It took us 45 minutes for the food and the appetizer is not even ready yet. The menu is also so hard to read.

I absolutely adore Ghost Ramen! Their cocktails are uniquely delicious, and they offer a great selection of approachable beers. What never fails to impress me are their generous portion sizes. The noodles they serve are locally sourced, fresh, and of top-notch quality. Whether I’m at the bar or a table, whether it’s for happy hour or a full meal, their quick and friendly service ensures that I savor every bite.

The only thing spooky about ghost ramen is how scared you will be going anywhere else.

A good place to eat ramen and drink a little cocktail at the same time.
I wasn't a fan of my chicken ramen but it was my choice however I loved my son's, this restaurant is open quite late which is convenient! I recommend even if I find it a little more expensive than elsewhere

This is the best ramen spot in Victoria. The food is unreal and I regularly order the Shaky Hawthorne drink. Highly recommend.

Decent place. Staff were pleasant and service was fairly swift. The menu however is extremely limited. Few choices and most of those choices are nearly identical. The food itself is, at best, okay and overpriced both for the quality and quantity of the food you're getting.

The ramen is GREAT and the cocktails were surprisingly great too. Such a pleasant surprise to go for good ramen and end up staying for the cocktails. The staff were super friendly and welcoming as well. Cute little room as well. Would totally recommend it.

Great flavor of the ramen broth, noodle is perfect. However I wish the size of the ramen match the price better. And bamboo shoot should be included instead of an add on with extra cost.

Great cocktail menu, love the vibe, service was excellent. Unfortunately I found the Tori ramen quite bland compared to what I've had at similar places. I will say the egg was lovely.

Service was great and they accommodated allergies, but the broth was quite bland compared to other ramen I've had in the past. They provided chilli oil, which at least provided some flavor.

Ghost ramen was probably one of the worst places I've eaten in a really long time. I'll give them the fact that they had friendly service and a nice venue but they only had one option for gluten-free and it took out half of what was in the soup. When we got the ramen it was cold. The broth tasted like hospital soup broth. Honestly I was very disappointed with the food that I got. It was way overpriced for the quality and 10 out of 10 I will never go back. Sorry guys I don't usually leave bad reviews like this but this was shocking to me. I literally did not want to pay for my meal but still did and left a small tip which I feel bad for but I honestly I could not believe the quality of food that I got.

Very delicious! Great drinks and ramen. We really enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere. Kind friendly waiter checked in regularly. The only ding was a long wait for food. To be fair, it was pretty busy, and we enjoyed ourselves chatting and having a more leisurely visit. Would go again!

I love the ambiance of this place. Very mellow and cozy. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating.
The bao buns taste really good, edamame is also very nice.
Their ramen is very fresh but the broth isn’t very flavourful.
Surprisingly they have the best crème brûlée I’ve ever had and their matcha cheesecake is quite delightful.
This is the second time I’m visiting the restaurant while visiting from London.

Location great food great. But the personality of the people is next to none. Right group that respect the hard work they do and yet save time to share their insights. Privilege to have been there sums it up!

Service was great. We were promptly seated and well-attended.

The atmosphere was chic but comfortable, rather specious.

The food however was lack luster in our opinion. The overall flavor profile was accurate, but weak. Shio and miso had good oil/fat but were lacking kick, the soup was very mild, almost a little watered down. The gyoza were also very mild and came with some odd sweet/sour fusion sauce. I'd rather have crispy, well stuffed gyoza with ponzi and rayu. The ramen has only one thin slice of chashuu. The egg was very runny, not hanjuku.

Ramen is Chinese style Japanese street food but in the West it has become this odd gourmet sensation. People are trying to reinvent the wheel. Ramen should be greasy, the soup a little thicker with more garlic, the gyoza flavorful, crispy, served with hot sesame oil, etc. It's fast food. Same problem exists with respect to Pho restaurants.

I will say, the hakata noodles were good; nice and thin and they had good koshi. At least they got the noodles right.

Overall I've been disappointed by both Arashi and Ghost ramen now. Oh well. Guess I'll keep making it myself.

My whole experience was good, and it was a cozy place with nice staff. The ramen I had tasted pretty good, and although it wasn't too expensive, there are other places that you could get the same taste for an equal or lower price. Still very worth a try!

The noodles were good, still firm. The ingredients were good quality each had their own flavor. Portions were small for the price, but I guess they can do that because of the location.

Ordered Spicy Miso Paitan with Pork Belly Chashu for take out. Can confirm this is a best ramen place in town. So good.

One of the BEST places in Victoria!

Just wanted to thank Tavia for her help with my order, she was so knowledgeable and helped me find options for my diet restrictions:)

The food was tremendous, but it took nearly 1 hour to come out. In fact it probably took 30 minutes to recieve our drinks. The server was pleasant but they were incredibly understaffed. Their was little to no heating and it was freezing cold (the fans were on? For some reason even though it was freezing lol) overall kind of overpriced for portions as well. Honestly I have never wrote a review in my life but this is probably the worst service experience I had ever had in my life (no fault of the cook or server). They were busy and the food was good but it was brutal and I wish I could have my time and money back.

Taste and presentation were there, but it was a bit pricey and the wait time was quite long for a Tuesday evening.

The place had a line up outside…so we get the impression it was great. I wouldn’t say it is a little over rated. Certainly thought the price for a bowl of ramen over priced. Boa was fresh and good. This area is somewhat touristy and perhaps the reason for the premium $$

Got take out. Wouldn't recommend for the price. The broth was tasteless and the pork tasted old. Way better places in victoria to get your Raman fix.

By far the best ramen in Victoria. Victoria needs a ramen bar and it’s nice to finally see this. The only problem I had was the price hence the 3 stars. After adding an egg which isn’t included in the ramen (additional $2) my price of miso ramen was $20 not including a tip which is overpriced. An egg should be included in all ramen as it is traditional style of ramen. Not an additional price on top. Nice to see noodles and the broth are homemade but is it really necessary to bring them in from Courtney bc? Leaves a huge environmental impact to transport that from up island which is almost 3 hours from Victoria

It was a cold fall morning and as a tourist I was looking for a warm beverage and meal, and happened to spot the "Coffee? " board from 4 stores away. Had a lovely brunch and coffee. The latkes, bennies and sandwiches are all fantastic. Special mention to the Village salad - one of the best sides I've had in years! Ambience is cosy and inviting. Double thumbs up for leaving out a few chairs outside the store for patrons in-waiting (the real reason we waited 20 minutes)!

The ambiance was on point. The bao buns were delish and the bartender was a master of his craft. A new regular spot for sure. 10/10

Unfortunately a bit overpriced for the ramen noodle dish. Great to try one time, but I don't think I will be back.

We came for brunch on a Sunday morning and took advantage of their buy 1 get 2 bennies promotion. The place is not very big, but they have nicely implemented covid-19 protocols. The location downton victoria is fantastic. Service is friendly and helpful. Food was good. A bit too greasy for my taste, but overall yummy.

As good as any other village restaurant. I would say the booths at the front were quite nice. I can't give full points to this location as it doesn't have a kids menu, I'll edit this once they do. At least get a McKenna on there! I saw 2 other families eating when I was in.

Great ambiance, friendly and attentive staff and great coffee. We had caveman’s benny, westcoast benny and the French toast on special. All were super delicious and healthy foods in generous portions. Highly recommend!

Loved the brunch but just called and was told the brunch was "put on hold" and they were doing a " raman pop up". Hopefully this unique brunch place will be back.

Looking for breakfast place that didn’t have a giant line up and came across this lil gem. Amazing food and even better service!

I had Pho Ga for brunch. The soup was very tasty but it would be better if the soup was hot (mine was just warm, not hot enough). The chicken in Pho Ga soup was a bit dry too.
I would come back to try their dinner menu one day

This place has my vote for top 3 most delicious places to eat in vic. Plus, MJ is more versatile than a Swiss Army knife. Cooks, cleans, serves.no way that chap is single.

Food is ok the manager talks a little to much in my opinion but I realized he's related to a fellow who does my tree work from tomahawk highly recommend them it's a shame what those guys are going through after the loss of a co-worker

We went in knowing nothing other than hearing great things about their Pho. Our waiter was really cool to deal with, we pretty much just told him we were at his mercy, hit us up with two orders of Pho and a few Bao to share. He knocked it out of the park. Covid rules were followed really well, all the staff were helpful and obviously working to make people feel welcome.

This is the best date night spot, with great music and ambient lighting. The food is delicious, I had the tofu bao and we shared the tofu frites, both were amazing. We tried a couple of their signature cocktails and it was overall the best experience!

The Village was a great find for a quick bite in the morning. The atmosphere was great, the waiting staff friendly and engaging, the coffee good, and the food was excellent.

We had a 9 month old with us and we were provided with a booster seat without even asking and accommodated amazingly.

The place was well set up for dining during COVID safely and I never felt in danger or uneasy with the distancing.

Well worth a visit.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this place! I’ve been here for brunch and dinner and they absolutely slapped! One of the best night spots for Asian food, especially the Bao. The service, the atmosphere, the music, everything is perfect. Our server MJ and Bree (if I remember correctly) were so awesome and helpful, they are very passionate about the food and know what they are doing. I would definitely come back here more often! ️️️
