The Truck Outfitters

After having a bad experience at a competitor, my wife and I came to The Truck Outfitters to see about replacing the door (it had very rusty T-handles) on our truck canopy. To our surprise (and delight) Eric, the store manager, suggested the much cheaper solution of just replacing the door T-handles. On top of saving us a bundle, he also said he could do the installation then and there! Total price $117 and finished in less then 30 mins. Eric, you have earned a lifelong customer. Thanks for your excellent customer service!

Staff was polite and helpful though they lacked quality in there installations as well when being not happy with the product there return policy or refund on a new product was way below original price.
It’s to bad I won’t be going back there I’ve went elsewhere now for my purchases

Have been buying products for my trucks for a few years now. From canopies, racks, running boards, bush grill to a fifth wheel hitch I just got installed today. Was quoted price over the phone twice. Nice in January and again a week ago. Then once installed it was few hundred more than discussed. No one went over install and how to use it. Very unprofessional. Also bought the wife a hard top cover late October. It has been leaking since we got it. When I told them about the leaking, they told me to try parking different?
Very disappointing with this company.

Amazing company. They fixed something for me none of the other shops would even touch. I bought a canopy from canopy west and it broke within 2 years they said they cant fix their own product. Took it to truck outfitters Amazing customer service Amazing workmen ship and knowledge will never go anywhere else for a canopy.

I called to ask if they could make a tonneau cover work with my headache rack. They had me in/out and installed within 45 mins and looks great.

Great products and amazing service. Called for a tunnel cover and literally within a half hour they had in installed on my truck. Big shout out to Erik at the front desk for hooking me up.
