I'm so sad as I came into tims with the only two staff members only talking in farsi.ignoring customers.only.one kind of timbits offered and apparently don't have any hockey cards.this location is compromised on all levels.check your cameras

The staff have repeatedly been rude and distracted. Today after a long wait they forgot the bacon on my bacon english muffin: (ruined my morning. The worst Tim Hortons location in Vancouver. Wish I could give zeros for how they constantly disappoint me.

The staff is quite rude and inattentive.
First they take the order, you pay for it, and then they say that something is not on the menu and you have to choose something else. Is it not possible to immediately see if there is or not. I also don't like the fact that they don't issue a receipt after ordering and that there are no numbers for the order.
When they start issuing orders, it is not at all clear whose order they are issuing, and it is clear that they do not focus on whom and what they are issuing.
I was given another order by mistake, and I noticed it already when I left the establishment.
Also, the staff is inattentive to the order, I repeated twice that the meniskava is without milk and they still gave me coffee with milk.
The institution itself is very dirty and it is scary to think about the hygiene here.
It can be seen that cleaning is not taking place, and in some places it has been for a long time. This is unacceptable for food establishments.

Worst tim hortons in case of mobile pickups. They keep the items in back whereas in most of the time hortons when your item is ready they will leave it in the front where u can grab it easily rather than waiting for a person to hand it over to you. You need to fix it! It's so annoying.

Given the convenience I visited this Tim Horton on a Sunday afternoon. Food and drink are standard. However i would like to point out how disgusting it is to see a fly landing on a donut. Staff were also super loud talking among themselves. My first and last time.

If you want horrible customer service, to stand and wait for extremely long times, or maybe even get aids from the nasty washroom this is the place for you!
If I was the boss I’d fire everyone and start fresh honestly…will never go to this place again.

This has to be the rudest staff ever encountered at a TImmies. Im not sure who issued these employes their "sassy card" but as a proud gay kind man" im revoking it. Dissmisiveness, lack of direction, lack of GAF, lack of anything that represents semi acceptable customer service.

Fair products at fair price. I like it, never had any problem. I just hope the company provides good conditions and good salaries for the staff! They really work hard!

This is the closest location to the Children’s hospital (the in hospital one is closed on the weekends). I managed to get out at 9: 45 on Sunday evening and was rewarded with a rock of a baguette with the soup, a missing donut, and a stale bread for my large sandwich. Not able to get back out before they close. Won’t go back to this location. Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I’d rather been told they don’t have bread!

The worst customer service i get from this branch. Two three mints i m waiting there i tried to call the employee but she totally ignores me. And things are out stock and when i asked them washroom is open for customer she said not working. I really disappoint I will never wanna to visit there again.

This is worse branch with worse customer service I have experience compare to any other Tim’s Horton locations. I am not only speaking for myself also for others. I am a bus driver and most drivers drinks a lot of coffee everywhere specially at Tim’s. I am not going to details but all I can say is that it happens almost every time I will grab a coffee that either I walked out the door unhappy or see other customers gets mad. Then when the customers walks away, they would talks about the person and laughing about it in punjabi. I might not understand what they are talking about but their eyes and body language tells the truth as I sat down and watch them looking at the customer laughing around so loud.
I don’t like leaving g review as I can take bad customer service myself but this time I had enough. I am currently sitting in front while writing this review and it bothers me how they treat the customers very unpleasantly. Beside that I experienced old coffee and mocha that taste like water and donut that I always have to ask for a piece of napkin and they rarely say thank you to the customers the table are filthy sticky and dirty. If there is any other coffee around, I will for sure go somewhere else. Any, I have two more weeks anyway and I won’t be buying anything here no more.

I had two times with this Tim Horton. First time they changed master card twice when I bought some breakfast, second time they give me two clod bagels and which was not I ordered. I asked to get refund. They just give me a refund receipt, but money was not refund to my master card.

Their TV wasn't on so I couldn't see the menu. I asked them if they could turn it on and they asked me which menu I wanted to look at. Shouldn't it all be on regardless of what I'm wanting to order? They still didn't turn on the TV.

Service was extremely slow as per usual of this franchise location.

Terrible service, I ordered a Chipotle Cheddar Chicken wrap.on the chicken was extremely chewy and there was no chipotle sauce OR cheddar. I asked for a new one, and was told there was no more chicken left.it was disgusting

Usual watered down drip coffee. A good fix if you're in a rush. Still cheap but lost its appeal when it was sold out to American companies. Oh well.

I have to repeat my order over and over and over and staff still can’t get it right. Last time I came in here there was no one at the counter or in the front of the store. After several minutes we yelled for them to come out of the back. Today.they advertise all day breakfast and stop offering hashbrowns at 10: 00 am? The franchisee at this locations needs to go.

Friendly staff and working hard but the place was dirty dirty dirty.floor filthy.garbage and old cups left on several tables.old napkin crumbled up by the napkins.store front also dirty but it is near the Canada line station.maybe understaffed for the breakfast rush?

After 15 minutes waiting I received wrong order too Iced mocha instead of coffee! They were busy with their own talk rather than customers!

Baffled how tim hortons is such a popular chain. Zero milk alternatives apart from dairy and impossible to make an iced coffee that is decaf. The server didnt understand what I was trying to say at all, not even a station to add sugar/stir etc. Seriously terrible cafe chain, if you can call it that

I asked for an iced capp with cream, they sold it to me without cream and without warning. I ordered a farmers wraps, they gave me a sausage wrap. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

This is the worst TH location I have ever visited. This sentiment is renewed at each new visit as well. Simple orders like coffee or tea are fine if you are comfortable waiting in line for 7 to 10 minutes, but if you order food, hunker down and prepare to wait for up to fifteen minutes.
Today when ordering a non-customized breakfast sandwich and hashbrown, I sat and waited for 12 minutes. I was then asked if I wanted to substitute a donut for a hashbrown because they forgot to make hashbrowns for my order. I refused and had to wait an additional 3 minutes. The attendant who made the food verbally noted "wow you've been waiting a long time" after looking at his order display. No apology, just a spoken observation that reminded me how poorly-trained and ill-prepared the staff are.
It should be noted that this location serves the very busy Canada line King Edward station and is a preferred hub for dozens of construction workers at nearby job sites. With those things considered, this location should never have been built in a tiny narrow unit that sits 12ish people. It is claustrophobic, loud, and in the winter, dirty.
I have voiced my concerns via exit interview on the TH website, but nothing seems to change.
Staff can't be held solely responsible, the problem starts at the franchise owner who won't adequately train or staff their location. The attached photo notes the upkeep of the exterior signs. This admittedly has been fixed since the time the photo was taken, but other maintenance issues such as burnt out menu screens and muddy floors have been previously observed.

Worst tims ive ever been.went here for a quick meal and it took 10+mins.i ordered smth with bacon and they said THEY DIDNT HAVE IT.while waiting, they also said theyre out of english muffins and normal sized torillas.this is the most under prepared tims and the workers are taking their sweet time doing things.they also got someone’s muffin wrong within the 10mins ive been there.summary: they dont have anything prepared that you want and they dont understand the FAST part in fast food.

The employees here are exceptionally rude. I understand that it takes long to get food or drink. I blame on management. But there are 2 people always working in the daytime probably 2 Indian girls. Everytime I order something, they either made it wrong or saying “we don’t have this and that” and I’ve been treated so rudely and they always seem to be in a bad mood. I’ve been working as a barista for 6 years and no matter how busy I am, I always try to be nice to people and would never treat customer like that. If you see this comment, pls reflect on what you’ve done to me. I’m not someone who gets frustrated becuase of employees or likes to make a scene at the store. Employees there don’t deserve respect. I’d never visit this store again. Shame on you guys and remember you guys are demeaning yourself and your country as well by behaving like that. I hope your manager knows the way his or her part timers treat customer. We are all human beings don’t live your life like that. Please.

Both my girlfriend and I got food poisoning from here 3 days ago. Their customer service let alone deserves one star.
