Looking forward to moving to the view apartments. Annie and Buck made the application process really easy for me, Annie was very attentive and helped with any question I had. Very thankful to them both for being so welcoming.

Annie and Buck have been amazing. The move in was easy and they were both very accommodating. They answered every question and had everything ready for me to move in right away.

Very spacious property, comfortable homes, great view, sweet and helpful property managers who make the renting process simple.

I had an amazing experience with the overall application/viewing of the apartment I was interested in. Annie and Buck are the friendliest people I have met and they made the process so smooth. I had so many questions and they were happy to answer each and everyone of them.

Buck and Annie are very friendly and welcoming. The suites are clean, spacious and modern. Overall, a great experience at the View so far!

I’ve been living at The View for almost a year now. In the beginning it was great, I felt comfortably at home. For the last 2 months, our master bedroom has been a construction zone due to a sprinkler leak. It has been very inconvenient for my family with all of our belongings moved into our living area and other bedroom. It just doesn’t feel like home here anymore. I’m not in any way blaming anybody for this, things happen and I wanted to briefly share my experience.

I just moved from Vancouver and was looking for a nice and quiet place to rent. I emailed Annie to get into the view and she was super helpful and got us looking at condos right away. We finally locked down a unit and Annie and buck helped get us all set up and settled. We couldn’t ask for better landlords as they are super helpful and caring it felt like we have known eachother for a super long time. We really appreciate all the effort they put in to help us get settled. Our place is super nice and clean and quiet. I highly recommend this building and area really quite and friendly neighborhood!

Our tour/welcoming to the building was nothing short of fantastic thanks to Annie! The building is among the nicest we've been in, and is kept to a high cleaning standard. We truly feel at home here. My fiance and i couldn't be happier to start the next chapter of our lives here at the view.

Very beautiful property! The View has everything you need to be happy. Everything is so nice and modern! Best of all, the view has an amazing team who make this all possible - Annie & Buck! They make us feel like family and we are so excited to be here.

We were unfortunately very disappointed with the service provided by Buck and Annie. The apartment was very nice, but we were misled about the gym and roof top terrace. We were told that they would be available and once we moved in they told us both were still under construction. We never got a chance to use either. We were there for a year.

Another frustrating thing was when we were moving out Annie kept giving us very short notice to show the place. She would try to push her way in and show up unannounced.

Again the building was nice, but we were not happy with the staff.

I cannot say enough good things about my first encounter at the view with the managers, very professional, courteous and welcoming. The place itself was very bright, clean and up to date, the grounds were well manicured and tidy. I would definitely recommend the view to other people

We’ve been living in AirBnb for a month while waiting for the take over. It’s so worthy it.we got to see Annie and Buck today.they re so nice and walked us through everything. The apartment is brand new, modern and quiet given its by a busy road. Gym room, lounge room, playset etc are in the package. Everything is tidy and well organized, top notch management. Annie and Buck are amazing! The building really does live up to its name and I cannot wait to call it home!

The service here is incredible, the first day we move in we were very impressed by the way things were handle and how thoughtful the managements were. The community here is also really nice. The apartment is really nice itself and has an incredible view. This place really gives the relaxation that we were looking for and it feels homie would 100% recommend this place to everyone.

Buck and Annie have been absolutely amazing! Since the very first moment we contacted them, they have been professional and courteous and fun. They answered all of our questions and concerns promptly.

We signed for this rental unit site unseen when we lived in Ontario. Throughout the whole process, things were so smooth with Buck and Annie. I'm so glad we chose this place to live.

And since moving in, everything has been wonderful. Buck has checked in with us to make sure all is good.

The community director and her husband are super friendly, the place is very nice and the view is unmatched, definitely the best place to live in Kamloops!

5 Star living, 5 star management. I have been living at the View for 2 months now and it has been absolutely wonderful. The amenities are great, the apartments are luxurious with exquisite detail such as the quartz countertops, beautiful flooring, and exceptional views. The best view in Kamloops I think. On top of all that, the management team is phenomenal and makes you feel at home. I love living here and it is truly a 5 star experience.

Annie and Buck are exceptional and go over the top to make the residents happy. Best management team I've ever had for an apartment and they will welcome you with open arms.

Besides the great location and views, The View Apartments are very thoughtfully appointed inside and out. There are so many extras you just don't find in a rental complex; picnic area, community garden, dog run and loungers pointed at the best view in Kamloops. The dog-friendly building is very well-managed and on-site management makes sure to answer questions and concerns in short order.

Looks like a great place to live. I will be moving in in March’22 and hope to meet some friendly people. The apartments are lovely and looks like a great place to call home. I can’t wait!

Buck and Annie have been nothing but helpful in my time living here. Unfortunately I am moving out to relocate to ON for work, they have made the move out process very stress free. They are always around to answer any questions you may have and are a pleasure to deal with. Truly nice people all around!

My husband and I love it here.there is always fun things going on to be included in as a community. The landlords are so helpful and friendly and work hard at making every tenant feel at home and welcome.

Annie and Buck have been a life-saver right from searching for an apartment, virtual tour, to placing shipped items in the apartment prior to arrival. They did not hesitate in sharing information about Kamloops and helped me settle comfortably. They have been accommodating with all requests and will definitely recommend The View to my friends and family.
The view from The View is fantastic.

Buck was very kind to show us the apartment via FaceTime as we were not in the country. Annie has made the process very easy and has been super helpful. Moving to another country is stressful but they have definitely lifted a weight off our shoulders.

Moving provinces for school in the middle of a pandemic can be challenging, but Buck and Annie made the process of finding a place incredibly easy with their timely reply to all my questions and incredibly helpful tips.

Was a pleasant experience living at the View in Kamloops, the building managers Buck and Annie were also great to get along with and super helpful.

My boyfriend and I are very excited to move to Kamloops, and we are very thankful to find a decent, affordable apartment that will take us in, along with our two kitties. Annie and Buck have been a great help with the process over the phone, and were very friendly and welcoming when we finally made the visit to see the show suite in person. We’re very excited to move in!

The apartments are absolutely stunning, and were so clean when we moved in. We are so excited to call this place our home for the next while. We've been living here since the beginning of Spring and only have great things to say about Buck and Annie! I would highly recommend making the View Apartments your home, and the location is perfect; only like 5 minutes away from anything!

The View lives up to its name with an unreal backdrop of the river and hills. I am in love with my new home. Renting a “studio” apartment that has just as much sq ft of any 1-bedroom. Beautiful interior layout, reasonable rent and love the fact that it’s pet-friendly with all the amenities located conveniently close by. Annie and Buck are wonderful, genuine people that are so easy to communicate with. You won’t be disappointed with this place!

From the moment I drove up to The View Apartments I was amazed. The view was beautiful and the exterior of the building was inviting. The suites are breath-taking and spacious. The pet friendly environment is clearly stated and provides comfort that our fur-babies are welcome. The staff is so helpful, informative, and inviting. The View Apartments are a perfect place to call home.

Just moved in to a beautiful one bedroom with a den. The view of the river is fantastic and everyone I've met here seems so friendly. Annie and Buck have been super accommodating and the application process was a breeze! 10/10 would move in again!

Buck & Annie were amazing people to deal with. They answered all of our questions and made the rental process very smooth. The common areas in the building were very well maintained, even with all the construction going on.

I am very excited to be calling The View my new home. I am new to renting, being a homeowner forever, and wasn’t sure what to expect especially with such a competitive market. I could not see the actual unit as it is still under construction, but Annie and Buck, the managers, walked me through the show suite and described exactly how my unit would look. Annie and Buck are fantastic and couldn’t have made my experience any more pleasant, they deserve more stars than I can give. They made me feel like I was being welcomed into a new family! I will be moving in August 1st and am so looking forward to a brand-new building, beautiful finishing’s, and a magnificent view!

Beautiful building exceptionally clean and quiet and.what a great team Buck and Annie are. If you couldn’t reach Buck you could reach Annie and if you couldn’t reach Annie you could reach Buck one of them always answered. I was given a unexpected move in gift as well. Very Nice. 5 stars? I would give Annie and Buck 100 stars! 1000 stars if I could. Lately my partner and I have been losing sleep over finding rentals. We have a huge cloud over our heads thinking we couldn't find a decent place in this competitive market. One minute you apply for a place, someone rented it in the next second. Words can't describe how happy we are to have come across The View apartment. Annie and Buck SAVED and MADE our day. We didn't get to see the actual unit, but the show home, Annie and Buck are all we needed. Having some horrible experience of private landlords, Annie and Buck are a breath of fresh air. You know they will take care of you. It didn't take us a day to think over it, and it didn't take Annie and Buck a day to help us become successful tenants. "We are family now" Annie said. From today on, we have a peaceful home. No more clouds, only sunshine and rainbows.
