The worst Tim hortons I ever went to. I ordered Oreo iced Capp. It was too sweet and I couldn’t even have a single sip. When I told to an employee. The manager came out and talked in a very bad tone. I threw the drink in front of him as I could not drink it. He didn’t even offer me a new drink and went away. They ruined my day. I would say never ever go to them. They don’t know how to behave with customers.

The service is terrible in this place and everyone seems they don't care about it. I ordered one muffin but they don't want to get it for me until I ask. It looks like a business place, but employee's attitude is so negative.

The only Tim's that is good around there.forget the one on lougheed mall and the one at North Road.

Here at least you get your food at least at 90% made right! But that doesn't mean no double check!
I learnt that here in Canada.everywhere you have to double check before you are leaving!

Anyway the food is fresh, the service is good! Friendly staff! (most off them!)

Definitely recommend this Tim's.

Can be pretty busy on weekends! Especially on lunch time!

I give an 8 out off 10!

I had to wait for my food, but it was fine. It was very busy but the staff worked amazing! They were on top of the orders. Several big orders being handled easily. The team working on Sept 30 in the morning should be commended!

I feel bad because the older ladies who work there are VERY shorthanded. They definitely need more staff. I've seen the owner and he doesn't seem like the type to spend more money on his staff. Please be kind to them, they're doing their best.

I love this branch so much.
It gets crowded sometimes.
The staff are nice.
The prices of Tim’s in general are affordable.
The menu is great (you can have a cup of coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a dessert)

Can be a busy location at times. Has what I want most of the time. One time though I ordered a chicken bacon wrap and bacon took a long time to prepare.

I ordered potatoes edges. After waiting for them even though they were placed in the container. The first bite. It was cold. I told them and the worker offered to microwave them to warm them up. I never had this experience before. They have to machines but you can order only at one of them and they had a long line. I asked for an iced coffee and she said she cannot make with decaf. I insisted to make it mixed. In other stores they never rejected my request. I never had such a bad experience at Tim Hortons. The lady who seemed to be in charge was not nice the way she talked to me. I hope they will do better. I feel bad for teh pitates being in such a bad state and I am eating them, I would have returned them.but they will end up in the garbage. Other people die of hunger in the world. I am grateful for the food, but they, Tim's guys, need to respect the customers and the food as well. These potatoes deserve to taste way better. Take care all of you.

First off i had to get help to even get into the restaurant, the button for the automated door was hidden in the far left corner which was hard to push due to how hard it was to line up my scooter to reach the button. Then the door only opened for 2seconds to even get in the store was silly. So, a nice guy held the door open for me! I like to be independent but i needed help. Then inside it was so loud i couldn't here the cashier, she talked in circles. I asked for iced decaf but didn't have then when i asked for it she kept telling me it was not called iced coffee but something else. Instead of her confusing me about the right name of iced coffee she talked in circles! She could've just put the order in instead of correcting me. So frustrating! I just wanted a muffin & an iced coffee! I was already upset i needed help to get into the place. But the service was good other wise! The 2nd lady read the carbs/sugar for the nondairy milk to me. Which was really nice of her as i am diabetic & needed to figure out the amount if sugar/carbs for my coffee. I highly suggest having decaf available for folks sensitive to caffeine! I do enjoy the coffee/blueberry muffins. I hope they fix their door.

Order taker was rude and inexperienced, only 3 staff working one of which was cleaning bathrooms rather than helping behind the counter with a dozen customers in line. Out of frozen lemonade, and messed up our iced coffee, giving us an iced capp instead, we waited 5 mins to correct them because only two staff were working, then she gave us the correct drink but two sizes smaller than what we paid for.only had two timbit types left so we now have 50 timbits of the same two kinds which was a bit ridiculous.line took excessive time because the girl on till kept stopping to do a random task such as organizing cups, a bit ridiculous when so many people were waiting. Customers were getting agitated and annoyed, and walked away before I could pay and scan my points card. I remembered why I don’t come to this location.

There's always a 15-20 min wait in line here, this location needs more employees. Worst part was waited in line only to be told no breakfast served after 4pm. What's the point of advertising all day breakfast? Waste of time.

Went here at lunch time, and it was very disorganized and chaotic. A place like this tends to have lunch rushes, especially on Sundays, yet the staff seemed as if they have never seen anything like it. Worst Timmy's I've ever been to.

Slowest location ever. Two ppl in line took over 15 minutes to get a coffee. Ordered a large latte. 10 minutes later it's finally ready and cold. By this time I'm running late and they're many more customers, not time to get it corrected.
I've gone to this location a few times since they opened and it is by far the worse run location ever.

Of all the tim Hortons, this is my favorite. Looks new, meal comes out the way it should, very clean place. Parking available in the back.

Friendly and attentive staff. I usually order ahead and pick it up, and my order is always already made when I get there. Also, the amount and the quality of food/drinks I get are always consistent unlike some locations that fluctuate dramatically. I know exactly what to expect when I order here. Thank you and keep it up!

I usually don't write reviews but this is one the of the best tims I've been to. The employees go above and beyond. Once i had a problem with my coffee and the girl at the front immediately made me a new one. The service will have you coming back again and again

Beware, this is the SLOWEST Tim Hortons I've ever been to. This morning I waited 30+ minutes for one breakfast sandwich and an iced coffee. They had one girl working on the sandwich station and a breakfast sandwich came out maybe every 5 minutes and six other staff members walking around the back making drinks and then waiting for more drink orders it was ridiculous. I would have gone to Denny's or White Spot if I knew we would have had to wait that long that's the whole point of time Hortons is grabbing something quick.

The ladies there are mean) : My sandwich was completely squished and she said "that's just how it is" Plus I paid for a meal (around $10) and she said I never did.

I understand it's exhausting to work at a food chain bc I work at one myself. But man they're mean.

Quite an easy atmosphere. Entrance, then not too far off, service counter in plain sight. I don't go to TH; however, some occassion I do when working to bring along a person who prefers TH. Even if a customer relatively new to TH, very easy to find what one needs.

You may experience longer than usual wait times obviously due to the combination of the COVID-19 situation and delivery services like Skip and UberEats taking up a lot of employees' time away from fulfilling in-store customer orders. Otherwise, pretty standard experience and quality.

The food and price is reasonable but the service quality is hit and miss. It varies with each person working from terrible to great. I have many visits where there is almost no eye contact from people speaking to you like a robot and if you ask a question it's greeted with frustration rather then a polite answer. Alternatively I have had great staff be pleasant, friendly and helpful. Just don't expect consistency. Know what you want, order it efficiently and you get what you pay for.

One of crew in the cash counter was really rude and tried to cheat on us. We'd ordered ice chiller but she mentioned the machine was out of order. So, we'd requested a black coffee instead. But she told her colleagues no need to refund even though a black coffee was much cheaper than the original order. And hash brown had been run out as well even though she had received our order too. Really bad experience on Sunday morning.

Owner needs to not be so cheap and hire more ppl. This Tim Horton's is always understaffed in the morning. Expect long waits in line.
Needs to be more cleaner in main area and bathrooms.
Employee's need to be trained properly on how to make ALL sandwiches. Breakfast one's especially. I get the chipotle and half the time is made sloppy, to much sauce and very little in it.
Also, it is NOT okay to use cream free handed instead of the machine. When I asked the ladie (more experienced lady, black curly hair and glasses) why she was pouring cream in my coffee and not using the machine, she said the machine was leaking and that was leftover. I was shocked to see her use that cream in my coffee. Gross! She remade it with attitude. Seriously!
I don't reccomend this Tim's location. Better off going to the one on North Rd at the Esso.

Had 2 very poor and disappointing experiences. First one on July 14. There was only 1 other person in line but some how it took 20 minutes to receive my ice cap I ordered. I had specifically asked for no whipping cream and yet the staff managed to mess that up.

The second time on July 19 I ordered a beyond meat burger to go and when I started eating it, the whole burger was cold. It felt like they just took the patty from the fridge and slapped it together on the bun. Completely unacceptable. How come something so basic gets messed up twice. I usually don't mind Tim Hortons but this store gives a bad reputation for the whole brand and management needs to step it up here. I am going to tell everyone I know to avoid this place.

This has to be the worst location. I have been to this location at least five times from 5-6pm for dinner and they always seem to run out of food. For a restaurant who is supposedly open 24 hours you would think they would restock more food to serve. If I had a choice I would give it no stars

Great workers, especially with the high turnover at Timmies in general, They are more then helpful even when the order wasn't filled properly, not at all a Michelin one star restaurant but they are more then willing to serve you. Daytime best times. Untill they get a steady night crew expect that the store might be closed till 630am 7am call first late nights. No drive through so 5min wait in line is common during peak hours.

Worst experience I ever had was today, two employees there at the cash register one couldn’t even stop what they were doing to assist and placed it on the other person, tried to get my card scanned, they wouldn’t do it, did it myself but it didn’t show it was scanned! I’m not going to back here for some time.if you want any positives for this location you’re best going to one of the other tim hortons around Coquitlam that will actually have more people to be on cash and be able to do the job correctly, and probably also be open 24/7. Not coming back here again. Sorry but only way I could come back is I was given a free coffee of my choice here.
