June 2023: Ken, Shelby, Jess, and the rest of the team are simply phenomenal! I know I’m an extremely particular and picky customer and most would consider me as a ‘difficult’ customer but Ken and the team went above and beyond to help me out and were beyond accommodating. They were extremely meticulous with explaining everything and making sure everything was right, not to mention extremely patient throughout the process. Definitely will be a return customer in the future even though my family and myself usually frequent the MB locations in Vancouver.
