it wouldn't be fixed unless we did the full service. He left and told my staff not to call him back. So I poured drano, waited 15 mins, poured hot water down the drain and voila, it works. We are being asked to pay $250 for 30 minutes "work". Very disappointing.

Repaired drain on sink and aerator on faucet plus a hot water tank flush. There was a mistake on the billing and Jenny from customer care responded immediately and corrected the problem. I was extremely impressed with Jenny’s attention and follow up to the discrepancy. Certainly will continue business with this company.

Max was great! Personable and knowledgeable. I had a leak in my hot water tank and they came to fix it the very next day.

This was our 2nd experience with Super Plumber, and we're very happy. We have an older home, and Jake was was professional and knowledgeable about the issues that can arise.

I had a very good experience in Ladysmith with Ian and Brodie who first came to access the plumbing issues on a free inspection offer and then came back to fix them. They were polite, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to work with. They showed me everything they thought an issue so that I was totally informed. I would recommend and will call in the future, if I need a plumber.

Curtis Allan was the gentleman who serviced my call to Super Plumber today. Very nice fellow. My kitchen sink had recently started backing up and then taking forever to drain. Curtis found the problem right away and knew the solution quickly. Watching him was interesting. Not much else to do, and I was very curious. He went into the wall with a noisy Jet and later decided to do a full out pipe change, not just a clean. Very thorough, speedy and well done. I now have a fantastically working sink and no garburator in the way either! Yay!

Jake did an excellent job identifying the issue with our leaking toilet on a Sunday afternoon. After the repair he was very patient and took the time to walk me through the issue and what steps I could take to prevent it from happening again. He was very professional and his advice was very much appreciated!

They really know how to charge but don't really know how to plumb. I had then do a major reno. Five bathrooms and 3 kitchens in a triplex. They never had it inspected and had to come back 3 times to fix leaks including inside the wall which damaged the ceiling drywall in the lower suite and 12 months later the City of Victoria contacted me to say the permit has expired as incomplete. I've asked them numerous times to rake care of it and still no results. Do yourself a favor and find another plumber.
