I am really impressed with this company's efficiency and professionalism.
I am a realtor and I needed a new Open House sign the next day. Due to some misunderstanding on my end I did not confirm my order until the day before I needed the sign. When I phoned in, Vivian immediately got on sending the proof to the printing department and they rushed it so I could pick it up same day before they closed for the weekend.
When I got there, the staff were already waiting for me at the door with the sign, with the photo and words beautifully printed with sharp resolution. It was raining so they were even going to wrap it for me so it doesn't get wet!
I really appreciate the friendly and skilled staff (esp. Vivian!) here and I will definitely be ordering more products here. Thank you Thunderbolt.
