We got an amazing deal on high-quality tile. The tiles were perfectly square and uniform making installation easy. Nitin's recommendations on the self-stick in-floor heating system saved us a lot of time and was definitely worth it. He took the time to look up warranty information for us and to answer our other questions including helping us choose a grout colour. The savings were huge and service was exceptional.

We just did our backsplash with Tilesense and how can we describe the unbeatable experience we had. Their tiles are gorgeous, you have unlimited choices, they help you decide (not pushing for the most expensive ones) and they can also organize a top notch installer that did a great, very detailed job.

We know we were lucky but it all happened in less than a week! We will for sure be back for our next projects.

After looking at a number of tile places and not being super impressed, I went to Tile Sense and Nitin provided me with excellent service. He listened and was able to guide me to the tiles that worked for my project. He also patiently answered my questions and never put any pressure on me as I took a long time to decide on the final tiles. His service is first rate. I also went with the installation through Tile Sense - Hugh is an excellent communicator and I always felt in good hands. The crew that did the installation was terrific. My experience with Nitin at TileSense Coquitlam was excellent. I have been to a number of tile stores, and was getting exhausted and frustrated, until I found excellent service with Nitin. He was very knowledgeable, explained things nobody else had told me (including designers and contractor), and clearly knows what he is talking about. Fast, efficient, follow up, and excellent service. Good selection, too. They don't have everything, but they are a discount place so I don't think that can be expected.

Nitan and Hugh were absolutely fantastic, they went the extra mile to make sure that i got everything I needed. Their products are great and my bathrooms look spectacular. My downstairs bathroom i used a framed picket fence (which i was a little reluctant) and i can not explain to you how beautiful they look! One evening when my kitchen was being worked on and i ran out of tiles, they met me after hours to bring a box to me.that is amazing customer service.
