Been coming here a long time and it is absolutely the best nail bar! Great location, always consistent and my nails have never been healthier.

Worst customer service. Had a shellac manicure and within 24hrs chipping. Went back and owner said they would only fix the 2 nails. Shellac was thick and the I ask for it to be replaced with different colour they said no. Had it removed will not ever be back rude and very bad customer service. Will let everyone I know not to go here.

Love this place! Great colour selection, super nice staff and they trim your cuticles properly so your gel manicure doesn’t start peeling as soon as your nails start growing out. Also my nails look amazing and the prices are great thank you!

Very friendly staff and comfortable salon. There was an issue with one of my nails and they were super accommodating and fixed it quickly. I definitely recommend.

I got a manicure from this place with my girlfriend and I loved it. It was so satisfying to remove the cuticles and watch my girlfriend get her nail done. I didnt know it was so much work!

Will not be returning, which is unfortunate. Their technician Anna does a great job but she is very strange and seems to mistreat her loyal customers. The last time I saw her, she made a mistake and cut my nails short when I asked her not to. Not a huge deal, I still liked her work and decided to see her again. Since then, it seems she’s ducking and dodging me, it’s actually really awkward when I call to make an appointment, they even HUNG UP on me at one point. I tip a minimum $5 for my manicure and more if I do pedi. Never ever had an altercation with Anna or the staff. They seem to favour customers and hand pick who they want to be kind to. Such an awkward and unwelcoming vibe. Not the feeling I want when I go to relax at the salon. Will never return or recommend to any friends.

Huge shout and thank you to Aria, who did my nails just before Thanksgiving for a wedding. She was so lovely and talented! They are still looking fabulous! I feel so lucky to have gotten her as my nail tech.

PS this isn't my first time at Tiffany Nail Bar and each time I go the place is kept beautifully and it doesn't smell of chemicals at all. Highly recommend!

Sisters mani -pedi was relaxing and rejuvenating! Comfortable seating and attendants were efficient and pleasant. I recommend and will return in the future.

My mom and I have been coming here for 2+ years and have been so thankful to find a place we love so much! Sun and her team always take such great care of us and my nails have never been healthier and looked better. Her whole team is so nice and all very talented at what they do! If you’re looking for a spot to book, look no further.

The staff were so patient as I had to call them at least 3 times to change my group's plans and they were accommodating the whole time. Once we were there they were so friendly, helpful, and did amazing jobs. Thank you for being so accommodating! Will definitely recommend

Nice and clean, i highly recommend this place. The staffs were very professional and friendly. I felt like I was being respected the whole time I was getting the service. The good thing is the staff speak English and does not talk another language together in front of a customer. Like the environment.

Super rushed service, total waste of $40. The lady doing my pedicure did a scrub for 10 seconds, massage for 45 seconds. The whole pedicure was done in 20 minutes (including drying). For someone who does pedicures every few months, this was a real disappointment. I won't be going here again.

Poor quality, feels like the staff is unprofessional. They hit me once than a lady cut me during manicure, no procedure to treat the cuts I had to instruct them to at least apply antiseptic. The regular polish cracked the next day and I had to remove it altogether. Waste of time and money.

I had to leave a review because I recently moved to Port Moody from Vancouver where I went to Varnish nails in Yaletown for years for gel pedicures. Tiffany Nail Bar is charging almost the same prices as places in Vancouver and yet they have not even invested in proper seating for customers. I'm pregnant and felt so uncomfortable sitting on their old couches, I thought I was going to be sick. The girl gave a very quick pedicure, lasting 40 mins when it usually lasts an hour. It is not an issue if the business is doing express treatments and not investing in proper seating, but they shouldn't be charging the same prices as other nail bars that do make these investments.

I am happy with thir work. Polite staff, clean place. They listen to the customer and follow their requests.

First time coming here, they did a great job for mani pedi! Would recommend to try it out!

Absolutely amazing service here! My partner and I were on vacation when I broke my natural nail and was getting it caught on everything, so I was desperate to get some help as soon as I could. This salon absolutely saved the day and did a beautiful nail fix and even accommodated our nieces coming along. All the staff were friendly and they did amazing work! We got a pedicure, regular nail polish manicure, nail art, and the acrylic nail fix and all the services were fantastic and looked amazing.
Definitely check this place out, the staff are lovely and your nails will look amazing!

First time visiting Tiffany’s nail and I absolutely loved it! All staffs were very nice and kind, but most importantly their skills were a top notch! I tried the chrome powder pedi shellac and it came out better than expected. Comfy seating with AC - just what I need for summer pedi session. Can’t wait to go back for the next session:)
