Clean, well appointed spa with friendly professional staff. I found the girls extremely helpful, suggesting items from their vast array of products. Overall a great experience.

Went in for a shellac and regular pedicure with my mom for a nice relaxing girls day and decided to give The Ten Spot a try! Most of the staff were very inviting and pleasant to deal with, although it was hard to decipher who worked there since there is no real dress code or name tags for the staff. The salon was very clean. The service on the other hand was done very quick and poorly. The aesthetician I had missed the scrub part of the pedicure which I didn’t realize until I had seen my mother and another lady beside me get done. Also, the buffing of the bottoms of both my feet weren’t fully done as once I got home they were still rough in places. The massage was short. The service felt rushed and wasn’t anything special for the price. We were pretty disappointed leaving. We gave it a try thinking highly of the salon but sadly will not be going back. If you’re looking for an amazing pedicure and salon, I suggest going to UNI Nails and Spa!

For my first time being waxed legs brazilly and pits, I have to say it was so relaxing (something I never thought I’d say) and the process itself was so quick and the ladies that provide my service we fantastic! So professional, but I was made to feel comfortable with the entire experience. Highly recommend!

Love this place! Love the quality standard you can rely on + most importantly the staff! Everyone is awesome here. I had an issue with the website for booking services+ I was able to call + get things sorted easily. Also, been able to bring my own polish color in which has been a game changer!

Even though I booked the wrong service online, they graciously accommodated me and even re-polished one toe when I smudged it while putting on my sandals.

Haley (I think, my name recall is terrible) did an amazing job with my eyebrow tint and wax. She found the perfect color and was friendly and fun to work with throughout.

Just a heads up they do not do the fake nails only standard manicure and as such because of the condition of my nails they told me They might run out of time finish! I told the young lady that I wasn’t leaving until my nails were done! I wasn’t very impressed

Lauren is a queen! This was my first bikini wax. She made me feel so comfortable, provided advice and a time line. 10/10

Pedicure was good but eyebrow threading was not well done. They were very uneven and look like my best efforts in grade 6. Will not be going back for eyebrows in the future.

We were in to get pedicures and found the staff to be friendly, clean, on schedule, fun and.did I mention CLEAN!
10/10 would recommend!

Got an email stating my appointment had changed to “11: 05 for the mani”. Straight off the email from them. So this was planned to be a surprise for my wife, it was upsetting to get a call from them saying I’m late for the appointment that was originally planned for 10: 10. I was told, “that the emails can be confusing”. But that’s not the case about being confused email read plain as day appointment confirmation at 11: 05 for the mani. Email sent day before appointment.

We had to rush to get to the business and then they had to rush to get through the appointment.

Amongst the confusion I’m getting texts from them, about 5 to do the covid pre screening that I had already done.

All in all this Surprise Bday present was not a surprise and a rush to get it done.

This could be a one off thing but still spoiled the surprise and the experience.

My wife said the service was nice once she was there, although obviously a bit rushed. So the low star rating is based mainly on the booking experience.

5 stars! Would recommend Rebecca a million times. Extremely patient and kind. The ten spot is definitely my new go-to place for brazilly waxes.

The staff was super friendly and the spa was clean. The waxing was really good and fast. I would remand anyone to go there and have it done. My skin is soft and there is no irration.

The facility is very clean and the technician was very gentle in cleaning up my nails. Complementary waxing was a nice touch. My biggest disappointment was the leg and foot massage. That’s usually the part I look to most and I didn’t get a scrub and my legs barely got massaged. They still feel dry after leaving the appointment. My only complaint!

Excellent service. Salon was spotlessly cleaned and hygenic. Good procedures in place for keeping staff and clients healthy. Everyone wore a mask and gloves. Loved the service. Always a pleasure to get pampered there. I was much in need of a good mani/pedi.

Rebecca gave me a fantastic facial. It was a gift certificate that I had won a few months ago and she didn’t cut any corners because of that. I felt comfortable in the chair and she was very gentle and informative. The face, neck, and head massages we’re just the cherry on top.

Really bright, clean space with stainless steel basins and platforms - great for sanitizing! They also sanitize absolutely everything. On time, friendly and lots of colors to choose from for pedis! They accommodated 3 of us for pedis and 2 kids manis at the same time! Ciara did a great job on my pedi, thanks!

First time ever waxing (have been a lifelong Nair user) well, I’ll never go back to Nair again! Rebecca waxed me basically from head to toe (lol!) and I was honestly dreading my appointment as I figured it would be awkward (getting the girlie bits waxed by a stranger!) and painful, well, it was anything but that. The place is super professional, and so clean! You can tell they take cleanliness and sterilization seriously here! And as far as the awkwardness, it wasn’t at all! Rebecca made me feel super comfortable and was just so professional that it felt more like chatting with an old friend. Not to mention, the waxing itself was quick, professional, and almost totally pain free! I was in and out and hair free in no time. I will be waxing now exclusively and I wish I had just started years ago.
