I spent the last 6 months planning quite a large bathroom renovation, and your Richmond store crew couldn’t have been more helpful. From tile selection combinations, to Schluter components, they were awesome. Highly recommend….

I was in 3 or 4 times over several months and always had fabulous service. We ended up purposefully choosing tile from there because of what a great selection they had and the ready help every time we went in. Not only did we get a great deal on tile as it went on sale during this time, but we were told how to maintain it.

I highly recommend the team at aTile Town. Both Alvin and Mark were so patient with me as I agonized over the perfect shades of porcelain 12”x12” checkerboard tiles for my mud room. (Note: I was told by several other places around Vancouver that I would not be able to find these tiles.)

Its so hard to find places with staff that are truly friendly and accomodating. Cudos to the staff and thanks so much for the help. Mark and the lady whos name I forget felt like long lost cousins.:)

We have been looking for new tiles for out shower and bathroom floor. We have gone to numerous stores and the staff could care less if you were there or not, then we went to Tile Town in Richmond and that all changed. We had spent days going through tile stores and getting more and more confused with endless options that didn't seem to really work together. We were quickly set on the right track and some options that were all great laid out. Fabulous team! Fabulous selection!

The experience was good. There are many options to choose and the staff are nice. The staff helped me load the tiles to my car.

Everyone was great. Judi was a pleasant, valuable resource for ideas. When we had breakage of 11 tiles in a box of 20 the day before, Mark was great at almost instantly finding us another box, same dye lot to save our tiler appointments. Great service. Thanks to all!

I visited the store 3 times and served by 3 different staffs who are all very experienced and knowledgable about their produces and able to give me professional advice about choosing the right tiles for my bathroom.

Sometimes they have tiles that are on sale which are much cheaper than the huge home improvement company next door.

Tony and Judi are superstars! Super knowledgeable and friendly staff.

They have a lot of different tile samples in their showroom to browse through. Whatever they don't have, they can also special order for you.

I basically knew what I wanted but was not 100% happy with the choices available. I took the recommendation from my daughter and went to Tile Town. A call to ask if they had a particular tile in stock let to a conversation advising that I bring along sampling’s of the wall and cabinet colours and a piece of my floor tile. Judi assisted us in a friendly and efficient manner. She helped me to decide on an accent tile in a very timely manner. There were more options and what I ended up with was amazing! It picked up each colour in my kitchen. She estimated what tiles I needed almost perfectly and a very helpful young man did all the lifting and loading into my car. Thank you to Judi and to Tile Town!

Good advice, friendly staff, a good selection of tiles without there being so many that it's absolutely mind numbing. There's enough varied stock on hand to pick out something great for your project and a host of other tiles if you want to special order. They also have underlayments, finishing trim, grouts, sealers, etc. This is a great one stop shop. We will use them again (and this is our second time!)

As a General Contractor, I have a very positive experience with the staff at the Richmond BC store whenever I am there. They are punctual with placing orders and follow up quickly when the it is ready to be picked up. I appreciate that they have the tiles packed and ready to ship when I arrive and are happy to help load them into my vehicle.
Whether by phone or in person, there is always someone who will take the time to answer my questions regarding products or materials.
With so many products to choose from, having people who know their stuff and care about their customers' needs is the reason I will be continuing doing business with them.

The teamwork of Tile Town is impressive & seamless over a project timeline of 3 months. I ordered the wall tiles, niche tiles & Kerdi shower niche box from Tile Town. In September, Bruce helped me with samples & selecting wall tiles for my walk-in shower. When I finally made up my mind about color & design in October, Judi and Mark wrote up my order & processed payment. Alvin issued my invoice. In November, my contractor picked up the tiles & box smoothly. Even though my timeline spanned over 3 months, there was no problem with lost paperwork or misplaced communication. I am confident the return process with un-used boxes of tiles will be just as smooth. Will definitely recommend & use Tile Town again.

Service and selection are great. They really looked after us and helped us make choices we are very happy with. We are installing a fireplace and Tiletown was recommended by Regency and their dealer Vaglio. I can see why. I plan on coming back when we re-do our bathroom.

They stand behind their products and the selection is very good. I ordered some tile from Tile Town and had some problems with a few tiles. Chris (who is very experienced) was wonderful in dealing with the challenge. He even came out to have a look, offered solutions, and did his best to resolve the matter. It was a problem my tile setter should have addressed but Tile Town showed integrity in customer service that left me feeling much better. I will return when we do our next bathroom.

Judi and the staff at Tiletown were amazing when we were trying to sort out our kitchen tile, choose the grout color, etc. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and put all our concerns to rest. The choices they helped us make were all right on and we were in need of a tiler to do the job and they recommended Allon from All-On -Tile and he did a great job all around. Was punctual and on time, cleaned up well and the finished job looks fantastic. No issues at all and would highly recommend the expert advice and service from both Tiletown and Allon.
