Tim Hortons

I would go somewhere else if you want a smooth ordering experience. I ordered two wraps, one on a rewards deal, and one off of it. The order was simple, but they did not understand and multiple times asked me how many wraps I wanted. I would explain succinctly and straight forward, and they were not understanding. Then we headed to the pay window and they did not give the deal price for the order, I asked them to check and see what they could do, they looked, said we did not get the deal price, and then paused at me waiting for me to solve their issue. I asked if that could be rectified and he looked, pressed some buttons, and said I got the deal price now. The charge comes up, and no price has been changed. At this point I was just tired of the experience and decided to pay the full amount. The drive through length is great, but the employee abilities of the two that I dealt with are questionable.

Man im always paying for espesso in my ice cap and not getting it at this location, quick to take your money and quick to push you out, you are stealing money from people!

Terrible service. Take your order then royally screw it up. Make you wait forever. This location is why tim Hortons is failing

Order was incorrect. Too concerned with speed, probably to be able to get free food for themselves because Tims doesnt help out their employees food wise other than the half off. Bad company.

They are careless in taking orders and fulfilling it. At least once they didn’t give credit for Tim rewards. It seems that they need more training on how to scan a card.

Unfortunately this location has gone wayyyyy downhill. It's very clear that the only reason it's busy is because of the location along the highway. Food looks as though it was tossed on the ground before they give it to you. Drive through staff are rude, trying to rush you and give you your total before you're even done ordering. One girl doesn't give you change at the window when you pay with cash. Zero customer service whatsoever. Choose any other location to support besides this one.

Doughnuts and slurps with java mixed in. I don't think anyone needs me to explain either of the two business here. Who has never been to either one of the 2 no one I'm pretty sure.

The girl at the window drop my bottle while giving it to me at the drive thru not looking and the window halfway open.yesterday not received the right sandwich…

Always busy, always open, great staff and great service.

Sometimes they run out of donuts later in the day.

Will take a long time to take order, and even then make it wrong. Will pretend like its not their fault. Its the fault of person who orders.

Asked for extra sauce for my wedges which they charged me double for, and then I get home and open my bag… they gave me NO sauce at all? ! Like who wants plain wedges:/ Very weird, also they constantly forget to cut my bagels in half not sure what’s up with that

Half the stuff on menu is unavailable how about not wasting people's time if it on your menu be willing to make it.in buisness you don't offer stuff you are not willing to serve and the staff was so rude we started to yell at eachother

Horrible customer service, made my food wrong twice. Drove away the second time not expecting them to make it wrong again. They tried to argue with me when I complained. Incredibly slow service for a Tim Hortons. I tried to call to speak to a manger and the manager is the one who was rude to me. Don’t go here.

I ordered a hot chocolate and received BLACK coffee. I hate coffee. I'm usually pretty forgiving of mistakes from fast food places, I've worked at an extremely busy Tim's before and I know it can be pretty chaotic, but the frequency with which these kinds of mistakes happen at this location makes me think that the staff is just outright malicious and doing this on purpose. Both myself and my co-worker have commented that the staff here seems to screw up more than half the orders we put in.

This happend second time with me today. I was at drive thru this morning. Ordered steep tea with 2 milk and sugar. They gave me black with no sugar. I did confirmed with the lady that theres milk in it. She said yes very confidently. I was late for work so didn’t had time to go back there but ruined my morning 2nd time in a row. She didn’t even scanned my points card hust smashed paying machine on my face.

Was threatened by homeless person at drive thru while trying to order my coffee had objects thrown at my car and when mentioned at counter im told not to worry about him (giggle giggle) what do you want me to do.call the police he says. When arrive home called and sloke to manager/supervisor Big waste of time no longer will i give this location my business 3or4 times daily

Language barrier to say the least. Can't seem to get a simple breakfast order correct. Night it by Burger King.

Fast service! Might sound good but the quality is very sub par and even going here when it's not busy you feel rushed to get your order through.

Was here July 24/21 early in the morning and cashier with name tag “clesha” was SOO nice, polite and cheerful:) made my day

The three stars is for how quickly they serve their orders out, can't knock that they definitely can handle a rush no problem. Unfortunately, the quality gets sacrificed. The last 5 times I've gone to this specific location my double double hasn't been made properly, missing the sugar shot, not stirred and for whatever reason someone's lotion or perfume is always stained on the top of my lid which I then taste in my coffee.

Slashed a star because once in a while you might have to wait 5+ minutes for a coffee but hey, rest is all good!

This is the best Timmies in Canada! I go there every morning for years
They treat you like family & always a great sense of humor from the boss

Workers either finishing their nightshifts or beginning their dayshifts makes this location a bumblebee-busy one indeed as one of the few opened 24/7 around the clock, unless a special holiday like Christmas and New Years' Days ensues. All In All, great staff, great clients, great everything. Thank You Timmies

Recently, I had tried to redeem 70 of my 370 points for a free beverage at this location. My account was set to (redeem for brewed coffee or tea). The woman at the window scanned my bar code and then said “no”. I said, yes i have 370 points and id like to redeem my points for this drink. I showed her my phone and she again replied, ”no”. I said “why cant i redeem my points? ” To which she once again replied no, and handed the debit machine out the window. I paid for my coffee and left the store. I have yet to return to Tim Hortons and I will continue to choose to get my coffee elsewhere. Whether it was a language barrier or just plain ignorance, there was definitely no effort to help.

I love the staff here EXCEPT the short girl, I believe the name is “Rose” If you can’t serve us with a smile please quit customer service, I know people in construction who are hiring. I hope you know that tim hortons does charge us for your labour, so please be nice to your customers. Thank you
To the management, Consider changing your staff a bit, Cause as soon as another tim opens for 24 hour with a bit better staff you guys can run out of business.

Frequently gives us the wrong order, has very unfriendly staff, is inconsistent in the way they prepare our food and coffee, often serves ice coffee with excessive coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup, and during my last visit they served a questionable breakfast wrap with blue coloring in it. I'm extremely disappointed in the deteriorating quality of the Tim Hortons chain.

Worst customer service. Today i went on drive thru and ordered a wrap it took them 10 min to make it and when i told the guy like bruh its very slow for a drive thru. He replied you should join us we are hiring so it will be fast then. When i asked his name he said its none of your business. That was disgusting

The photo is their idea of extra cream cheese. I do this song and dance with them almost every time. As far as I know their bagels are coated with cream cheese repellent. Stingy.

I like stopping by Tim Hortons for a coffee and sometimes even a snack. There are many choices of doughnuts, Tim bits, muffins, tea biscuits, croissants and then there is the cooked foods they offer and they cook them up when you order. They also have a great selection of hot beverages. Always a treat to stop in.

Fast service compared to alot of other places I've been. But selection of donuts is lacking at most times

Drive thru Asked for toasted bagel with cream cheese and the person working gives me this.
Its was roasted as black and when u eat its has bitter taste.
Bad attitude from the person working Jan 28 around 10pm.
Worst Tim's ever. Worst customer service ever. And bad attitude. As if they giving this for free she was like its happens.

Update: ordered another chili, got a full bun this time unfortunately I got a half empty chili that was slightly warm. Was mostly water. Thanks Tim's I changed my previous overly generous score from a 2 to a 1.

I got a large soup. Can you please use a knife when cutting the bun in half? I can't tell if it was ripped by hand or if someone took a bite out of the bun before tossing it in the bag. It actually looks like a couple bites since it isn't even half a bun. I did not eat the bun.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at Tim Hortons. The supervisor was the most ignorant woman with an attitude I've ever spoken to in any tim Hortons in all my life. I will not recommend this location to anyone who wants quality food

Never has anything as far as food past 7 pm and they say open 24 hours but dont think your going to get anything other than a black coffee and the few donuts they never sell after 9 pm. Went in to get a french v with espresso at 10 pm and she told me the espresso was done for the night.really! Such poor service only a handful of people there that are able to take your order with common courtesy and experience

The worst Tim horton french vanilla in town. Really upset with the French vanilla that I got each time. As it is the only option found overnight for a Tim horton I used to purchase from here but still haven't received a proper french vanilla yet.

They had no pumpkin spice i should have gone to starnuck bit they had the wallfe breackfast sandwich but they forgot my cheese on it so wallfe bacon egg but the maple syrup cristals in the wallfe heaven

I don't go the Tim's offten. If you like coffee Tim's is not the place to get it, they are the Walmart of the coffee world

Fine but they close the seating area at night. I think if you sell food the seating area should also be included just like day time.

This Tim Hortons I am now rating 4 stars. About 9 months ago, I gave it 1 star, but I have noticed a lot of positive changes. They have recently hired new staff members that are happy and positive and this has made an incredible difference in the atmosphere in the restaurant. The food stuffs appear to be well stocked as they are not constantly running out of popular items. I would also like to mention the staff is making your order now the way they are supposed to. Instead of just throwing your sandwich together, often leaving out items and the final product being messy and unappetizing, now your sandwich comes to you, appealing and looking great! The atmosphere, friendliness of the staff and the food quality have all improved immensely, making this Tim's truly a delight to go to.

Cream of broccoli soup, Apple strudels, sausage breakfast biscuit.absolutely delicious and great service at 340am.

Great quick service. To the point to make sure you get in and out quickly. However, you need you 7 Eleven staff to get the bathroom key. Also all tables had garbage on them (cups mainly). To be honest in all fairness they looked like they had a rush that just left and haven't had time to remove them. Overall I had a pretty good experience. I have to say hands down one of the better Tim Hortons experiences I have had yet.
