The staff won’t even respond to a “hi” and “thank you”… i know working customer service is hard but i think the location should focus on hiring those with good attitudes

I just got one of their discounted rice balls, but it smelled so bad and I think it was rotten. I still paid abt 4 bucks after discount and it was rotten? So disappointed

There was a young Asian college girl who served me and she was very friendly and helpful. Good for her.
