Less than a 24 hour turn-around time for re-drilling a binding during Christmas week. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Amazing service and rentals. They let me rent for 2/3 days (returning for one day in the middle). Great staff.

Left my skis with these guys for 2 days to have my bindings to get mounted. Got a call to tell me my skis will be a day delayed due to a tech illness and then show up to go on my ski trip and the bindings still weren’t mounted. Left me scrambling to figure something else out despite telling them the timeline was critical. They didn’t think to call to ask how I wanted the bindings to be mounted….

I dropped off my ski on New Year’s Eve and it was ready at 7 am on New Year’s Day. Great group of people, answered my questions about the town and hill. I would totally go back but they did such a good job waxing my skis I won’t need to!

Dougal and the team helped repair/retrofit my pivots after some damage, all within 10 minutes to get us back on the mountain. Highly recommended and can't thank them enough!

This ski shop is unbelievable, the owner and is team are professional and give you the best advice and recommendation. I bought my new binding for my new ski, they installed, fine tune my edges all that in the same afternoon for a very good price. This is the place to go in Revelstoke for a top service.

These guys are the real deal. I've had skis tuned, bindings installed, bases ground, edges repaired, and a delamination fixed. I was super impressed today to get advice on mounting point for a very specific model of ski. All this, and all very well priced. You guys rock

Locally owned by skilled and wonderful humans, I have been taking my gear here since day one. Always friendly service. Always professional work. Sometimes borderline magical repairs. I have never rented gear but if I needed to, I would definitely check them out for that as well. Did I mention the wonderful humans?

Super friendly and knowlegable staff helped me hire a suitable touring ski setup at 7 am in the morning as they were the first to open in town. Both skis and boots were new and set up perfectly. Never knew a shop would offer custom liquid injected boot liners for rentals, they were well worth it.i would highly reccomend both their rentals and tuning to anyone going to Revelstoke.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I rented a couple of pairs skis searching for a new ski namely the Head Kore 105 in 180 and 189cm length, they are very damp when skiing fast through chop given their weight. I also found the 180 very maneuverable through the trees and floated surprisingly well.

Not a first-time on skis, but the first time I've used a professional fitting service and I couldn't be more satisfied with the result. The technicians were wholly professional, informative (I now know a lot more about boots and skis than ever), and very friendly. The equipment was new this season and every effort was made to find the best fit from a full range of makes and models. I' m a bit choosy about the days I ski, but this was not a problem for The Wax Bench re availability of gear at very short notice. And the price was right. Thank you, Dougal and staff, for making me feel a bit like a part of your lovely town and community. I will be back.

Excellent rental shop for skis - friendly and knowledgeable staff. We rented high-performance equipment at a reasonable rate. Turned out that the on-mountain ski rentals were mediocre and higher priced. No problem switching things out after a day or two either. We did bring our boots from home but I'm confident that boot rentals would've been good too. Highly recommended.

Dougall and his gang are incredible. If you want your skis to get the best treatment they've ever had bring them in here.
These guys have brought skis & Boards back to life for me and my friends that I thought didn't have a chance he makes my rock skis look like new and puts up with all my bullshyt. Plus he's a really funny kiwi.
