Breanne and her team were AMAZING on our wedding day. Their attention to detail, ability to adapt, and positive attitude helped my wife and I feel extremely assured on such a busy day. Leading up to the wedding they were a great help with ensuring all our vendors were well briefed about the big day and everything fell into place so well. They faced any last minute requests with a smile and were quick to think on their feet. We are so happy we went with Thistlebea for our big day!

The greatest decision we almost didn’t make! We contemplated doing the whole day ourselves, but I’m so glad we didn’t! This team had us COVERED. We got the package that included décor, which greatly eased the pressure of having a more DIY venue. Breanne and Winnie helped us plan all the nitty gritty details, and kept us on schedule and relaxed on the big day. Worth every penny.

We hired Thistlebea as our day of coordinator for our wedding in Vancouver. Breanne was our lead coordinator along with an assistant. Hands down - getting a day of coordinator was the BEST decision we made for our wedding. We had the "day in the life" package and it really meant that we could enjoy every part of our wedding and our families could too! Breanne and her team took care of decor set up and take down - troubleshooting issues, rescued our vows that disappeared during photos (before the ceremony), wrangled our friends and family at our rehearsal and I'm sure many other things that we had no idea about because we we're enjoying every moment of our special day.

What we didn't expect was the relief it gave us in the month leading up to our wedding. A mountain of stress was lifted off of us as soon as we had our pre-wedding meeting with Breanne and that relaxation carried through our wedding.

She answered all our questions, was extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, kind, and gracious about all our anxieties and nerves.

She was an all-star on the day of, had everything down to a T, and made sure my wife and I were taken care of the whole time (including regularly checking in on us if we needed anything, making us little plates of appetizers/desserts so we would get to eat, even gave us a little gift baggy at the end of the night with tylenol/lip chap, hydration powder, etc.).

Everything was set up exactly as we wanted. If there were any hiccups throughout the day, which it really didn't seem like there were, Breanne and her team ensured no one noticed. One of my guests was having trouble getting an uber home and was staying very close to the venue, so Breanne's assistant even drove her home.

Just above and beyond in every way, and we could not recommend her enough. Hiring Breanne was probably the best money we spent on our wedding.

We hired ThistleBEA to be our Day Of coordinator and we couldn’t be happier with them! Jane was our main person on our wedding day, and she was fantastic! Anticipated our every need, was so nice and lovely, truly helped make our wedding vision come true. They did the set up and tear down, and our reception venue looked better than we could’ve imagined. Jane even remembered to pick up my bouquet at the end of the night, after I had completely forgotten and brought it to me the next day. I’m very grateful and appreciative of their help and I would 100000% recommend them to any of my friends

Breanne had originally helped my husband & I through our postponed 2020 wedding when we decided to have our ceremony only. She was so lovely and kept us organized with all of our vendors and timelines.

Then, after FOMO, we decided to throw a reception this year. Breanne was my rock during the planning and all the way up to the day of. She is calm, always prepared, and keeps you down to earth. It ended up snowing terribly on our reception but Breanne never once made me worry about anything - she stayed right til the end even though cars were getting stuck in the road!

I can't say it enough- Breanne and the team are amazing and you will not regret choosing them.
