Tim Hortons

Rolled through the restaunt on Sunday Jan 7 appx 1: 30 ordered 1/2 fr vanilla with 1/2 coffee (large) turkey sandwich on multigrain bagel & chicken noodle soup. They weren’t really that busy so I don’t know what went wrong but someone working there was lazy af or didn’t care as the mayonnaise that was supposed to be spread on the inside of the bagel instead it was jammed in the hole (as per picture) … I’ve probably been to Tim Hortons over 5000x in my life & never seen something this useless

As per instructions from owner below: I went to link to try & open a the APP …probably the most useless app ever made. & really for the price of a bagel not worth the headache

Watched them serve vehicles in drive thru faster than customer's wait 10 minutes for this should be ashamed

When a customer is mad you don't short them on rectifying a situation, you don't make enough to care if Tim Hortons loses a whopping $3 when I'm pissed that your people smashed my donuts together, didn't listen when I placed my order and did not provide a receipt.

They have a deaf driver thru guy, you could be charged extra. Please be clear before you visit and order.

Just another Tim Hortons as long as you have no expectation and are comfortable with what they have to offer.

Well this review has been coming for a long time, if I could have given them a 0 out of 5 stars I would have. This Tim Hortons drive through location consistently gets my orders wrong, and now the new thing is “pull around to the front of the store” even though there’s no one else in the drive through. We get half the order and wait 10 more minutes to get three London Fogs, lady comes out with the drinks and we leave. Drinks are very hot and as usual have no sleeves, we weren’t about to ask for sleeves at this point as we could be waiting 10 more minutes. We arrive at our destination and go to take a drink and find out all the drinks are lattes instead of London fogs. Now I get people make mistakes but this has been a pretty consistent thing for a number of months. For the amount of money people spend and the cost of your products get it right for once!

Very kind manager when they messed up my order I returned in the afternoon and received the correct order and a free box of Timbits

This Tim Hortons provides terrible customer service. Consistently. I can tell that the owner/management is not engaged.

I had some time to spare so I went to this Tim's for a break. The store was clean, the staff were friendly and the Easter Nest donut was a treat!

Harassed by 3 staff for not wearing a mask when I have a medical mask exemption, all for $1.80 coffee. Won’t be returning.

Every time I come here the steeped tea tastes burnt like no one brews fresh when it expires, and the employees are more interested in getting you out fast than even saying ‘hello’ to you. I just went through about a half hour ago, and not one word was spoken.to me at the window.just work on your customer service.

Some really nice workers and some that can be greatly effected by Mondays lmao but othere then that is a great tims really quick service.

I only have one recent experience to reflect upon, summary below:

2: 30pm on Sunday

No chili
No Tim bits
No Boston cream
No crackers
Two sandwiches and two bowls of soup crammed into a single ripped, overflowing bag
Donut smelled like someone with dirty hands touched them
Soup was globby as if had been sitting at the bottom of the pot for the day

You pretty much know what you're getting at Tim Horton's and maybe I've just had bad luck with this, but I went to this location three times on my way to work in the morning and each time they never had timbits, or a double chocolate or maple dip doughnut lol. Not the end of the world, but I just thought those would be pretty easy to come by at a Tim Hortons haha. Other than that my experiences have been good. But I usually just go to the one by Wendy's because they always have that stuff.

Just horrible customer service. I am not going back to this location ever again. Made my kids cry. I’d rather drive the extra KM’s and go to the Carrington location.

If you want terrible service and be charged extra for everything (and that too for things that should be included in your order) then by all means go here!

Place was very disorganized, both the man with his small children and my order after his was wrong. Staff ether does not listen and are in a rush or dont know how to enter the orders properly in the system.

I Mostly go to this location late at night when I'm working very fast service. Unfortunatly sometimes the coffee has a burnt taste otherwise i would give this location five stars

Apart from some staff do not understand English, I had ordered on two separate occasions potato wedges both time Luke warm on the second time I asked for the wedges to be hot not Luke warm so after paying I checked how hot the wedges were guess what Luke warm so I complained and the staff member she put her hands on them and looked at me as if to say these are hot enough, I worked in the food Industry for 21yrs and have never seen such incompetence from staff not even a apology, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Best Tim’s in Kelowna in my opinion foods always good and fresh! But my biggest reason i always come to this one is because of the “personal experience” they remember my name and even my order which I’d much rather than “what do you want to order” from the other locations

I visit often! Friendly and knowledgable employees but definitely heavily understaffed. Great service if you don’t mind the wait. 3/5 instead of 5/5 due to consistent wait times.

I am only leaving 3* because normally this place is great, but lately things seem to have gone downhill. Correct me if I'm wrong, but 10 Timbit packs should have 10 assorted Timbits? The last 4 times i have ordered this, I get to work to find out I am being shorted bits, and getting 1-2 flavours at tops. C'mon Tims, what's going on?: (

They have great coffee and I find most of the people who work there are great and friendly bunch

Ordered a plain bagel with plain cream cheese today pretty simple order and yet some how you guys put bacon on it.

I avoid this location if I can. They are consistently super rude. I understand working in a fast paced environment but there is zero customer service, EVER. Compared to the Spall/Harvey location which is just as busy if not busier and they are always smiling, friendly and say thank you - the staff here is borderline hostile. They’ve misunderstood my order a few times and were so begrudging about correcting it, aggressively handing it to me without even looking at me or saying a word after I had to sit in line all over again to get it fixed. Not even the most basic service skills. If they do get it right it’s always sloppily thrown together. While Tim Hortons iced lattes are my last choice, they are especially weird tasting here, inconsistent with other locations. Nice, new spot but always joked about being the Timmys to go through when you want to be treated like sh.

Its a bad experience there! Just a couple of minutes ago i went there! The guy on the counter was really rude. My friend said she needs honey in chai tea. And the guy was rude and he said u said black before! (Chubby guy). Better to be polite with the customers. I ordered steeped tea. It was cold! Yuk!

Please learn to put your lids on right so that I don't get burnt with hot steeped tea when you hand me my cup from the window, this is the second time this has happened to me now and I end up covered in hot tea on myself, in my car because then it leaks the entire way into work, and I really just want to have a great morning. I visit your location at least 4 times a week. Stop rushing and take the time to do things right.

The cups we got didn't work very well for beer pong. I would have given one star but my wife and I won the tournament so I can't complain.

I come into tim hortons not often but len behind the till always knows who i am. Always says Good morning Sweety with the biggest smile. He makes me feel welcomed everytime and puts a smile on my face. Len makes my day. So a Huge Thank you Len. We need more people like you. Keep up the Excellent work you do.

Very good service in a convenient location. Great place to stop by when you're around the airport.

Tim Horton’s in general has a lack of any customer service, here especially. I always feel rushed, they shove the food in your face and the debit machine at the same time. No human interaction, I wonder if the employees will be surprised when their job is automated by machines.

Worst service, the employees look like they hate being there they serve your food cold with a disgruntled cold look

Coffee and donuts were good as always but selection limited. Wished that cleanup staff had not chosen to clean around our feet with wet mop while we were trying to enjoy our food. It was at 7pm with 2 more hours before closing. That part was unpleasant.

The men's restroom is nasty.
There is no toilet paper dispenser; there is a stack on the grab bar beside the toilet.
There is no paper towel dispenser; there is a stack on the counter beside the sink.
Isn't that a health violation?
Contamination and getting wet?

I had coffee here. The mobile order I made allowed me to skip the large line. Well done. I was out joyriding on the bus. It is scenic to cross the Bennett bridge over Okanagan lake. I live in Kelowna. This mall has Landmark theatre, many food restaurants like Subway and Dairy queen, drug store, gasoline. It is at hwy 97 north and westside road. I visit this Tim's about once per month

WORST Staff ever! There were four girls at the drive thru window. No one was at the till. We waited five minutes waiting for acknowledgement. Nothing. One blonde girl walked by the till didn’t say a word, walked back to window. Did nothing. Finally I said is anyone going to help us, and we were met with silence, no acknowledgement at all. I started to yell again and finally the insolent blonde girl came to the till. She was rude. I asked for the manager, she rolled her eyes. She got him, but by then we were done. He was useless and as we were filming the whole incident all he was worried was about posting him on social media.he said we would sue if we posted.sure buddy.your staff were insolent cows. If you’re in the service industry, then serve the public. Otherwise find a job in a different industry.

Had the best service so far from an older gentleman that took my order. Very pleasant and able to see I was having a tough day and put a smile on my face. Thank you. I hope he can read this or someone could pass the message along.

The food was kind of cold, and I must have had the last of a deep-fried batch, because my chicken strips were.not rock-solid, but on the way there. The atmosphere and staff were nice, however.

I had great service at this Tim Horton's. Very friendly staff and made me feel very comfortable. The store is spotlessly clean and my coffee was ready in less than 2 minutes. I'd make a side trip to come here again.
