Came in to see if I had gold worth selling, was advised it was worth more to sell the jewelry myself rather than melt it down. Solid advice, would do business with again.

We had the most amazing experience with the lady here (sorry, I didn't get her name). I was helping my friend find a wedding band for his fiancé, as it was a very time sensitive situation. I called Thomas Jewelers and the lady was such an amazing help. Not too mention very caring and compassionate. We found a band, and one that fit the bride.in stock!

Very disappointed with our experience of having a men's wedding band resized. I was called when the ring was ready for pick up, and the finish on the ring was totally altered it looked like a completely different ring. After showing them photos and explaining that it was not the same ring I dropped off, they had the goldsmith "fix" it. I went to pick up again and although it's been "fixed", it's not the same ring that I originally dropped off.
