Update, it's November 28 2023 and they have never changed! If anything they got even better. The staff is amazing!

Really nothing to say, from the front desk to the dentists this place radiates nothing but kindness and professionalism.

Thundbird Dental is without a doubt the best dentist my family has ever been to. We have, all 4 of us, been with them for 10 years.

I started coming here a year ago. Initially, I was worried to switch and leave my family dentist in Vancouver since they had treated me for over 18 years knowing all my problem areas with my teeth structure. During my first visit at Thunderbird Dental, I had new x-rays done and one of the dentists told me all the problems I knew I had with my previous dentist. I was glad they were able to detect the same issues with old fillings, but also provided the same recommendations for taking care of my teeth.

The dentists and assistant are super nice and easy to chat with. I had different dental hygienists during my 6-month check-ups, but all were kind and caring. I felt they did a great job in cleaning my teeth. I recommend switching to Thunderbird if you feel unsure like I was before.

Came in to get some help with a chipped tooth and Dr. Tozy and Mercedes took such good care of me. The receptionists are extremely nice and honestly the vibe of this Dentist office is amazing!

At their usual efficiency and pleasantness. Jamie, the hygienist, was quite personable and professional. My only puzzle is why they needed a letter from my doctor 2 months after I was released from hospital having had pneumonia. (I would not have been released had I not been cured.)

I have had the same dentist since I was a child so deciding to make a change to find one closer to home was a pretty big deal for me. My first visit at Thunderbird Dental was very pleasant. From the receptionist to the dental assistant to the dentist, I was impressed by how nice and personable everyone was!

It was ok. The dentist was good but the staff needs further training, especially the hygienists. They were unfriendly and they grind your teeth hard. I asked for water at the end and they hygienist send me to the bathroom to drink the tap water from the sink.

Good humored, professional and quick. From the front of house staff to the dental assistants and the Dentists its a great crew.

We had a wonderful experience going with our three year old for the first time today. The hygienist made everything fun for her and she was so happy at the end.

Coming to Thunderbird Dental is always a pleasant experience. My teeth cleaning was so gentle as always and the staff is so welcoming.

Staff are great and for someone who hated the dentist and had gone twice in 28 yrs, they were very gentle with cleaning and make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I am definitely doing regular check up now with this dental office.

Fantastic service, I have massive anxiety and fear of the dentist and did some research and found these guys, they are amazing. Really friendly, empathy abound, explain things clearly, don't force anything and works with you on a treatment plan.

My first dental visit since Covid started. Thunderbird has implemented a fantastic process for safety for all and it was a very impressive experience, great job. I highly recommended this facility before and would have no hesitation to send friends and family there today.

Every time I visit Thunderbird Dental they are very professional and care about your wellbeing. I’ve had my fair share of fillings here and will be getting my first root canal this afternoon after a diagnostic exam earlier the same day! Amazing service and detailed explanations of the options available to get your teeth back to normal and pain free.
