Although I've known Amanda for some time, this was the first time I was dealing with a knee injury. During our Run Club, she noticed that I collapsed inwards on my right side and recommended I come in. I was pleasantly surprised by her efficient and very precise identification of the weak muscle group contributing to, if not causing, my issues. Not only did she provide effective massage therapy, but she also equipped me with valuable insights on self-assessment techniques and tailored exercises to address the root cause of my problems. I am immensely grateful for her dedicated attention and guidance! Thank you!

Had Maria as my RMT today. Was very friendly and uses multiple techniques to relieve muscle discomfort. After my session, I felt less soreness from shoulder and neck muscles. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent! The acupuncturist Tina, did a fantastic job for me and my wife. Absolutely she is highly recommended.

At first I was kind of nervous about therapy but Sonia made the process so easy you can tell she genuinely cares for your well being. Everyone around me has seen me become more positive and change in a good way. I'm glad I found therapy now. Also can't forget how nice the staff always treats me.

Tina is a must see for Acupuncture. She is truly a master at it. Love this location and have gotten Acupuncture and Massage therapy done and services were excellent. The receptionists are very friendly and professional. Best of it you can communicate with them via text for appointments.

I have been seeing Amanda at her clinic for about 4 years, most of the time I see her for general maintenace but occasionally do go in for specific ailments. Regardless of the nature of visit Amanda is very knowledgable and applies techniques I have not encountered with other RMTs. I had been having problems with chronic soreness and aches in my left hip. I booked an appointment to see Amanda for one hour.

Amanda was great. She diagnosed the issue and began to tackle it right away. She provided me with exercises and precautions I should take going forward. I left feeling great.

Amanda and her staff also took many Covid-19 precautions to make you feel safe.

My experience getting a massage with Amanda was very thorough and relaxing. She gave an assessment and stretching exercises to work on my lower back. I felt so much better after my session and will continue to get treatments. I look forward to getting treatments from the other practitioners for Chiro and acupuncture. The medical administrator was very nice on the phone and helpful as well.
