My wife and I have different fitness goals and dietary preferences. We booked the Couples Wellness Package with Kristy to see what we could do to maximize our performance and reduce daily fatigue.
She was quickly able to identify areas of weakness including insufficient daily protein intake. Then created short and long term plans including meal plans to get us back on track for our busy day to day life. I would highly recommend booking with Kristy.

My husband and I booked the couples wellness package with Kristy to help optimize our nutritional needs, improve energy and enhance workout results. I am vegetarian but my husband eats meat so we struggle to make succinct healthy meals that meet both of our needs. Kristy provided invaluable information and recommendations that are easy to implement into our daily routine. With just a few modifications, we are more satiated after meals and eat less junk food to try to compensate. Even after our first session, it is evident how experienced and knowledgable Kristy is. Especially with the amount of inconsistent “diet” information online, it was so helpful to have someone who provided evidence-based information to meet our goals. She was very non-judgemental and provided advice to incorporate as lifestyle changes rather than strict rules that we won’t be able to maintain. She made suggestions that are easy to implement, yet still allow us to enjoy the foods and style of eating we like. For example, I had no idea how little protein I was eating with foods I thought were healthy! With the simple addition of a protein-rich food to meals we both enjoy, we have already noticed we feel better after meals and have more energy during our day and physical activity. We no longer feel sluggish and “hangry” at the end of the day. I am convinced that everyone can benefit from a dietician and cannot recommend Kristy enough.

My first experience working with a dietician and I am so happy I chose Kristy. She was great to chat to and really helpful in uncovering some of the areas in my personal nutrition that needed change. I've appreciated the (many!) resources and advice she's given so far and look forward to my next visit to keep me on track and working towards my goals.

Highly recommend kristy! I wanted to up my daily protein intake and she did such a good job informing me on how to do so! Even gave me some tips on my workout routine so it’s more effective! All the info was easy to follow and personalized to my lifestyle! Thanks again kristy!

I highly recommend working with Kristy. She is kind, knowledgeable and very obviously passionate about nutrition and helping her clients achieve their goals. She offered practical ideas to help tackle my health needs that are research-informed, personalized, and also realistic to keep. Her recipe ideas have been great, and all suggestions for how to increase my protein intake have been delicious. She went above and beyond for our initial consultation and I'm so thankful for her expertise.

I first went and saw Kristy hoping to learn more about healthy eating and how to differentiate different food claims and have now been working with her for a while and I have a much better understanding of my diet, what my body needs and she has helped me achieve results that I was looking for. I've been able to apply her strategies to my family as well! I would highly recommend Kristy if you're looking for a dietitian who is easy to work with and really knowledgable.

Kristy has changed the way I think of food/nutrition. She has a clear/concise way of making sense of nutrition so that I can understand. Her advice has been easy to follow, with clear explanations of why things didn't work for me in the past. Her plans allow me to still eat the food I enjoy, and I've been very impressed with the results. I would strongly recommend booking an initial consultation with Kristy if you want to take the next step in your diet/nutrition health.
