Tim Hortons

Forgot to give us a donut we ordered. No bacon on the BELT bagel. Found out after we walked home with our order.

Multiple timea ive shown up in the afternoon and the doors are closed, with no information online about when they close them.

They dont seem to do it at any given time, as i was at this location for 8: 35pm and the door were locked.

Visiting from out of town I popped into this Tim Hortons to get a coffee and treated myself to two sour cream Tim Bits. OMG, melt in your mouth good…wished I got ten. Ordered the same two Tim Bits in my home town; sickly sweet and not fresh. Next visit to Campbell River, I went back to Tim Hortons Merecroft Village mall, had two sour cream Tim Bits, and again, perfection. I told Katie, who served me, how I specifically stopped at this Tim Hortons hoping it wasn’t just a fluke. She said, no fluke, that’s Lance, he insists on excellence in his baking. Well, it shows!
Thank you so much for insisting on excellence. The food is excellent, the store is clean and the staff are friendly. It says 5 out of 5 but I say 10 out of 10!

My experience here has been quite positive. Coffee has always been hot and fresh, the only time an ordered was messed up, they corrected immediately, quickly and were quite nice about it. Drive thru can be slow at busy times, but overall a decent tim hortons

I have never had a bad experience at Tim Hortons drive-thru or in store. However it's the usual franchise, nothing amazing but sometimes predictable is what you want.

Long wait times. Much faster and efficient Tim Hortons in town. Spent 35 mins in the drive through with only 11 vehicles in front. Not sure what there problem is.

Like any fast food restaurant! At least they're following the Pandemic procedures, wear your mask; but you have to be 2 meters apart from each other! And a certain number of people allowed in at a time! This store was one of the cleanest one's I've seen in BC, since coming from Alberta! I'd recommend this location anytime over the Willow Point Location, the staff are more friendly

I am so done with Tim Hortons. It wasn't that long ago when you could get a decent sandwich and the donuts were made onsite not brought in frozen. I don't even bother going anymore, it's just gross now.

Absolutely amazing! Food tastes great most of the employees were quite kind and welcoming. Although I wish they listed the calories.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I visit nearly every day for warm or iced coffee (depending on the day) but the quality of the drinks have dropped significantly in the last year. The iced coffee especially. I bragged last summer about the iced coffees always being perfect. But by fall of last year it was hit or miss. Now I get a good cup about 15-20% of the time. I hope they get back on track soon.

Have the munchies? Want a snack to hold you over til supper? Great place to get doughnuts, though if you have allergies to certain things not so great, wish they had options for those that are Celiac.

I had a problem with my Tim Hortons app, and it was dealt with, very professionally by the owner. I highly recommend Tim Hortons in Campbell River. Thank you!
