I had to order floor tile sight unseen and the staff at Tile Town helped me find exactly what I was looking for! So happy with what they suggested!

Spencer and his team are always courteous, professional and very helpful. As a contractor, they are my first choice for a tile supplier in Victoria. They can get almost anything the competition can- but offer it to you at a better price.

I wanted some how to information for a bathroom renovation project re and re grouted tiles from someone with experience in tile work. This is the place to go to for your diy projects help. The people at tiletown i talked to were knowlegable, friendly and explained what i needed for tools, supplies and the proper way to do the job.

The Tile Town team is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. And they have a huge selection at the best prices. Tile Town is our go-to place for tile.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and there was a good selection of products, both on the floor or by order. The price was also reasonable. The order was quickly placed and the tile was received within a couple days. All in all a very nice experience at this store.

Looking for tile for our ensuite and really didn't know what we wanted. The ladies there spent 1.5 hours with this sorting and matching tiles and give us lots of guidance and advice.

Honestly, best staff! We had been to the store in 2020 for a reno and everyone was great. Now in 2023 there still awesome even with new staff. All helpful and upbeat. Always looking after reach other and knowledgable!

I recently tiled my 2 bathrooms, I did the bathtub surrounds as well as the floors. I also did my front entry, my kitchen backsplash & my laundry room. I got all my supplies from TILE TOWN. They have everything u could possibly need, and a huge selection of tiles to chose from. The staff there are extremely helpful, & I'm sure they will have everything u need to do your tile installation. If u have been putting it off cuz u don't know of any installers, they can help u with that as well. They have a referral program with many of the Tile Setters that shop there on a regular basis. So if ur looking for a one stop shop for tiles & accessories, this is the best place in town.hands down!

We were looking for new tile for our bathroom, Tile Town was the second store we visited but it was infinitely better! Jesse greeted us as soon as we walked in and took the time to listen to our needs. We discussed types of tile, size options and what might look & work best. He showed us a couple of options before suggesting the perfect tile. He then took the time to educate us on waterproofing options for the wall behind the tile, as failed waterproofing was the reason we had to replace the tile in the first place. Whilst we were wandering around looking at options every staff member acknowledged us, which is unusual these days. Jesse was incredibly knowledgeable on everything tile related and is a huge asset to Tile Town, he also proved to be a great listener and really understood the look we were after and was able to offer great advice on colours that would/wouldn’t work. He even managed to negotiate with a supplier to get a price match on the tile we wanted. All in all it was a fantastic experience and Tile Town gets our highest praise and recommendations.

Had to go to Tile Town today to get some tile for a really small job. Kiana greeted us at the door and showed us exactly what we needed to find and also took the time to find us a great grout! The other guys in there were awesome too, it was hands down one of the most excellent customer service experiences I have had since before Covid. If you need Tile for a job Go See Them! I’ve been into the store on two occasions
and have had exceptionally good service both times. The sales people seemed very knowledgeable, were patient with answering questions, offered lots of selection to help us narrow down our choices and were quick to process paperwork once we knew what we wanted. The staff there should be commended!

Both Gary and I have been dealing with Tile Town for years. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. The choice of tile, carried in stock, is huge, which helps in your decision, especially if you require it sooner, than later. Their display walls of various tiles, showing them combined with other tiles, are a great inspiration and very useful in making your choice. We have been to other tile shops, but always return to Tile Town. Never disappointed.

I found the staff at TileTown amazing! I was in the store a few times regarding my fireplace. I spoke to the Manager, Chuck, and Jesse both of them were so helpful & knowledgeable. Kristey was so nice and very patient and understanding. She had great suggestions. Overall it was such a positive experience. I am fairly new to Victoria so they were able to give me a few business cards of tilers which helped me out. The showroom was nice and simple not too fancy or overwhelming plus there is a nice selection of good quality tile. I will definitely be back to do my kitchen & bathroom tile.

The entire staff at Tile Town were extremely helpful and go out of their way to assist. Home renovations can be very daunting at times and the crew at Tile Town really seem to want to do their best to make it as pleasant an experience as possible. Big shout out to both Jesse and Autumn.

Great selection and so many helpful staff to guide you through selection and ordering. Prices are same as anywhere else (let’s be honest, it’s set by the suppliers) but a contractor discount will always get you further. Orders are in quickly and they’ll hold them as long as you need. No ego or frills, just a tile store serving its one purpose, and doing it well.

Autumn was knowledgeable and fantastic to work with. The order process was easy and our order was all packaged for pickup for us. Highly recommend Tile Town

Unhelpful, arrogant staff do not want your business.

On April 27, we ordered $1350 in tile from Tile Town for a small 160 square foot project. Due to the pandemic we could not go into the store so the order was placed over the phone after a number of conversations with Jesse. We thought we were purchasing a specific style of tile based upon photos online and samples from the same distributer which we had seen at another tile store. At the time of ordering we were unaware we could go into the Tile Town showroom or get samples from their location as a result of Covid restrictions. Jesse never stated the purchase would be a final sale - if he had we would have proceeded with more caution. Our tiler picked up the tiles on our behalf. Upon opening the boxes we were all surprised - the colour was not what any of us expected. We immediately contacted Tile Town and were informed our sale was final. After more closely reviewing out emailed receipt we noticed the fine print which did state our purchase was a final sale. We are reasonable people and while we felt a significant lack of transparency with the transaction we owned our mistake having not done enough due diligence and asked the staff at Tile Town to help us find a more suitable tile for our project. By this point we had hired our installer so we felt time was of the essence. We met with Chuck in store, described what we were looking for and he assured us he would find us some samples. We were led to believe we would hear back from them the next business day. When two business days passed we reached out to the store and again spoke to Chuck. He gave us a line that he was “just discussing our situation” and that he would be in touch when he found some tiles to keep “the missus happy”. As “the missus” who pays the bills, I thoroughly resented hearing myself referred to in such a patronizing manner over speakerphone. It felt completely disrespectful particularly from a business which had been offered the opportunity to double their sale if they only followed through by pulling a few samples. When we never heard back about the samples Chuck was “arranging for us” and on May 12th we ultimately found exactly what we wanted at Tile City in Nanaimo (a wonderful store with an excellent selection of stocked tiles, and fantastic customer service - definitely worth the drive from Victoria) where we spent another $1300. We will not return to Tile Town for future tile needs – they clearly do not need our business nor respect their clientele.

As a tiling contractor I have worked with Tile Town in Victoria for over 15 years. Their professional and friendly service makes selecting and receiving tile very easy and enjoyable. I always recommend Tile Town to any clients that are looking to select tile for their project.

I guess if they have what you want they are great! Very limited selection, but friendly helpful staff and good prices!

The installer I had was superb and went above and beyond.

Pleasant and helpful on initial purchase, however they recommended and insisted on the wrong grout for my glass mosaic tiles. Attempted to return the grout and get un-sanded grout as recommended by the tile manufacturer and again was told that the grout they sold me was perfect and that i would have no issues. Turns out that the grout caused micro scratches over the entire kitchen backslash. Noticeable when inspecting up close only. Reported this to the company via their email contact page and never received any response.

Doing a DIY kitchen backsplash, and not only did the man helping me give me excellent advice, but I ended up spending less than I would have at a big box store. And the shop dog Logan is doing GREAT work!

Super helpful staff. Just great service here. Not pushy, just helped us home in on the right tile.
