Really awesome customer service. I was acknowledged by CJ the moment I entered the store. CJ showed me everything I need. She was extremely honest. She told me about the die lot of the tiles. Not knowing there would be much die lot differences. She helped me match and order 1” tiles. Customer service is very important to CJ and u can see it through her coworker. The store is very clean and organized. Very warm atmosphere. I totally would continue to shop here and I will recommend people I know to shop for tiles there. They have a very good selection of tiles.
If u need a tiler. CJ can recommend good tilers.

Came here looking for tile and supplies for our kitchen backslash project and fireplace surround. We were greeted by Chevonne, and she helped us with choosing everything we needed. She gave us so many recommendations and was so helpful. The store is quite small but they have so many options for everything, definitely a one-stop shop.

The staff helped me in so many ways. They are warm, inviting, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They made it a pleasant experience to retile my bathroom.

Big shout out to the gang at Tile Town in Cloverdale. Helped us pick out a suitable backsplash tile coordinating our cabinets and countertops. We had a bit of a hiccup but was solved very quickly to our complete satisfaction. Highly recommend visiting Tile Town for any of your tiling needs.

The staff, her name CJ assisted us picking out the tile make sure the grout was the right colour helped us with the trim pieces and gave us a good deal and then she went as far as to recommend a great installer who came in under budget and did an amazing job of our backsplash

Tiile Town had exactly what we were looking for for our new kitchen backsplash, the price was great and the service fantastic. We purchased tiles from TileTown a year ago for our bathroom reno and had the same experience. They are our first stop (and both times only stop) for our tiling projects.

It was a great experience and Chevonne was excellent. She offered great suggestions, measured everything in her book, and also understands color and tones.
