Groom and groomsmen’s rented suits from here and there were holes in the pants and jacket, stains on the white shirts, the shoes were VERY uncomfortable.
Horrible suits.

Scheduled appointment for tux rentals, went in and they had very little variation of sizes/colours available to try on as everything was apparently out. Would be nice if they had minimum items on hand or ensure that appointments are made on days when inventory exists.would not recommend.

Would not recommend this store to anyone for suit or tux rentals.
I rented 8 tux’s for my groomsmen and 3 of them were absolutely filthy while the 4th had empty pill packets in the pockets. Especially with Covid-19, I expected the tux’s to be thoroughly cleaned and in top form.
When I asked for a fair reimbursement, Won, the owner, did not get back to me once. I was only able to ever speak to his assistant and got reimbursed not even 10% of the total price that I paid.
Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. You will receive horrible service and dirty clothing.

I had a fantastic experience renting a tux from Won for my wedding this August. As someone who almost never wears a suit/tux, he explained everything and made the process extremely comfortable and easy to understand. His staff even accommodated a last minute shirt size change, and the tux fit perfectly. I couldn’t have been happier with how it looked on the big day, and it was one less thing to stress over - I’d definitely recommend The Tux Store to anyone, and I’ll definitely use their services in the future!

The staff were either too busy or didn't care to be friendly to my husband and I when we visited to look for a rental suit. Their lead times were longer than other places, but the shop seemed organised and tidy. I'm sure the service would have been better on a slower day.

Good service and friendly staff, but disappointed with the suits themselves. A few of us who rented suits had shirts that were stained and holes in the jackets or pants.

Best suit and fit ever! Rented a tux and shoes for a wedding and was asked several times if it was tailor made. You must provide measurements and book an appointment ahead of time and expect to take a hour or two for fitting. They shortened the sleeves of the jacket and the rest came off the rack. Everything except underwear and socks were provided. Highly recommended.
