Washroom for both men and women were so disgusting and unsanitary. The women’s had two stalls and one had urine all over the floor and the second stall was clogged. No soap to wash hands which what I ended up wanting to do as I did not want to use the washroom anymore. My husband went in to use washroom as well and the toilet bowl hade pink and yellow mold, as well as having urine all over. When asking to even use the washroom staff raised voice us, and where not very keen on answering, one employee ignoring my husband.

Washroom is so unsanitary it’s disgusting piss everywhere pink mold. Clogged toilets. The service is rude too.

Very dirty. Bathrooms had garbage on floor and water on counter. Staff were playing on their phones. Will not be back to this Tim Hortons

My partner and I purchased 2x Turkey Bacon Clubs, and one of them had one slice of deli turkey and one small piece of bacon. Mostly a mayonnaise sandwich: (I know it’s Christmas night but that’s all some of us got to have.

Ordered 2 bagels in the drive thru, was made to wait for close to 10 minutes and it wasn't even busy.

Worst customer service and staff very unhygienic. The staff kept touching her headset and face and with same gloves she was making my sandwich. They also do not actively listen and also messed my order. When I told her that's not what I ordered instead of apologizing and taking accountability, she's rude and very unprofessional! Avoid this location!

Canada's No. 1 Cafe Ice cold brew and timbits are delicious Cafe Tim Hortons.

Since I came to Canada, I visited Canadian coffee restaurants.

It's difficult to have iced cold brew at most cafes.

The harmony between cold brew and timbits is also great.

I hate saying this button I can't get the feeling I'm judged for the color of my skin by counter sthat's the Tim hortons I go to in Langley I could be completely delusional and this could be the case But the thing is I'm not the only one who's Vocalized this

This place is a mess I also scanned my point card right in front of the employee and received zero points, it's either they don't know how to add points to card or their whole system is broken

Totally digusting service, they never pay attention on customers because their own conversations are much more important than customer.

Tim's had gone down hill. The place says it is open at 530. You can see workers in there but they do no open till 545. When you ask why they say not enough staff. I say that the same people are here at 530 that are here at 545. The lady says it is only 15 mins. That seems to be the answer to everything. When your order is burnt, they just say, it is only a little burnt on the edges. I am tired of the attitude/ bad service / discussing bathrooms (I was the first person in the door and the washroom was disgusting). You have lost a long time customer.

Drive-Thru was efficient and the iced capp tastes the same as ever. I haven't been to a Timmies in a while now ever since I moved, so it was nice.

Dirty place with miserable customer service. I decided from now onwards not to get in or order anything from any branch of Tim Hortons throughout Canada.

I had delivery order this morning steeped tea, bagel and donut. I got coffe with no sugar, hard bagel that I’m not even able to eat and Boston cream donut is sticking to the bag. “Ruined my day”

Very rude behind the counter. Very disappointed. But should except much from these people. 1 star.

Hard Fail! Literally got every item in our order wrong. Had to ask us multiple times what we wanted then proceeded to make other people's orders first. Didn't know how to make standard menu drink items. Had to ask for refund when it was clear that couldn't make it order!

Awful staff. Indian employees just talking amongst each other. Learn the culture and customer service.

Coffee is always burnt or old tasting, every coffee tastes different, switched to steep tea, argued 3 times including going to store front still got handed a coffee. And again ordered a steep tea half way home noticed it was coffee.

This place is almost always really slow and (as with all Tim Hortons in my experience) the food and drinks are really inconsistent. I usually opt for the McDonalds in the same lot because at least they're fast and consistent.

Kanwal has a rude disgusting and humiliating behaviour not happy with how she talks and treats people Timm Hortons should hire people who can provide customer service with respect or train them how to talk to people respectfully customers pay for service and food so treat them with respect when you make mistakes not approach them out of your work area to initiate argument that is just crossing the line and Kanwal should get fired for that

Don’t even deserve the one star because the staff do not know the meaning of customer service. Whole staff is so rude, I was there to pick a door dash order they talk to me very rudely.

25 mins to get two coffee's, front end staff to work on customer service, void this place, if you dine in. As for the coffee's I couldn't wait for them

We got stuck waiting for a very long time at lenscrafters for a simple pickup. Tim Hortons staff was so friendly to me and my son and we really appreciated their great service, thank you!

Luke warm lattes. I called and let them know. The next morning drove through and they parked me in order to get 1 hot coffee. Nothing else. 7 mins I sat outside finally called in. The manager was rude and said they would not make others behind me wait because I wanted a hot coffee. I was told I would be parked again if I ask for my coffee hot in the future. Shouldn't be on your drive through menu if you cant present it hot. And they gave me the wrong coffee when they finally brought it out

It was terrible! The staff left the main door open when the temperature outside was -2 degree and we had our coffees in freezing cold. We did tell the staff that we were freezing but they paid no heed. Nobody bothered to close the door! When questioned later, they said that the door was left open as they were cleaning the grill. I didn't expect this from Tim Hortons. There should be a better exhaust system to take care is such issues. Having coffee inside the cafe in freezing temperatures is unacceptable

This place has problem catching up with orders and deliveries are never ready.they have lots of staff and no one is communicating to get things done. No Halal meat options! Parking is not available at rush hours.no designated stall for delivery drivers!

Good staff most the time don't always get my order right but I'm in wheelchair they help when I need it

Messed up the order, then charged me for what was already paid, we had to review the receipt with them. They gave us pack of 20 Timbits instead of 10 and when we went inside to return as a courtesy, they just took it from wife’s hand without even her saying a word. Very disappointed in the service.

Ordered 2 breakfast combos and cheese biscuits on drive thru, as soon as I got to the window the stuff gave me bag of napkins instead of my order, I got my orders and left. Now I am about to eat my breakfast combo but my sandwich so cold the cheese like rubber literally like rubber! Looks like it from the day before. So disappointed!

This place is gross. I guess the drive thru is OK, but the in-store customer service is horrible, and eating inside makes me want to vomit. Very dirty. This is one of the more “public” Tim Hortons, so you’d think they’d be on their cleaning game a bit more. Barf.

First time i went here during work (1 AM), they had only ONE type of bagel and no other food. Second time (3 AM), no food at all. Whats the point of staying open for 24 hours if they aren't gonna serve food. And the customer service was horrible. Couldn't hear the person taking my order, he was talking so quietly. Go to the A&W across the street instead.

I order the same thing I have been for 20 yrs large double double, french vanilla with espresso.

The new espresso is pretty good.

This particular location is a young staff and I can tell they are trying to do better each day and each day they are getting better

Well, it's Tim's, so consistently average. The cinnamon bun recipe has much improved since the last one I tried years ago. Not the best latte, obviously, however, you can't beat the price.

Ordered 2 teas and one was way too strong compared to past one from other locations so I sadly couldn't sleep at night even though I had it at lunch time and the second one was way too creamy even though it was supposed to be 1 cream? The excessive rushing was really annoying too

The cashier at front, Mansi, was very rude to me. I asked her to put salt and pepper inside the sandwich and she started arguing.

Came here in the evening on 24/11/21. Waited for 5 minutes at the window just to pay and by told to park upfront. So I parked and waited another 10 minutes. At this point I thought they had forgotten about me and was about to go inside. The employee came to hand me my food, apologized for the wait and gave me a complimentary muffin. However, they forgot the donut I ordered and the dipping sauce for the potato wedges.

Drive thru was slow. I was the only one in it. The lady kept cutting me off when i was trying to speak. When i was receiving my items she was basically throwing them at me and wasnt paying attention. Did not even get my order correct.

! Among many cities and hundreds of tim hortons stores. Super crunchy bread, bacon, and hash brown! Great service! Not sure how they improve their quality this fast.

Just use the drive through at this TH but always appreciate the employee efficiency for drive through customers. Coffee always good.

The drive through staff keeps rushing you out so you don't get to check your order. I asked if everything was there they said yes, so I left only to have to go back inside the restaurant to get the spoons for my soup. Then go back once again because there were other items missing. Please double check the orders before handing them out!

Many workers are there, but very slow and not organized. Some people do the text messaging.
Need a training program.

This post restores my faith in Tim Hortons, most of their other depots, are generally garbage.
The entire team at willow brook drive work tirelessly to service their clients 100% every time. They deliver the food in perfect condition every time and without fault. Their area manager should take note of this praise and award the team with a suitable reward. Go team willow brook, Kudos.

Went here today and the lady was all on her own. I take my hat off to all these guys who work so hard and smile their way through their day. Kudos to you guys especially the one lady team today. You guys rock!

The nicest staff ever! I ordered a coffee and a bagel through skip the dishes, they decorated the bag with ribbon on the top and they even put a free treat for me (a doughnut?) Nicest store everrrr!

Yesterday I bought a bacon breakfast sandwich and found eggshell in it. Start checking the food you sell to people, this is unacceptable. It could have been eaten by a child.

They may have your order right but drive through service should be that, not park at the front, wait ten minutes and go inside to get yoir food cause they are busy.not going back here

I order regularly from this location on skip the dishes and the customer service is far above and beyond - I can only say so much in the skip review so I thought I would let you lovely ladies know how much I appreciate such excellent customer service (having worked customer service for years myself I know that credit is not always given where it is strongly deserved!) the happy little notes and bonus treats always make my day and I would like to also mention that my order was only messed up once (a couple missing muffins - not a big deal), however you personally delivered them to me not even 15 minutes later which, again, goes above and beyond the normal call of duty. Thank you so much for your service and great food; I will continue to order from you and recommend you to everyone I know!

If you are here for the morning rush, you might get what you asked for, the late night service is terrible and the coffee will almost always be old and disappointing. A real shame for people that have to work nightshifts.

I ordered donuts from the mobile app and when I reached at the restaurant, and to my surprise they don’t have donuts available which I ordered, those were of different varieties, they just had only plain donuts, and when I asked about same why mobile app allowed that order, I got a blunt answer that they don’t know anything about mobile app, kind of talking behavior was rude, we are not eating here for free, what a waste of time, and when I asked how will you compensate here, they didn’t have any answer, and I am standing like blank with no answer so I just took donuts whatever she gave and didn’t eat them, what a waste of time and waste of Friday evening. Will never go to this location again and will try with alternate restaurants. Bad experience with mobile app and bad attitude of counter worker. Please work on to get counter workers who know how to communicate and have some professionalism.

What ever you do do not try to purchase a gift basket. 20 minutes of them trying to figure out how to charge for it, it still came out more expensive than what the price tag said. Left without purchasing.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. However, washrooms are horrible, especially in the covid era. It seems like he hasn't been cleaning for weeks. The entire bathroom was disgusting.

I love Tim Hortons, love their food and coffee and everything else. Usually if the order's huge they mess it up at drive through but this location hasn't yet in last 5-6 times so 5 stars, keep up the good work

I have been coming to this Tim Hortons as its on my way to work. Everytime I go, they are always rushing people. When I go through drive thru they hand customers infront of me a bunch of stuff and it falls on the ground and are expecting payment right away as well. There is no customer service and they are always speaking their own language making customers feel uncomfortable. Today I went inside and ordered 2 farmers wraps and before she put it in the grill one of the egg pieces fell out and she put it back in the wrap and continued to grill the wraps. That is very unsanitary and especially due to covid we all should be more careful. All restaurants are displaying all these signs saying they are taking more caution and going an extra mile to keep everything clean but now they are up and running they don't care again. I am very disappointed

Half the time coffee isn't stirred properly. As well many times I've stood there and waited to be served while they stand around

Nice and clean friendly staff not alot of selection of donuts and only saw seating for four people inside. Coffee was good and hot!

Why on earth would you close the store and drive-thru 20 minutes earlier, just remember one thing people pay to get their coffee its not like they are stealing from you so you would close store earlier.its winter, i know its not good to show up at store at last minute but it was 10: 42.

This Tim Hortons is almost alwayed closed at night, they don't block, the drive thru, so expect to have to drive through the loop, just to be disappointed.

Service is getting worse as time goes on in side. Only one in the line up.multiple staff and leave you waiting to place your order. Very frustrating

I go to this Tim Hortons often at night around 2: 00 am and 9 times out of 10 they have nothing for food which is very inconvenient. Why stay open 24 hrs if they can't offer anything other then drinks.

Open 24hrs, great for as long as you only want coffee and tea, no food of any kind or speciality drinks available, advice: head to Fraser and 88th to see Val, she's the best!

Clean, warm and cozy, coffee hot and donuts always fresh. Tables and floor clean. Bathrooms 8/10. Staff quiet, need to smile and greet customers better. More of a crowd in their 40's and up, so its quiet.

Why did I bother? Never again Tim hortons. Met 2 friends here in the evening. Only 2 or 3 tables had people but yet all other tables were covered in sticky jam, dirt and crumbs. Had to have been +12 degrees in there none of us could take off our coats it was so cold. Washrooms had no toilet paper. Staff were terrible didn't acknowledge your presence when waiting at front they were busy cleaning and chatting in the back. Our drinks (reg coffe, tea and hot choc) took 5 mins to create. I could go on.

Worst Tim's I have ever been to. Rude staff that seem to hate their job. Waiting in a two-person line for 10+ minutes while the drive through gets full attention. Always has a low selection of baked goods. Always having to ask for napkins, cup sleeves, or any other little thing that most places just automatically include. In the case of this Tim's, the nearby Starbucks is well worth the extra money.

Only one person that I could see working. Standing in line waiting to be served she looked at me but didnt bother to ask if I would like to order more concerned about the drive thru. When did customer service go down the drain its all about getting the drive thru out as quick as possible so they can be number 1. Worst service ever since I didnt get anything I walked out
