Today, I went to this store, and all I wanted was Timbits for my son. The guy who took the order literally just threw the pack of Timbits in front of me, rather than handing it over to me. It was quite disrespectful.

THE BEST Tim Hortons around. Ravneet and kunwar are two happy-go-lucky staff members at this location. They go out of the way to make you feel valued and appreciated.

Bought a drink shortly before closing.
No one said anything about closing time.

At 9: 55pm, a woman worker told me I had to leave. I said "in a minute" since they had let in a man & his young son & they were ordering at the counter.
She stood close by & watched me, intimidated me to pack up.
Not exactly friendly service.
Made me feel like I did something wrong when I just didn't know that they close at 10pm.

Not sure why I had to leave immediately & the other 2 customers were allowed to stay for a few more mins.

Staff should work on their customer service.

The staff and the manager of this tim hortons is so baad that they dont listen as well as do not coordinate with customer

The wait time is way too long now because they’re too busy filling huge Skip the Dishes orders. Not unusual to place an order in the app and have to wait 15-25 minutes for a single drink.

Prompt service very pleasant staff but very small shop the line goes out the door frequently

Tim Hortons, your prices have become Rediculously expensive! I now forbid my kids to buy anything from you with their hard earned pocket money.

Girls working here are very friendly and service is organized and fast. This is first tim hortans I came across in Vancouver with such an exceptional customer service

Mostly a take out Tims, has benches outside and dine in with limited capacity. Average service, expected with new staff.

Not the best Tim Hortons, but the staff is ultimately friendly and you just need to clarify your order! Any time something has had to be remade they do it no problem. It also seems like it’s chronically understaffed, in fairness to the employees. You do have to wait a while to order and to receive your order, but the staff are definitely working hard.

The customer service is great, I visited there yesterday and the girl name may v harpreet or harman, am bit confuse in name, took my order. She was very nice and brewed the fresh steap tea and her behavior was really nice. Great service.

Had to explain how to make bagged tea (real steeped tea not brewed) Wife asked for a decaffeinated tea lady put milk and sugar in before the water. Please train your staff to properly make bagged tea.

So rude. The cashier asked me "Do you want to order. " I said "yes. " The cashier replied "No, you can't order! " and walked away.

It’s really good restaurant I ever seen. Even, they have only limited staff but they really work very hard. Keep it up.

Most disorganized store I've been 2 used mobile order took almost half an hour 4 a breakfast sandwich and a coffee

This place is clean and tidy as it’s a newer location but the customer service leaves something to be desired. Ramanjit could be friendlier, but for the record, she wasn’t rude.just not friendly.

01/26 around 8 am Ordered 3 grilled wrap and bagel with cheese, instead of giving me the entire order together she gave me the bagel and then I had to wait for the wrap as she served other customers. Poor customer service. Will never visit this store again.

This place is great! However they're very popular, which means they might run out of stuff often.

Highly recommend this place I understand they are to slow in work because a lot of staff new but seriously it’s amazing management a lot of time restaurant is need and clean and they really give fresh food to there customers and old food they through every time it’s really nice and amazing management I really appreciate her area manager who choice her as a manager of this place because a lot of place like on 8080 120 they don’t care about there customers I hope she will stay here long so we always get fresh and amazing food

Service it is extremely slow and they have so many workers they don't acknowledge you very quick and when they take your order they start doing something else instead of giving you the copy right away it is not the first time I've been there many times

Tim Hortons Is the best with the quality and the quantity. Best known for their time span and hard working staff. Hats off to their service.

The lady who was taking my order this morning was super rude I almost didn’t even want to order my food. Maybe find a new job if you don’t want to work there. Customer Service needs improvement!

I made an order with skip the dishes, there wasn’t an option to change something with my order so I tried calling into the store multiple times. They answered twice and hung up then stopped answering altogether. The order wasn’t being picked up right away so I tried for quite a while too, maybe 15 minutes.

I often visit there no bagels no donuts even at 9 pm whole showcase was empty no donuts no muffin even there was a small girl didn’t care about the mask

Terrible uneducated staff, VERY poor hygiene (watched some lady pick food up off the floor and not wash her hands) - DISGUSTING! On top of that the floor is littered with food scraps that not one body would simply bend over and pickup. There was about an hour before closing time and I was denied service because she didn't want to make anything close to closing time (10PM) I'd be genuinely surprised if the manager here stays the manager after the messages I sent out to corporate this morning. This Tim Hortons used to be good but as of late it has fallen SO far.

I went to this location today around 9pm 2 girls are working and both dealing with 1 customer talking to each other don't care about the line we were waiting then my turn came i order and she repeated 5time after she charged me money the time to give order don't have donuts don't have this don't have this these young students work only for to get PR card don't care about customers. I will never ever go back to tim horton never hade good experience cheap coffee cheap service best is Starbucks

Very slow service, not very clean and they love the sound of the buzzer there because they kept it going for a little bit, before I said something. So they mite stop it alot faster now, well at least the ones taht were wrking that day lol

Hit or miss experience with selection of baked goods and customer service received. Donuts always look stale. No complaints on the coffee.

This location never has the food items I like to order. I stop here about 1-3 times a month. Usually out of my 1st, 2nd and 3rdrd choice of food items. I have changed my Tim Hortons stop to a different location.

I wanted to try the new breakfast sandwich (egg/bacon on English muffin) never again, egg so over cooked, could not taste the bacon and hash brown was cold.

These guys need to understand the seriousness of mobile order. Proper supervision is required on staff.i have waited for my moblie order for 25 min. It wasnt complete after 25 min so end up leavig my order. It was really bad start for the day.

The new breakfast sandwich egg is awful. That was literally the only good thing left at Tim Horton's restaurants, that I liked. After McDonald's bought out their coffee bean fields a few years ago their coffee has been disgusting too. Definitely lost me as a customer. Not that 1 person matters in the grand scheme of things. But I'm positive i'm not the only one.

This location can’t seem to get my coffee right under any circumstances. I noticed that my coffee was wrong before leaving, and went back to have it fixed.they made it wrong again. I will never be back here.

By far the worst Tim Hortons I have ever dealt with, something ALWAYS goes wrong here.go to any other timmies, the other ones are always fine.

Parking is a problem here right next to gas station place itself is really really tiny compared to other tim horton places.

I had bad experience with this location, last night i went with my family to have coffee around 9.45. We ordered three medium and those were served cold and when i asked girl to change them she started explaining that u asked for more cream thats y it is cold, o common girl 3 or 4 creams doesnot make a medium coffee cold like water and then she said she wouldn't change all the three. Really, this is the way they provide service to their guests. Pretty annoying and completely disappointed. We left coffee there and garbaged rest outside the store. Complete waste of money.

The Strawberry Tim Bits I bought today were not filled with any strawberry filling.
On another occasion the Raspberry doughnut had no filling?

Who is training the staff at the Delta location.

This is a smaller location with no drive thru. Wait times here can be quite long during peak periods unfortunately. Staff are very friendly and the store is clean

I only go twice a month when on my way to my sons audiologist appointments. Everytime it is pretty much the same. The staff are slow (worse when it is cold outside), MOSTLY polite and often seem clueless. I never know if the automatic door is working, which is more of a problem when I am trying to leave with hot coffee and a stroller. The place is often pretty clean, and almost always busy. It is a small store so they have few options as to where to have the line-up. Why go? Because it is the only close coffee place that makes good coffee.

This Tim's branch on 112 St and 84th Ave is smaller than other Tim Hortons stores in the area. Other Tim's options at on 80th and Scott Rd as well as 72nd Ave and 122 Street. This one on 84th Ave and 112 St has seating for only about 18-20 people and can thus get tight at high times. Service is typical for a busy Tims but they are quite quick. I haven't had an order screw up here yet. Good for pick up n go type visits.

This was the breakfast sandwich I paid for today. I didn't notice it until I had already driven to Richmond so too late to bring it back. Had to chuck the top. Complete waste of money. I find it hard to believe that your staff didn't notice the completely burnt top.

A standard Tim Hortons. My only complaint is that many times they make my french vanilla taste like water. So I have to go back and ask them to make another one.

I have not had a single good experience with their drive through staff. Always rushing, very rude to customers, and giving attitude for no reason. If they get your orders wrong, they get upset about it.

Great people, always have stuff, hardly messed up my order. If there is a mistake they are very quick to fix the issue with a smile. Great customer service. Although it's a small place but they have a very quick service. Always smiling and ready to help. Out of all the restaurants I've been to this Tims is the best. They should be recognized for the amazing service they provide.

Well it is canadas coffee chain. But its not what it used to be. Verry rushed verry fast your order seems to be in front of your face before you have time to reach for payment via drive through. Which questions the quality and freshness of food and beverage. Have to get dark roast as the regular coffee has a horible taste. Compareable to the smell of kittly litter in my opinion. I seldom go here now.

I was not impressed with the place I went in the other day with my girlfriend and sat by the serving counter and witnessed a Person spitting on the floor by the counter and no one said or did anything about it so I was so disappointed and disgusted I will never go back again I posted it on fb and hope people see this under north delta post
