My first time trying the rice rolls (banh cuon) and I enjoyed them. Compared to Chinese rice rolls, these are lighter, filled with pork & wood ear mushroom, and served with nuoc cham & fried shallots. Addictive chewy, slippery texture. If you like nuoc cham, you'll like the flavour of this dish. Portion size was decent. $12 for a take-out box.

We go here for the steamed rice rolls with pork and mushroom stuffing. It is delicious here.the wrapper is super thin and the filling is very good. They also have a lot of Vietnamese desserts that are quite good. Lots of specialty grocery items as well.

Banh cuon pickup spot is legit and very reasonable for prices these days. Just simply made right with no frills. They’re less cheap with ingredients. However, some reviews are right about one thing here alright. Some staff can be rude.

I love it here. We always make sure to stop here whenever we visit the coast.

It's a small shop with lots of comforting Vietnamese food items for sale that are both pre-made (banh bot loc, various puddings, cha lua) and made-to order items (banh cuon, banh mi). They also have a few Vietmamese grocery items as well, like rice noodles and sauces.

The fresh banh cuon is available after 9am. For the price of $8.50, the amount of you get is really good value for money. It'll fill you up if you're super hungry and great to share with someone if you're just regular hungry. I've paid that much at restaurants and you only get half the serving. They have cha chien for sale too, if you like eating it with your banh cuon. My recommendation? Get it!

I got banh mi right when the shop opened and the bread was so fresh, crunchy and chewy. I love how they add a lot of sauce, which makes it a little messy to eat but full of flavour.

If you're looking for a good meal for under $15, definitely check out Thu Hien, and then get some more for later.

They only accept cash or debit.

Pro-tip: there is customer parking (2 spots) in the back if you can't find any street parking out front.

An interesting place - I think it's a favorite among local Vietnamese folks because while I was waiting for my order, a lot of them just popped in and out grabbing a quick thing. But, they are a tiny grocery store that offers food to go (rice rolls, spring rolls, banh mi, etc). Relatively nice staff members but if you have further questions etc, it might be a bit challenging in terms of communication. The food is delicious though - just like majority of the comments here, their rice rolls are really good.

Cheap tasty banh mi. If you look Asian the owner will definitely try to speak to you in viet, but understands English well enough so dont be too intimidated. Feels like a corner store but the food is legit. Don't skip the fried spring rolls.

Great place to grab a quick snack. I recommend the banh giay gio (steamed rice cake) with cha chien (fried ham).

I can only speak for their Banh Mi's, but they're fantastic. I like extra protein so I get the cold cut sub w/ extra meat or chicken sub w/ extra chicken. Both so good.

Sometimes intimidating going in here if you don't speak Vietnamese, but that's probably a good sign for a viet deli.
