Worst place ever to go shopping from. They have zero knowledge and they pretend they know everything.
Th worst customer service ever and they are super rude.
They will misguide you always and they have no knowledge about the law DON’T EVER take advise from them about the LAW.
Their price is higher than all other stores in BC.
All their stock is old stock so DON’T BUY from them

I just want to balance some of the negative reviews I’ve seen. As a new hunter, I bought my first scope from Tiger Arms to mount on my new rifle purchased elsewhere. I had 3 or 4 lengthy interactions with Josh specifically, who answered all my questions and eased me through this process. They hooked me up with a few items I needed to get out shooting and did an excellent job mounting my scope for me. I appreciate the time spent with me.

Ordered some ammo and a tough to find rifle magazine and it arrived lightning quick. Very impressed.

Nice store, great prices on bulk ammo! Rifle prices are about inline with others, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I wish they had a larger selection of slings, but they make up for it by having tons of other firearm parts and accessories. Glad I stopped in!

Due to the volatility of the ammo market I decided to buy 50,000 rounds of 9mm ammo. I called Tiger Arms and was told no problem a shipment is coming in and we can supply 50,000 rounds. Great I would like brass cased 124gr ammo. No problem Blaser Brass is what they had coming. Ok i live 4 1/2 hours away so i will bring a check for $22,000ish dollars. I show up they load the truck I’m doing the paperwork and checking for anything else i need. I leave and drive home. I am met buy one of my guys and he starts to unload his 5000 rounds. It’s all 115gr ammo. I call Tiger and tell them what has happened. They tell me they are going on a staff trip for a week and they will deal with it when they get back. I call back a week later. I am told the salesman that sold me the order has quit and they are unwilling to do anything. I must add that i offered to pay more for the 124 or even just exchange 1/2 the order for 124 and i would keep the 115. Nope not going to happen. I realize this is completely on me as I should have checked the order more carefully. I never even considered that i would get the wrong weight. I ended up keeping all the 115gr ammo but it really caused a difficulty for me, live and learn. Anyway to put it bluntly my experience with Tiger Arms was negative and i will never do business with them again. I buy for and have influence on more than 400 shooters in Okanagan. I will make sure they all are aware of my very negative experience with Tiger Arms.

Just for clarity I had many interactions about this issue with Tiger Arms. They denied I asked for 124gr and said I was lying about the conversation (why would i lie? My guys asked for 124gr specifically). I got stuck with $20,000 of the wrong ammo. That my friends really sucks.

This is completely false. I specifically asked for 124gr 9mm. I was never anything but cordial to you’re staff. My intention with this review is just to let others know the caliber of this business. It is of no concern to me as i will not do business with you again.

I called in to make sure that the item I am looking for is in stock the person I spoke with said there was one in stock and when I came I was being helped out by the person on the corner. I told him I came to pick up an item that has been confirmed they have in stock but when that guy could not find it on the shelf he insisted that there is no such thing. To my surprise that he had no clue what he was talking about I just did not say a thing or two. He looked it up on their system and he suddenly said yeah they have such then when he could not find it he asked his co-workers to help him look around for it. I mean I wasted my time going all the way from Surrey to there only to realize that they are not on top of their inventory that until now it is still showing online that they have it in stock which could mislead other potential buyer. But in fairness the other guy was nice and he even apologized that they cannot find it but the person I first spoke with when I enter the store has some attitude. Je would not even admit that he has no clue about the specific item I was after telling me that there was no such thing.

Amazing selection and best prices on everything compared to all other stores in the lower mainland. All the guys that work there are very knowledgeable and helpful. Super stoked i live so close!

I bought a used 22 online from Tiger Arms. I had a couple of issues. The checkout form requires a picture of the front and back of your PAL. Problem there is it filters the files to accept only.jpg and png files. I was trying to do this on my iPad and it creates.jpeg so those are not accepted. Drag out the lap top. There was also an issue on my end with the ship to address but we worked through that quickly and efficiently.

They say salesmanship begins when the customer says no. In this case customer service began with the first “well *#ck” and just got better. Communication was excellent and prompt. Item was well packed and shipped promptly. Great experience and I would repeat my purchase and recommend this merchant to any who might ask.

Good prices on ammo and good stock. Helpful staff and they will work hard to get your order done properly

Horrible customer service. Yelling at customers in the store. I left when I saw it seen couple of us walk out. I won’t be returning after seeing that.

Store is pretty spacious and great for browsing. Decent reloading equipment area and a dedicated counter for those customers too. A nice touch is the free Calibre magazines for customers at the front.

I ordered a single action revolver online after speaking with staff on the phone and picked it up about a week later. Store was fast to submit the transfer request to CFO. Brought my buddy who is naive to firearms with me to pick it up and so he can see the "gun" store in his community and they made him feel welcome.

Another friend ended up buying a 100 year old 1911 from them as well and told me they also had a good experience.

I was in here some months ago looking to buy a Carcano. Was the only one in the store.notest from the staff is no one looked like they wanted to be there no smiles, jokes positivity nothing. After looking at a Carcano I also wanted to look at some more other then just the one they have on display. They refused to let me see more cause they didn't wanna open or in boxes. It was a Saturday and no one wants to do that but come on I practically gaurantee a sale. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is cause I finally convinced them to let me see two more rifle from the back. Oh Did I mention I was the only one in the store?

Bought Handgun online, I missed a follow up call the next morning called back in the afternoon was told I didn't pick up so he sold the gun to someone else. Kicker here is I am currently working on disputing the charge as he still managed to push through a $1400 sale onto my credit card and 2 weeks later still no refund for my gun he sold to the next guy for missing his call. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE

During the busiest days in canadian firearm history and they close their doors temporarily? Why couldn't they run a shop with 6+ workers often in store, and worst of all cut off LOCAL CONSUMERS from buying LOCALLY. Anyone anywhere can buy online but it doesn't put the product in your hand TODAY not just handguns but reloading material, ammo, rifles, targets, scopes and cases. Instead of choosing local consumers they choose to close the door, I prefer to buy local but I don't have to.

Super knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming staff that don't make you feel awkward when asking newbie questions. Their selection is fantastic as well. Highly recommend

I went to this store few days ago, I was the only customer in store and no one paid attention to me, didnt even care to say hello, i left and decided to order on line from this store but first wanted to check their reviews. Now i red their reviews dont want to buy anything from this store, could not belive the owner saying to a customer that it was his stupidity! What an ugly response to a customer. There are so maney gun shops in Vancouver with a great customer service. Do not shop here.

Worst customer service ever! Rude and unhelpful staff, felt like they just wanted me to leave. Store manager was even WORSE, so unprofessional. Stay away from this place do yourself a favour.

I cant put all the blame on them for this because I could have done a little homework on this before I committed, but I was pretty angry when I realized what had happened. I was looking for a scope for my rifle and was checking out what they had available.one of their employees showed me some scopes made by sig that they were clearing out and were marked down almost 50%. I thought they were nice scopes and it looked like a decent deal so I bought one. (Just over 2 grand) I found out later after cruising the internet and looking at prices, that what I paid was petty much regular price.that made me very angry. They do have some decent deals on ammo, I think. I've scored some cheap 9mm and. 45 there so thats not bad. I'm not calling the salesman a liar but I definitely felt cheated on that scope.

It was over a year ago that I bought the scope and it was definitely your establishment that I bought it from. All I can say is that after I bought it, i searched around and found that the price I paid is what everyone else was selling it for.and none of the places I saw mentioned any sort of discount or sale. It's a fabulous scope but I should have done my homework before I spent my money on it - lesson learned.

Tiger Arms have great and knowledgeable staff. I have been a customer there for the past couple of years and always had great experience. Recently, I had a problem that required a gunsmith. The problem was minor, but nevertheless a problem. It was fixed, and there was no charge. Thank you Tiger Armes. I recommend Tiger Arms to anyone.

I've purchased ammunition through these folks a couple times and both times they bordered on being rude when I went to pick up my order. While picking up my last order I told the person who elected to help me I was there to pick up an order of ammunnition and told him my name. He looked at me like I had a third eyeball and said okay what type? I told him what it was and another staff member told the guy no I think she's picking up an online order which I confirmed. The first guy asked for my name then which I had already given him and as he's walking to the back to grab my order grumbles get your PAL ready. Really? ! I think I know the procedure and was already in the process of getting it out of my wallet. The guy I was dealing with was rude and had zero customer service skills. I was looking to purchase a few other items while I was there but decided not to spend any more money. Had they done better they could have made a lot of money on repeat business from myself and the folks I sport shoot with but there are lots of options out there for ammunition and accessories so I'll definitely take my business elsewhere.

Love the reply from the store. I fully understand why verification of the order and PAL are needed but my complaint was HOW the staff member was dealing with me not what he was doing. I found him rude and he lacked any listening skills what so ever. Customer service isn't hard. You smile and greet the customer, ask how you can help, listen and respond in a somewhat happy tone. The fellow I had the misfortune of dealing with failed on all points.

Top notch service, knowledge and selection. Excellent place to service your sporting good needs.

I purchased a glock 17 from this shop and will never be visiting there again. I would recommend considering better options for your firearm needs.

If you do decide to visit, I would recommend coming to the shop with an authentic Chinese meal for the manager and his son as it is customary. If not, the manager will patronize and belittle you because he's stressed out that his business is not doing well.

Also beware the manager likes accusing people of being threatening for literally no reason at all. I got a call from an RCMP officer stating that the manager of the store felt threatened because I left a one star review so I've kindly upgraded to two stars.

Please don't give a response about the merits of the law when you call the police and lie. No one likes idiots that contradict themselves by making hypocritical statements.

I was in the store not to long ago and 1 of the employees (Did not catch his name) treated me like I was a complete r***** because I did not have a lot of knowledge about handguns and was asking questions. I have actually never been treated so horribly by anyone who is working with customers. I could go to any other store and be treated better than that.

Shopped there couple of times, never a good experience. Staff always with an attitude like this is the only store in town. I would not say they were rude towards me, but certainly looked at me like I was trespassing, but I actually was there for a reason. I would not recommend shopping there. Not pleasant experience.

I do not recommend this place for white people. First place ever going and was very disappointed.
Meh.about as much conversation or help I got from them. The look on there face when I walked in was like do I really have to help this guy. Maybe if we say very little to him he will just buy and go. They had no problem actually helping the asian fellow beside me and being very interactive. When showing me the handguns didnt say a word to me and when I did ask a question it was short and non engaging. I gave them 2 stars cause they at least greeted me and when ask to look at gun came right away. Still not a place I see myself ever going again.

Overpriced under educated.if i didnt drive there from surrey i would have turned around and walked out when blonde man bun dude acting like hes the stag arms ceo and says not to buy any guns as they are to hard to order everyone wants one.like arent you guys a gun store? Ammo prices were good i wouldnt buy a firearm unless you dont mind spending an extra 50 on everything as they mark up significantly higher then msrp they pay retail sell for above retail dont recommend this place.

This store has some cool guns and equipment I have not seen at other places so that's great and makes going there to check out what they have worth while. The only downside is their customer service. I was being helped by an older gentleman and although the service wasn't bad it just wasn't exceptional in anyway and I have had better experiences at other gun stores.

One of the guys at the desk (the blonde manager?) spent literally an hour answering my questions, showing me how to properly grip my firearm and teaching me all sorts of stuff when he knew I wasn’t buying anything.
