Ticketmaster states that verified fan helps get tickets into real fans hands. It’s a scam. This should be location based. How are any local fans supposed to get their hands on tickets when they give out codes globally. Make it make sense. On top of this they make it possible for ppl to up charge their tickets when reselling on the site. Ticketmaster is the problem.

I bought some tickets to a show. When I received the tickets they said "restricted view". The seats have a restricted view. This was not mentioned when I was ordering them.
I told them I didn't want those tickets, and would not have ordered them if they had told me they were restricted view seats.
They would not cancel my order or refund the tickets. There is no way to contact them beyond online chat. There is no recourse for me and I am stuck with inferior tickets I dont want.

I am following up with my CC provider. Even though Ticketmaster's "policy" expressly forbids me to do so!

I don’t get why people use this website. Go on Expedia and go on vacation. I mean with these prices it should be inclusive but no it’s 15$ a beer when you get in. Who sets these prices but most of all who pays these prices?

Ticketmaster is terrible. Verified fan registration never works when it comes time to buy tickets. They could not care less about their customers. They need to fail and a new company offer actaul service.

I sold my tickets through ticketmaster and I am having a nightmare of a time receiving payment. I've reached out to customer service via email, which is a painstakingly slow process. They send me a list of required actions before payment can be received, which I have completed all of. The issue seems to lie on their end.
After explaining via email, that I have already followed the instructions, the response to that email was a copied and pasted list from the previous email of required actions that I had already previously stated I have completed.
I've asked for a phone number to speak with someone who can help with the issue directly, but have had no responses. Given the high service fee premium, being able to speak to someone over the phone shouldn't be too much to ask for.
Extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service so far. I feel like I'm being robbed after selling MY property on their app. I paid them a generous service fee to conduct the transaction and I'm met with ZERO assistance following unforeseen problems.

This company is a joke there is absolutely no costumer service if you are looking for help with purchasing tickets. They only help those who have already purchased tickets. I spent hours trying to figure out if I could get help choosing wheelchair or handicapped accessible seats because my mom is currently using crutches. I wanted to find a section that was guaranteed an elevator and not many stairs. This company is useless!

I am very disappointed with Ticketmaster and will never purchase anything from them. I bought two tickets for Canada vs Panama game which was supposed to happen on June 6 and was canceled. I received an email from Ticketmaster saying that the event was canceled and no further action would be required because they would process my refund within 30 days. However, is being almost two Months and I haven’t received my refund yet. When I try calling they keep transferring me to someone else who does not have an an answer. It’s about the principal. I might take them to a small claim if they don’t give me my refund.

So I sold concert tickets 6 weeks ago. You have MY MONEY since July 18th. After intensive research to find out how to contact you, now you are telling me I have to wait another 8 WEEKS to get MY MONEY! Is that even legal? What kind of business are you conducting? I will never buy or sell from you again. Anybody else with a similar problem? I may contact DCA. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I wish I could give ticketmaster a negative review. Resold my tickets on tickmaster and now the website won’t let me put my postal code in with my banking information so I cannot receive payment. No phone number to talk to customer service, did get ahold of someone by email and they stopped responding. I will never use ticketmaster again. Very poor customer service.

For three days, I have tried to purchase tickets for Hamilton here in Vancouver. My credit card has plenty of room and I am being told there is a problem processing my order. I have used multiple cards to try and make this work.each have ample available credit. I spoke with Ticketmaster twice today and one person told me the fact I am using a Mac is causing the issue. I have come home and I ma using my PC.guess what? Same result. My bank says it is beiing approved but ticketmaster are voiding it. WHAT IS GOING ON? I cant even go to a location to purchase available tickets because they dont have them in Canada any longer. I have yet to receive an answer.

Absolutely worst website. I have missing tickets to an event payed for, have my order number but the website won't pull up nor show my ticket. When you try and find help it tells me to click on my event tickets to get help. How can I click on it if it's not pulling it up! Just keeps sending me back to the same unhelpful generic page with no option to contact a human being. Even tried to find, report technical problems and takes me right back to the same unhelpful page.
Stressful, wasted time, such horrible service.

One of the worst businesses Ive ever dealt with. Complete incompetence on the customer support level. I sold my tickets to an event on ticketmaster in oct/Nov of 2021. I still to this day have not been paid out. After countless hours trying to just get a human on the phone. They keep their customer service phone number completely guarded and only give it out when the absolutely have to. Otherwise they’re happy to let you email them and get back to you when they feel like it. Im so close to taking this to small claims court.

I resold some tickets at the same time my sister did. She put my home address as the mailing address for the cheque, received it months ago. I’ve been dealing with these people for MONTHS and they are so incoherent. I am convinced they don’t have the money to pay back anyone and that’s why so many people are upset. First they said it can take up to 12 weeks to receive my cheque and now they added an extra 6 WEEKS. In total it’ll take 20 weeks for them to figure out how to pay me back for the tickets I resold on their platform? If you don’t have the money just say that?

-Ridiculous! No longer are people able to buy tickets on line and print them. Now we MUST HAVE WIFI and a SMART PHONE. Without the smart phone there is no ticket. If your phone is lost, or your battery dies you are out of luck. We are being held to ransom and must all own and pay for the iPhone/ cell phone. No such thing as a physical ticket - even if you go to the box office to buy it!

Don't bother calling. No one answers phone. There are no ticketmaster (customer service) employees in Canada. You have to call the USA for help. Maybe they shouldn't be allowed to sell tickets here.

Months ago, I ordered Chris de Burgh tickets for Vancouver show for today, May 14. Flew into Vancouver, got a hotel and proceeded to try to download my tickets. Then I discover that as of March 14, the concert has been postponed for 51 weeks. Ticketmaster has everyooe's email address. It would have been nice to know. I searched my email for a notice but did not find one. Puzzled by this incredibly poor service. And now Ticketmaster, or someone, has the ticket money from all attendees across Canada for almost 1.5 years.

Horrible Customer Service. I have a gift card for ticket master that has a balance of $250.00, but when I try to use this on their webpage I am greeted with a message the gift card is not available at this time? I have tried calling the customer support line during their posted business hours, but just get a voicemail stating to call during their business hours. There is no way to contact this company worst possible customer service

The website sucks. Half of the screen is advertises TICKET MASTER and the bottom screen shows two ticket choices. Then when I had no other option, I decided to purchase to see what happens. The wheel spins for a good ten minutes, I eventually said _ it and left. Pfftt, ticket master. Just show ALL tickets available, seating and cost. EASY! AND NOW I AM FORCED TO CLICK ON A STAR TO POST THIS.

Ticketmaster is a terrible company. Adds unnecessarily massive service fees. Has the worst customer service. Rude. Doesn't actually want to help. Disconnects before the problem is resolved. I avoid going through Ticketmaster whenever possible and everyone else should, too.
