Tim Hortons

No matter how many times I give this location a chance, they are always out of the most insane things. Today -no espresso. Last 2 times, Tim bits. Service at the window includes throwing it out the window, avoiding all conversations and no courtesy.

Came to this one a couple times and everytime we come here they are cleaning the grill (this is around 8ish) we asked why and the lady was super rude started yelling at us and swore at my young cousin. We were offered no other options so we left and now everytime we come here it’s the same 2 working and we get pointed at and talked about. 0/10 would not recommend. Other food and drinks are meh.

Not a Timmy Ho coffee fan.the strawberry lemonade is pretty darn good or if you n your bestie order two large IceCaps only 3/4 full it's the perfect fit to split a Mickey of butter ripple schnapps.mmmmm drunk shopping here we come

Worst service old coffee order was wrong 3 times couldn't understand them bums begging for change no security.

Wonderful staff. Toasts the bagels doesn't just warm them. Gets the orders right and no delays. Open 24 hours like Timmies should be!

Always great service here. Very speedy and the coffee does not taste watered down like some other Timmy's

Great coffee and they have doggie Tim bit most of the time. Our fur baby loves it when we go there

By far the slowest drive thru I've ever been in. Waited in the line up for 10min before one single car moved. Come on Tim Hortans get it together.

Our hot drinks were not full. Plus our donut was wrong. The nice lady repeat back oir order: 1 dozen assorted donuts NO cake donuts. To my surprise 6 cake donuts. Wow can't believe it. Will not return.

Franchise quality and pricing have gone down. Staff are friendly, lots of options however this is not necessarily a good thing, as more options have made cooking and wait times longer.

This is your pretty standard TH's with all their regular offerings. This one has adequate seating if you wish to order in.

The tough part is the drive through, which seem to be an issue at a lot of Tim Horton's.

It is next door to a Princess Auto and across the street from a bowling alley and perpendicular to Pine Centre Mall.

Fairly busy place so there is a bit of a wait. They forget to put my drink in a mug every time.

A great place to go for coffee! Their parking lot is always entertaining too which is kinda fun lol

Tim Hortons-
Food- Sadly T. H.products have been in decline since being the restaurant chain was bought out by the same company as burger king. I'll give a few examples,
-Sandwiches used to be made with whole or half pieces of lettuce, now they are made with shredded lettuce- they quality is so poor, that the lettuce actually makes the sandwiches taste bad.
-Simple donuts like Long Johns are now considered speciality donuts and you have to pay more money for sprinkles on your donut than a glaze? I understand cost and sourcing but these donuts cost pennies in the difference to make.
-All items are shipped in premade and defrosted on site, donuts, breads, soups etc. There is nothing always fresh about any of their products unless you are getting a coffee which they do change every 15 minutes.
Interior- The windows are always filthy with streaky smears all over them. I don't understand why management doesnt hire someone to clean the windows or dedicate a staff member to cleaning them properly. The cafe was beautiful when built, but it is getting tired, vinyl bench seats starting to tear, wallpaper ripped in places. Chairs by fireplace in rough shape. *Note though that the chairs bybthe fireplace are great and probably the most popular chairs in the house, it offers a nice touch which customers really like.

Asked for a gingerbread latte. Got a tea latte. She tried to convince me that I wanted the tea latte, as it was made differently.
I had to insist that no, actually, I wanted the latte. Had to wait while she made me what I actually asked for.
No apology, not even an offer to let me keep the mismade order

I struggle with liking a place that doesnt care that they've given me cream when I asked for no cream, in my coffee. Another thing, is running out of things we order. It's not ok to have to buy what's left, or go to another business. We work and have a time frame

Impressed by how quickly shelves are restocked during the day. Found wat I wanted easily and staff was more than accommodating.

Great chocolate frappe* Each time I visit this event, it is a great opportunity to see my friends in a really nice, fancy place xD

This was just so funny to see, so I had to share it for everyone.
I don't understand why things are so limited to being a reward. We spend so much on all items that they should be offered as a reward as well.

Standard tim hortons food, service was okay. But busy location. Possibly due to proximity to the highschool and CNC, if you go at lunch time give yourself extra time

Their service is decent but the manager is pretty out of her mind, as she posts hiring signs at end of every month and never hires anyone to work there. To make it even worse if someone comes in to get an update on their application she feels like she is being questioned for no reason.

Good location, but Tim's being so crowded inside you can't hear each other's conversation to the point you have to leave.

They get my orders wrong and when I go back to get it changed, they don't apologize and they roll their eyes at each other like it's my fault. This has happened 3 times. I would avoid this branch like the plague!

The staff don't know how the free coffee roll-ups work and frequently neglect to wash down the tables and general space (whether it gets busy or not). A prime example is me finding a filthy shoe insole and smudged doughnut stains found on the table I was sitting at. Aside from that- the staff are all friendly and the establishment is busy and spacious. Definately not the worst Tims in town.

The lemon loaf was stale so they gave me a muffin instead. It was also really cold in there. I had to wear my jacket.
