Tim Hortons

Staff really need to pay attention when taking orders. The last several times I've been in I've had to correct everything when they rang it in. Last time I corrected them, my drink order was skipped and then made wrong when I flagged a staff down to ask about it. I understand it gets busy but service is consistantly bad at this location. Will be going somewhere else in the future.

Staff were a bit scattered, incorrect order, forgot something, coffee spilling out of the cups.nothing incredibly upsetting, but just not the normal service I would expect.

Almost every time I've been to this location to pick up an online order, I've had to wait several minutes for someone to hand me my order. They use to just put it on the counter so people could collect it and go. Now they ignore you while you try to wave them down. Consistently terrible. You are better off finding another nearby location.

Habanaro chicken salad is trash.
Piles of rice when not advertised comes with rice. 2 half leves of lettice.tomatoes and cucumber was nice the whole 1.5 table spoon of it.

The staff at the night schedule at Saanich Plaza was very rude.
Never come back to that store.

Ordered a bagel this morning, got to work only to be disappointed. Burnt, barely any cream cheese and it looks disgusting

Shout out to the woman who regularly works the opening shift at this location. She is often alone and is super friendly and had no problem making an XL London fog for me, even though they dont technically have that item on the menu. She is friendly and efficient and does a greeat job.at a time of day when most of us haven't even started our day yet THANK YOU

Ridiculously slow for food. We sat here waiting 15 minutes solely on the food. The guy on grill wasn't showing any care about the large line up of people he had waiting for food and was instead laughing and chatting away. Staff have no idea what's going on half the time; wouldn't recommend coming here. If you like Tim's, this can ruin it for you. This has has multiple times at this locations and so I have to find a new Tim's now.

Worst one yet for taking care of bathroom needs. No toilet paper at all in family bath or other bathroom. Brought it to the staffs attention and nothing was done. Spoke to the manager and still nothing done. Time to mop the floor but no time to take care of basic human hygiene needs. Beyond pitiful. Keith would be embarrassed and ashamed.

Timmy's, as usual coffee, get double double. The friendly staff will always greet you with a smile. Bathroom is available and seating is adequate. Parking is ample, what else do you want?

Staff was kind, graveyard shift. However, prepared and ready for the morning. Hot coffee and food. Glad there was somewhere to rest my legs, early AM.

This is the worst place to try and get food from if it is any time 3 pm there is nothing to order except very few dounuts. They are told by the owner that they are to make no more products sfter 3pm I am not sure how they can be classed as a restaurant or even a Cafe when there is no food to order. The Franchise should issue fines to store owners that can't fulfill the standards that should be in place its like the owner really doesn't care about the way her store is run or she is just to cheap to make sure customers are leaving happy

Very frantic and unorganized. Staff doesn’t seem to communicate with each other very well, and seem generally mismanaged.

Now they encourage you to bring own beverage container (10 cent discount) but still use one of their cups to dispense it, pour it into your cup, and then throw their cup away! Defeats the purpose! Come on Timi's - please figure out a way to use your own reusable container to measure out the coffee and cut down on waste.
UPDATE - A Tim Horton's in Sooke was using large measuring cup to measure out all their coffee sizes - so definitely possible!

I started coming to this restaurant after going to one down the road from us and it always smelt like Mold. We are visiting from Ontario and come here often to see my husbands mother. We really like this particular restaurant as whenever there was an issue with ordering something in the mobile site they did t have the item we ordered and lied for on the app so they made it right by letting us chose ANYTHING from the menu even tho are item was only $2.49. This kind of reduction makes you all look good with making your customers satisfaction come first. Good on you

I ordered a wrap and potatoes wages and wrap and it was disgusting the wrap tasted awful and the potatoes wedges were rock hard and there was old hard hash browns thrown in as well. 100 percent would not recommend

I really appreciate the location of this store because there is ample parking, easy to get to and right on my way to and from work.

When I worked here we routinely falsified foodsafe logs and kept product in the warmers and on the racks longer than we were supposed to. We did this to avoid waste, and keep costs down. Pretty much everyone knew except for the manager who turned a blind eye and trusted the logs were real. The owner pushed her hard to keep food costs down so she didn't dig too deeply into why we never wasted much. Sad but true. The amount we kept past due and how much was thrown out varied on the supervisors working and how busy it was.

It was quicker buying a pricy computer next door than to get a sandwich.but it was likely because the TM manager was in line ahead of us holding things up. Le sigh.

I don't know what it is but everytime I go in here there's all of 5 donuts and 4 are the same kind. At least they have bagels normally‍️

Tim's is always good but the line ups are killer. I've seen people line up and leave before reaching the teller because it's so slow. I have also seen people check the line and leave because of too many people in line.

I wish Timmy's would bring back the stock options for Canadians again remember $25 for one stock if you're a Canadian citizen damn that would have been nice anyway Tim's is always Tim's taste the same Tim bits are the same everything's the same if you liked Tim Hortons coffee it's not too weak for you then it's still the same they're faster good employees and absolutely no discrimination there whatsoever

For a Tim's it's exactly what you'd expect, always good for a quick bite or brew to go. But during peak/busy hours it seems fairly understaffed and a large line remains static for most of the their lunch-hour rushes.
Outside of lunch hours I'd easily recommend a quick Tim's run if you're feelin it.

Someone else was given my order and when I inquired about it I was given old and cold food that had been "there for awhile" with my missing toppings just added after the fact.

I've been to other Tim Hortons but this was the worse treatment I've received so far. I was waiting to get my food but I couldn't ask them any questions I had or anything because another lady was (didn't seem like a customer) chatting away with the staff member and seemed to me like they were talking as if they were best friends who met after a long time and definitely not about an order or anything like that. The point is she was blocking the entire area so I couldn't get my food when it was given out. I ordered food to have in the restaurant and they put it in a bag for a to-go order I had to tell the guy it was an order 'For here'. And then the guy went back and put them on plates and gave me a tray to put them on and even then those two women were chatting away and didn't even move. When i sat down to have my food then only i found out they have given me a grilled cheese sandwich instead of the bacon grilled cheese sandwich I ordered. Also, they had no condiment stand when i could get some ketchup or mayo, and they didn't even ask me whether i wanted ketchup with my potato wedges when they gave out my food. I had to go back and ask them and then only they gave me a few ketchup packets. Absolutely worst treatment and it wasn't even a busy time! Never going to this outlet again.

Came here while heavily impaired one time and played football with the napkin dispenser, then a cop came in.busted!

Tim Hortons what can I say but a its a insult to Canadians, 7/11 has better donuts and coffee! They are surviving off a undeserved sence of loyalty!

I USUALLY ENJOY GOING TO GET MY DOUBLE DOUBLE AND BUY NEW COFFEE MUGS BUT WHEN THEY FILL AN ORDER OF DOZEN DOUGHNUTS AND NOT ASK YOU WHAT KIND YOU WANT THEN I HAVE A PROBLEM. THEY GAVE ME A DOZEN DOUGHNUTS AN NONE OF THEM WERE THE ONES I WANTED AND I ALREADY PAID AN SHE THRU IT ON THE COUNTER AND WALKED AWAY BEFORE I COULD GET A WORD OUT TO TELL HER THAT I DID'NT WANT THOSE

Very polite and friendly staff. Even when their system froze, they were kind and didnt appear to be overwhelmed. Good job to them all!

Would like to send kudos to the Tim Hortons goodwill ambassador at the Ravine Way Tim Hortons in Saanich. Every week day John greets his customers by name when they arrive for their morning coffee. He keeps the store clean and tidy paying attention to the details that make every visit a pleasure. Thanks John for making everyone's day brighter.

Great selection of food and drinks (hot and cold).
Prices are reasonable.
Staff is friendly!

3 messed up orders here in 1 week. Tried to say I had got what I ordered, even though it didn't match the receipt.

How hard is it to get an order correct? This Tim Hortons can't get anything right. You say vanilla they give you chocolate. Screwed up my order royally sealing the deal of never ever retuning. You had one job and couldn't get it right again. And it wasn't even busy so they can't blame that. Shear stupidity and not listening correctly. And for the love of god put menus up so customers can see them without walking all over the store to read them.

This franchise has had a blind missing for nearly a year and it was broken for months before that. Great service but I do not know about the commitment of the owner

Canadian darling Tim Hortons is your big standard coffee chain. Their service is always polite and friendly, and the food and drink is generally served hot, unless it isn't, in which case you probably ordered it like that, Karen. Jesus Karen, you're such a downer.

Unfortunately the night shift fellow doesn't know how to make a latte? Shouldn't we be able to order a latte after 11pm. Bad training!

Went to this shop at 1130pm and the worker who was working the front just came out of the washroom after I was waiting 10 minutes. Then proceeded to tell me that they don't serve sandwiches at the time I ordered? Excuse me I give this shop a - 5 stars especially because I ordered from there 3 nights ago at 1am and they were making sandwiches then. Clearly the worker just didn't like his job and wanted to not make my food. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE

I waited in line a longtime and had my change in my hand for my coffee and donuts and the staff guy quickly t turned after taking the customer in front of me order and still standing there doing the other customers coffee really slow and I just left and went to use washroom WHICH was awful the toilets both clogged with something so I use the family washroom and It had tinfoil from someone smoking dope on so I cleaned it and used washroom and went told the same guy that didn't like me about the other washroom the toilets and told him I am not going to stand there and wait A longtime before he takes my order again this was after 1: 00am he didn't like me but let's a dope PERSON do whatever

This is the best run Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The line up was out the door when I arrived, and I still ordered within 10 mins. My food came quickly and even for a packed "restaurant" the tables and floor was spotless.
The washroom was extremely clean, a total added bouns. Hands down the best tims in Vic.

In my opinion, the staff members are friendly, helpful and professional. The coffee is good. They have public washroom. Lots of parking spaces available. Since I usually go there in the morning (5: 40 am), there aren't much lineup. Also, the staff members were pretty fast at making your orders. They are good at what they do. Lastly, they have good attitudes toward customers.

. It is near MacDonalds. If you have a coffee pass you get a better deal at MacDonald as they give you 2 credits toward your free coffee when you buy 2 drinks. At Tim Hortons you only get one swipe of your coffee pass even if you buy two or more coffees at once. Also told you can only swipe the pass once in an hour.

I am becoming very frustrated with this location, which is too bad because I like it as it is close by. My gripe is that it is supposed to be open 24 hours, however, for the past 6-12 months it has been closing at 10: 00 pm WAY too often! At least two to three times a week! They tape up a notice on the door explaining that it is due to "staffing issues" (or sometimes give no reason), etc. Now, I understand if this goes on for at most a month, maybe a month and a half, but this has been going on for about 6 MONTHS to a year now. It is time to fix your staffing issues! I have even seen customers sitting inside after 10: 00 pm while you have the doors locked and deny new customers entry. Ridiculous!

To add to the review, I must say that all times I've been there and have had to use the washroom they have been in hideous condition. You can tell none of the employees clean them often enough. I imagine that the bare minimum is done by the end of someone's shift, BUT they should be routinely checked and cleaned throughout the day as well.
