I received a hot stone massage and mini facial for a gift. It was wonderful from the second I walked in Raelene made me feel comfortable and welcome!
She was extremely professional and friendly, I can’t wait to go back next trip to town!

Booked a Swedish massage with Avery, she is is amazing! Will be back!

Girls day at the spa today was simply outstanding with the hot stone massage. The team at the BW wellness spa were amazing and we left feeling fabulous and relaxed. Can’t wait to go back!

I had my first ever pedicure at The Wellness Spa with my wife to see what all the fuss was about. Well, it was a great experience and one I will do again. The staff at the Wellness Spa were amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and their professionalism.

Been here twice first time with the gf we had avery, raelene and they both were amazing came back and had avery again and I know I'll be back, amazing service and people

My friend and I did the "Romance Package" they offer, with a massage and facial. Let me start by saying that the ladies that took care of us, Raelene and Avery, were AMAZING, I felt so relaxed and comfortable! The atmosphere was tranquil, and soothing, just the place I would recommend to anybody looking to give themselves some self care, and unwind from the stresses of life. 10/10, I will be back again! Thank you so much ladies for the absolute best experience!

Worst experience with this place. They booked and confirmed my appointment for a service and when I got their they said they dont have enough people. Don’t recommend them to anyone especially if you have a bit of a drive and all they really said was sorry and didnt offer any compensation

I adore working at this spa, our team and clients are welcoming, caring and loving. It makes going to work an absolute joy.

Firstly when we walked into the wellness spa we were not greeted, so we looked around for a receptionist. Finally figured out that the ladies providing the pedicure service were the receptionist. The spa was messy and disorganized.

My biggest complaint is the facial. The women providing the facial had way too long nails because they were scratching my face. As well her hair or necklace kept falling in my face. This service was NOT worth the money I paid. Honestly it probably the most disappointing facial I have ever had.
